Zur Erhöhung des Anpressdruckes zwischen Unterteil und Oberteil wird die Membran 35 mit Druckluft beaufschlagt, wodurch eine zusätzliche Anpresskraft ausgeübt wird. Claims (8)

  1. A work station (1, 2, 4) comprising an upper part (6) and a lower part (7), lowerable into a lower position and risable into a rised position and a lifting device for carrying out the movement of the lower part by at least a pair of guide rods (9, 10, 11) arranged in parallel to each other, the guide rods being fixedly connected with their upper ends to the upper part (6) and with their lower ends to a yoke (18), guide sleeves (23) running on the guide rods (9, 10, 11) and being connected to the lower part (7), a toggle lever system (24, 25) connected with the guide sleeves (23) and being mounted such that in the bent position it holds the lower part through the guide sleeves in the lower position and in the straight position it holds the same in the uppermost portion, and a piston cylinder device (33) having points of action associated with the piston and the cylinder, resp., one of the points of action being connected to the yoke (18) and the other being connected with the toggle lever system (24, 25);
    wherein the one outer point of rotation of the toggle lever system is connected to the guide sleeve and the other outer point of rotation is connected to the guide rod by means of a pivot bearing and wherein on each side of the work station (1) a first and a second guide rod is provided which are connected to each other by lifting shafts (19) forming arms connected with the guide rods, respectively.
  2. The work station according to claim 1,
    characterized in that the arm (19) of the toggle lever system connected with the guide rod comprises a rectangular cross-section, the long side thereof extending essentially parallel to the guide rods (9, 10, 11) in the straight condition.
  3. The work station according to claim 2,
    characterized in that the guide rods (9, 10, 11) each comprise the pivot bearing for bearing the other outer point of rotation at their lower end, and the guide rods are each connected there with this pivot bearing of the arm (19) by friction welding.
  4. The work station according to one of claims 1 to 3,
    characterized in that an element (35) is provided between the lower part (20) and the bottom part (21) for generating a high closure pressure.
  5. The work station according to one of claims 1 to 4,
    characterized in that the upper part (6) and the guide rods (9, 10, 11) are connected with each other such that a fine adjustment in height is possible.
  6. The work station according to one of claims 3 to 5,
    characterized in that a rod (30) is provided extending in parallel to the yoke (18) and which is fixed without rotation through rotatably supported arms (31, 32) at each end of the rod (30) with pivot pins of the lifting shafts (19).
  7. The work station according to claim 6,
    characterized in that the point of action of the piston cylinder device (33, 34) connected with the toggle lever system (24, 25) is positioned at an end of the arm (31, 32).
  8. The work station according to claim 7,
    characterized in that the pivot points defined by the pivot bearings at the guide rods (9, 10, 11) and the pivot bearings at the rod (30) are arranged in a relation to each other such that they are at the vertices of a parallelogram so that the rod (30) can be moved in parallel to the yoke (18).
