Claims (8)

  1. Poste de travail (1, 2, 3) intégré dans une machine d'emballage avec une partie supérieure (6) et une partie inférieure (7) pouvant être abaissée dans une position basse ou relevée dans une position haute et un dispositif de levage destiné à réaliser le mouvement de la partie inférieure avec au moins une paire de tiges de guidage orientées parallèlement les unes aux autres (9, 10, 11) qui sont reliées fixement par leur extrémité supérieure à la partie supérieure (6) et par leur extrémité inférieure à un joug (18), avec des douilles de guidage (23) coulissant sur les tiges de guidage (9, 10, 11) qui sont reliées à la partie inférieure (7), avec un système de leviers à genouillère (24, 25) qui est relié aux douilles de guidage (23) et qui est disposé de façon à maintenir la partie inférieure sur les douilles de guidage dans la position basse lorsqu'il est dans la position coudée et dans la position haute lorsqu'il est étendu, et
    un assemblage piston-cylindre (33) avec des points d'attache associés au piston ou au cylindre dont l'un est relié au joug (18) et l'autre au système de leviers à genouillère (24, 25),
    dans lequel un point de rotation extérieur du système de leviers à genouillère est relié à la douille de guidage à l'aide d'un palier de rotation et l'autre point de rotation extérieur est relié à la tige de guidage à l'aide d'un palier de rotation et dans lequel il est prévu de chaque côté du poste de travail (1) une première et une seconde barre de guidage qui sont reliées entre elles par les arbres de levage (19) formant les bras reliés à la tige de guidage.
  2. Poste de travail selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bras (19) du système de leviers à genouillère relié à la tige de guidage présente une section rectangulaire dont le côté long s'étend sensiblement parallèlement aux tiges de guidage (9, 10, 11) dans l'état étendu.
  3. Poste de travail selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les tiges de guidage (9, 10, 11) présentent chacune le palier de rotation pour supporter l'autre point de rotation extérieur à son extrémité inférieure et les tiges de guidage sont reliées chacune par soudage par friction à ce palier de rotation du bras (19).
  4. Poste de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu entre la partie inférieure (20) et la partie de fond (21) un élément (35) destiné à produire une forte pression de fermeture.
  5. Poste de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure (6) et les tiges de guidage (9, 10, 11) sont reliées entre elles de sorte qu'un réglage fin en hauteur est possible.
  6. Poste de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une tige (30) qui s'étend parallèlement au joug (18) et qui reliée de façon solidaire en rotation à des pivots des arbres de levage (19) par deux bras (31, 32) supportés avec possibilité de rotation à chaque extrémité de la tige (30).
  7. Poste de travail selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le point d'attache de l'assemblage piston-cylindre (33, 34) relié au système de leviers à genouillère (24, 25) se trouve à une extrémité de l'un des bras (31, 32).
  8. Poste de travail selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les points de rotation définis par les paliers de rotation sur les tiges de guidage (9, 10, 11) et par les paliers de rotation sur la tige (30) sont disposés les uns par rapport aux autres de façon à se trouver aux points d'angle d'un parallélogramme de sorte que la tige (30) peut se déplacer parallèlement au joug (18).
