Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for discontinuous Wet treatment of a strand-like web according to the preamble of claim 1 as well a device for discontinuous wet treatment a strand-shaped web according to the preamble of claim 3.
- textile active and Woven goods in strand form in at least one circulation transported a treatment compartment and thereby especially dyed, bleached or washed.
- High speeds of circulation allow a relative low fleet ratio (the ratio of the quantity of goods to fleet amount), thereby reducing treatment times, fleet consumption and energy consumption kept relatively low can be.
- the cascaded Treatment chambers are equipped so that for example, regardless of the just given Production speed of the webs practical the entire range from 0 to maximum as the web transport speed through every single chamber can be exploited. Accordingly, there should be also be ensured that even with strongly fluctuating Material qualities of pre-selected goods in the individual treatment chambers even without manual Intervention can be followed very precisely.
- EP-A-0 075 650 (preamble to independent claims 1 and 3) is also a device for Wet treatment of a strand-like textile goods web known.
- Number of treatment chambers i.e. in the described Embodiments are eight treatment chambers one after the other or side by side arranged that they are from a web to be treated are traversed approximately helically, which is preferably done continuously, but possibly can also be done discontinuously, with each chamber contain the same or different fleets can. If discontinuous in this known embodiment will be worked one after the other all chambers and the whole device helical go through once, then the beginning the web from the last treatment chamber, for example the eighth treatment chamber first treatment chamber is returned.
- each chamber can display level indicators for have the maximum and minimum goods filling, so that the transport facilities both in the event of overcrowding as well as underfilling at least one chamber in the sense of influencing the quantity of goods can be controlled.
- each associated upper squeeze rollers cooperates in such a way that depending on the in each associated treatment chamber determined goods filling the respective upper squeeze roller is lifted off can be, if the web transport from the Chamber should be interrupted.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a method according to the preamble of claim 1 and a device according to the preamble of claim 3 to create, through which or through a strand-shaped Goods web with very reliable and relatively simple mechanical transport in a relatively short time Time of an intensive and gentle wet treatment can be subjected.
- the endlessly sewn together Goods web in two, so to speak, side by side arranged partial circulatory systems are wet treated, and compared to the known methods with very short turnaround times, for example with a transport speed of 400 m / min are sufficient transport speeds in the embodiment according to the invention of 200 m / min, for example, since two parallel web sections the two next to each other lying treatment zones one and the same Type of treatment (in the same treatment compartment) can run in parallel and simultaneously.
- the procedure according to the invention can thus be compared to the known methods - in the same period wet treat about twice the amount of goods (dye, bleach or the like), or the same Material quantity can be handled in about half the time will. It is also possible for the same amount of goods and same treatment times compared to the known versions particularly gentle treatment the respective web.
- the liquor ratio in this method according to the invention can be free in the range of 1: 2.5 to 1:10 to get voted.
- the device for discontinuous Wet treatment of a strand-like web is the only treatment compartment in a sensible way serving in two of the same type of treatment, parallel and simultaneously from two sections of the endlessly sewn together Goods run through, lying side by side Treatment chambers divided by two shopping carts formed with perforated walls and as a unit suspended in the manner of a pendulum scale are.
- This basket unit is a potentiometer assigned in such a way that in the case of unequal loading of the two shopping baskets a pendulum movement of the Cart unit can be scanned by the potentiometer and a load compensation control for the two shopping baskets can be activated. This way one can be extremely safe and reliable web circulation through an even distribution of the two shopping carts one Unity and therefore an extremely even one Wet treatment can be guaranteed.
- Fig.1 The general structure of the device according to the invention (Discontinuous wet treatment device) first explained with the perspective view in Fig.1, in the only one treatment compartment 1 is illustrated, which for wet treatment (especially dyeing, bleaching, wash or the like) one endless sewn together strand-shaped web 2 is used in the direction of arrows 3 in at least one time Circulation through the treatment compartment 1 mechanically is transported.
- wet treatment especially dyeing, bleaching, wash or the like
- the treatment compartment 1 is parallel and in two simultaneously from two web sections 2a, 2b continuous, adjacent treatment chambers 4, 5 divided for one and the same type of treatment.
- For the mechanical transport of the web 2 provide preferably designed as transport rollers 6, 7 Transport organs in the connection between the two treatment chambers 4, 5 are arranged.
- each treatment chamber has 4, 5 an inlet end 4a and 5a and an opposite end Outgoing ends 4b and 5b, and these two Treatment chambers 4, 5 are in the associated treatment compartment 1 arranged so that each the inlet end of a treatment chamber immediately next to the outlet end of the other treatment chamber lies, i.e. the inlet end 4a of the treatment chamber 4 lies immediately next to the outlet end 5b of the treatment chamber 5, while the outlet end 4b of the first Chamber 4 immediately next to the inlet end 5a of the second Chamber 5 is located.
- connection between each end of the run 4b or 5b and the adjacent inlet end 4a or 5a is then through the associated transport roller 6 and 7 formed, with their axis of rotation 6a or 7a preferably parallel to and with the corresponding Distance over the immediately adjacent Partitions 8 and 9 between the two treatment chambers 4, 5 lie.
- the two treatment chambers of each treatment compartment 1 are preferably with two baskets 4, 5 with perforated walls (see at 10 indicated perforation in Fig.1) formed.
