Claims (12)

  1. Presse verticale avec au moins trois éléments porteurs de moule, dont au moins deux sont disposés à déplacement vertical et dont un est disposé fixement, caractérisée par des moyens de levage (10, 10', 11) pour des pièces remplaçables (5', 6, 6', 7, 7') de la presse (1), qui sont montés sur l'élément porteur de moule verticalement coulissant le plus haut (4) et sont déplaçables au moins pour partie en direction horizontale et/ou en direction verticale.
  2. Presse verticale selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le déplacement vertical des moyens de levage (10, 10', 11) par l'élément porteur de moule le plus haut (4) s'effectue au moyen d'entraînements hydrauliques (4', 4'').
  3. Presse verticale selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de levage (10, 10', 11) sont, vus depuis un côté avant de la presse (1), déplaçables horizontalement vers l'avant et/ou vers l'arrière jusqu'en dehors de la région de la presse.
  4. Presse verticale selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de levage (10, 10', 11) sont montés sur l'élément porteur de moule le plus haut (4) en dehors de la région qui porte le moule (6, 6').
  5. Presse verticale selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de levage (10, 10', 11) présentent des éléments pour l'accouplement aux pièces remplaçables, et en ce qu'est prévue une unité de commande qui permet la commande centralisée des éléments d'accouplement et du déplacement horizontal et vertical des moyens de levage.
  6. Presse verticale selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de levage (10, 10') sont montés au moins pour partie fixement sur l'élément porteur de moule le plus haut (4).
  7. Presse verticale selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caracterisée en ce que les moyens de levage (11) présentent des accouplements rapides pour l'accouplement aux pièces remplaçables (5').
  8. Presse verticale selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de levage comprennent deux rats de roulement (10, 10') qui sont montés sur deux côtés opposés de l'élément porteur de moule le plus haut (4), ainsi que deux éléments roulants montés à distance fixe sur chaque rail de roulement et, sur chaque élément roulant, un élément de levage (11) s'étendant en longueur et pouvant pivoter parallèlement au rail de roulement (10, 10').
  9. Presse verticale selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée par une unité de commande programmée pour les éléments porteurs de moule déplaçables (4, 5) et les moyens de levage déplaçables (10, 10', 11), qui commande les déplacements verticaux pas à pas et à des positions associées aux différents moules d'une manière spécifique aux moules.
  10. Presse verticale selon la revendication 1, qui présente un caisson de remplissage (32) avec un mélangeur de caisson de remplissage, caractérisée en ce que des pièces ou sous-ensembles du caisson de remplissage (32) ou du mélangeur de caisson de remplissage présentent des dispositifs pour l'accouplement des moyens de levage (11) pour les pièces remplaçables.
  11. Presse verticale selon la revendication 10, caractérisée par des moyens de levage qui conviennent pour abaisser les pièces ou sous-ensembles du caisson de remplissage ou du mélangeur de caisson de remplissage en dessous du niveau d'une table de moule (24, 28) qui porte un élément porteur de moule pour le moule à presser.
  12. Procédé d'utilisation de la presse verticale selon la revendication 1 pour le remplacement d'éléments de moule de la presse, tels que le poinçon supérieur (6, 6'), le poinçon inférieur (7, 7') et l'élément porteur de moule (5'), ou d'autres pièces de la presse, telles que le caisson de remplissage (32), le mélangeur de caisson de remplissage ou analogues, presse dans laquelle une unité déplaçable (5) destinée à recevoir l'élément porteur de moule (5') pour le moule à presser est verticalement coulissante entre l'élément porteur de moule le plus haut (4) et un élément porteur de moule le plus bas (8), et l'élément porteur de moule (5') présente des dispositifs pour l'accouplement de pièces remplaçables, caractérisé en ce que (a) les pièces remplaçables (6, 6', 7, 7', 5') sont, à l'aide de l'unité verticalement coulissante (5) et d'éléments d'accouplement (13) maintenant un écartement, amenées dans une position appropriée pour l'accouplement aux moyens de levage (11), accouplées les unes aux autres et accouplées en tant que groupe à ces moyens de levage (11), les moyens de levage (11) eux-mêmes n'étant pas verticalement déplacés, ou en ce que les pièces remplaçables (6, 6', 7, 7') sont, à l'aide de l'unité verticalement coulissante (5) ou des moyens de levage (10, 10', 11), amenées dans une position appropriée pour l'accouplement à l'élément porteur de moule (5') et accouplées au moyen d'éléments d'accouplement séparés (13) maintenant un écartement, et en ce que (b) les pièces remplaçables (6, 6', 7, 7', 5') ainsi réunies sous forme de groupe sont introduites dans la chambre de pressage ou évacuées de cette chambre.
