Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung (5, 6) zur Schnellverbindung von Paneelen (1, 2) für die Schalung von Betonbauwerken,- wobei die Vorrichtung ein rohrförmiges Element (7) aufweist, welches dazu befähigt ist, an entsprechenden Querträgern (3, 4) von zwei benachbarten Schalungspaneelen (1, 2) zu liegen, die aneinander anzubringen sind,- wobei das rohrförmige Element (7) mit einer Keilkonstruktion (10) zusammenarbeitet, die an einem oberen Querbolzen (14) einer schwenkbaren Konstruktion angreift, die durch zwei parallele Planen (12, 13) gebildet ist, die durch den genannten oberen Bolzen (14) und einen zweiten, mittleren Bolzen (29) verbunden sind,- wobei die genannte schwenkbare Konstruktion einen der Träger umgreift, der der einen (1) der benachbarten Paneele, die anzubringen ist, entspricht, und wobei die parallelen Platten (12, 13) dazu vorgesehen sind, mit einem ihrer Enden mit schrägen Abschnitten (11) eines Trägers in Eingriff zu gelangen, der den Rahmen der einen Paneele (1) bildet,während- der Träger, welcher den Rahmen der gegenüberliegenden Paneele (2) bildet, welche anzubringen ist, mit Platten (17) in Eingriff gelangen wird, die mit dem genannten rohrförmigen Element (7) einstückig sind,dadurch gekennzeichnet,- daß das rohrförmige Element (7) einen U-Querschnitt aufweist,- daß das rohrförmige Element (7) einen Längsschlitz (8) in der Seite (9) aufweist, die den Trägern (3, 4) der Paneele (1, 2) gegenüberliegt, wobei in diesem Schlitz (8) sich die Keilkonstruktion (10) verschieben kann,und- daß die Keilkonstruktion (10) zwei schräge, aufeinanderfolgende aktive Flächen (11) zum Angreifen an dem oberen Querbolzen (14) der schwenkbaren Konstruktion aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jede der parallelen Platten (12, 13), welche die schwenkbare Konstruktion bilden, einen endseitigen hakenartigen Vorsprung (23) aufweist, um mit dem Träger (3) in Eingriff zu gelangen, welcher den Rahmen der einen der zwei benachbarten Paneele (1), welche anzubringen ist, bildet, wobei diese schwenkbare Konstruktion unter der Wirkung der verschiebbaren Keilkonstruktion (10) dazu befähigt ist, sich um einen der zwei Verbindungsbolzen zu drehen, wodurch eine Kraft des Angriffs zwischen der schwenkbaren Konstruktion und dem Träger (3) erzeugt wird. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Bereich, welcher die Druckkräfte in dem Vorsprung (23) der Seitenplatten (12, 13) der schwenkbaren Konstruktion und dem Träger (20) aufnimmt, der dem Rahmen der Schalungsplatte (1) entspricht, eine gewisse Neigung aufweist, um eine Kraft zu erzeugen, die in eine erste Komponente (27) in Richtung zu der gegenüberliegenden Paneele und eine zur ersten Komponente rechtwinklige zweite Komponente (26) zerlegt ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das rohrförmige Element (7) mit U-Querschnitt zwei mit ihm einstückig verbundene Platten (17) aufweist, die zu der Seite des rohrförmigen Elements hin vorspringen, welche dem Führungsschlitz (8) gegenüberliegt, und die in entsprechenden hakenartigen Vorsprüngen (18) enden, die infolge einer Reaktionskraft, die durch die Keilwirkung der schwenkbaren Konstruktion bei einem der Träger (20) des Rahmens, der einen Teil der benachbarten Paneele bildet, erzeugt wird, mit einem zusammenpassenden Abschnitt (21) des einen der Träger (22) in Eingriff gelangen können, welcher Träger der gegenüberliegenden Schalungspaneele (2) entspricht, die durch die Vorrichtung zu verbinden ist. - Vorrichtung gemaß Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
langgestreckte Öffnungen (31) an den Seitenflächen des rohrförmigen Elements (7) mit U-Querschnitt, wobei in den langgestreckten Öffnungen sich der mittlere Bolzen (29) der schwenkbaren Konstruktion verschieben kann und wobei die oberen Begrenzungen solcher Öffnungen eine Anzahl von Ausnehmungen (33) und Vorsprüngen aufweisen, welche schräge Oberflächen bilden, die den Zweck haben, den mittleren Bolzen (29) aufzunehmen, wenn die Verbindungsvorrichtung zu spannen ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die langgestreckten Öffnungen (28) des rohrförmigen Elements (7) mit U-Querschnitt ihre oberen Begrenzungen im überwiegenden Teil ihrer Länge gerade haben, wobei sie eine einzige gekrümmte Ausnehmung (30) an einem ihrer Enden aufweisen.