- These two shopping carts 4, 5 are preferably as a unit (pair) like a Pendulum scale suspended, what in Fig.1 by a kind of balance beam 11 and a pendulum axis 12 indicated is by which the shopping cart unit 4, 5 at unequal Goods load in the direction of the double arrow 13 can rotate or commute.
- This shopping cart unit 4, 5 is a potentiometer 14 assigned in such a way that in the case of unequal loading of the two shopping carts 4, 5 a rotating or pendulum movement the cart unit towards the heavier one or more filled shopping cart occurs.
- This pendulum movement in one direction or another the double arrow 13 can be scanned by the potentiometer 14, whereby a corresponding measurement signal to a forwarded control device 15 indicated only in a simplified manner from which a corresponding control signal to one of the two transport rollers 6 or 7 in the sense is passed that a load balancing control can be activated for the two shopping baskets 4, 5 is.
- the latter can be done easily a corresponding change in the rotational speed at least one of the two transport rollers 6 or 7 is reached will.
- the two transport rollers 6, 7 with separate drives with one each separate drive motor 16 or 17 (Fig.2) provided, so that they can be rotated at a separately adjustable speed are driven in the direction of arrows 6b and 7b can.
- the potentiometer is located with these drive motors 14 via the control device 15 in control connection.
- Each squeeze roller 18, 19 is - as in 2 can be seen in the left ejection roller 18 - in swivel arms 20 freely rotatable, namely in the way that each squeeze roller 18 or 19 optionally or, if necessary, against the associated transport roller 6 or 7 can be pressed, whereby between the two roller pairs 6 and 18 or 7 and 19 a pinch gap is formed, through which the web 2 to be treated is transported can be, so at least if necessary a part of the treatment fleet carried along from the web 2 can be squeezed, this squeezed Fleet then in the spout below 4b or 5b of the associated shopping cart 4 or 5 can flow back.
- shopping baskets 4, 5 see above can be made in any suitable form, suitable for the treatment according to the invention is. However, training is particularly preferred the shopping baskets 4, 5 each of the same size, U-shaped channels, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2 is.
- the shopping cart unit is preferred with the baskets 4, 5 in a treatment liquor 21 containing common treatment container 22 to be arranged.
- a treatment liquor 21 containing common treatment container 22 to be arranged.
- FIG. 1 and 2 also illustrate that in the area of the upper inlet end 4a or 5a each Treatment chamber or each basket 4 or 5 as well below the associated transport roller 6 or 7 of the strand-shaped web 2, nozzle-shaped Overflow funnel 23 is arranged. Below each overflow funnel 23 is also preferred another one that takes up the web and forwarding baffle 24 arranged. Any overflow funnel is for directional insertion of the web in the associated treatment chamber or the shopping cart 4 or 5 forming them, each overflow funnel 23 to a fleet line 25 is connected.
- each overflow funnel 23 and its arrangement with the associated Baffle plate 24 optimally ensure that the one coming from the associated transport roller 6 or 7 Section of the strand-like web 2 clean and preferably with perfect pleating in the incoming end of the associated shopping basket 4 or 5 is introduced. It is sufficient to use the overflow funnel 23 and the downstream baffle plate 24 to be firmly arranged in a suitable manner or to be arranged together. However, it can also be an advantage if the overflow funnel 23 and the baffle 24 in are suitably supported adjustable, so that in If necessary, a subsequent readjustment of this Parts is possible.
- Fig. 3 Using the simplified schematic representation in Fig. 3 can also be seen that the invention Discontinuous wet treatment device, as previously used a single shopping cart unit with the shopping carts 4 and 5 (Fig.1 and 2) has been explained, too with several shopping cart units 1a, 1b, 1c in one and the same treatment tank 22 ' can, these shopping cart units 1a, 1b, 1c modularly next to each other in the common treatment tank 22 'arranged and for the same treatment process several running in parallel, each endless revolving webs in the same fleet bath 21 'are operable. This comes mainly for larger systems or devices in question, where then each shopping cart unit 1a, 1b, 1c with an optimal one Goods content (degree of filling) can work. Also here each shopping cart unit consists of two Shopping carts 4, 5 with perforated walls as it continues 1 and 2 have been explained in detail above is.
- each of these shopping cart units works after the one described above the same procedure, according to which every circulation of goods two parallel web sections 2a, 2b in two identical, side by side and treatment zones serving the same type of treatment (Treatment chambers or shopping baskets 4, 5) of the treatment compartment 1 treated at the same time in endlessly sewn together Strand shape for any number of rounds. It could then, for example, with these cycles occur due to slippage on the transport rollers 6, 7, that different web fill quantities in the two shopping carts 4, 5 of a unit are included.
- each shopping cart unit in the manner of a Pendulum scale is supported or suspended. If for example in the left shopping cart of a unit If there is less goods than in the right one, it tilts Shopping cart unit in the direction of the right shopping cart.
- This rotary or pendulum movement about the pendulum axis 12 is scanned using the potentiometer 14 so that via the control device 15, the drive for the Pull-out speed of the right shopping cart above and if necessary at the same time Pull-out speed for the other transport roller on left cart is corrected down.
- the running meter weight is 200 g / m, which means 5 running meters of web weigh 1 kg, so that the 150 kg of goods mean a web length of 750 m.
- the target orbital period should be a maximum of 4 minutes.
- the transport speed for the web circulation is at least 187.5 m / min, so that the entire length of the web is once the fleet bath goes through.
- the wet treatment performance multiplies the device so expanded by the number of used Shopping cart units.
