Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif (5, 6) pour la fixation rapide de panneaux (1, 2) pour des structures de coffrage en béton,
    - ce dispositif comprenant un élément tubulaire (7) apte à recouvrir des poutres transversales respectives (3, 4) de deux panneaux de coffrage contigus (1, 2) à fixer ensemble,
    - cet élément tubulaire (7) coopérant avec une structure en coin (10) qui s'engage avec un boulon transversal supérieur (14) d'une structure basculante constituée par deux plaques parallèles (12, 13) raccordées par le boulon supérieur (14) et un second boulon intermédiaire (29),
    - cette structure basculante enserrant l'une des traverses correspondant à l'un (1) des panneaux contigus à fixer, les plaques parallèles (12, 13) étant prévues pour coopérer par l'une de leurs extrémités avec les sections biseautées (11) d'une traverse constituant le châssis de ce panneau (1),
    tandis que
    - la traverse constituant le châssis du panneau opposé (2) à fixer coopérera à l'aide de plaques (17) qui sont solidaires de l'élément tubulaire (7),
    caractérisé
    - en ce que l'élément tubulaire (7) a une coupe transversale en U,
    - en ce que l'élément tubulaire (7) a une fente longitudinale (8) dans la face (9) opposée aux traverses (3, 2) des panneaux (1, 2), fente (8) dans laquelle la structure en coin (10) peut coulisser,
    et
    - en ce que la structure en coin (10) présente deux surfaces actives successives biseautées (11) coopérant avec le boulon transversal supérieur (14) de la structure basculante.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacune des plaques parallèles (12, 13) constituant la structure basculante présente une saillie d'extrémité en forme de crochet (23) coopérant avec la traverse (3) constituant le châssis de l'un des panneaux contigus (1) à fixer, laquelle structure basculante sous l'effet de la structure de coin coulissant (10) peut tourner sur l'un des deux boulons de raccordement, produisant une force d'engagement entre la structure basculante et la traverse (3).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface qui reçoit les efforts de compression dans la partie en saillie (23) des plaques latérales (12, 13) de la structure basculante et la poutre (20) correspondant au châssis de la plaque de coffrage (1) présente une certaine inclinaison pour produire un effort décomposé en une première composante (27) dirigée vers le panneau opposé et une seconde composante perpendiculaire.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément tubulaire (7) de coupe transversale en U présente deux plaques solidaires (17) qui font saillie vers le côté de l'élément tubulaire opposé à la fente de guidage (8), aboutissant dans des saillies correspondantes en forme de crochets (18) qui peuvent s'engager, sous une force de réaction produite par l'action de coin de la structure basculante, avec l'une des traverses (20) du châssis faisant partie du panneau contigu en section de raccordement (21) de l'une des traverses (22) correspondant au panneau de coffrage opposé (2), à fixer par le dispositif.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par des ouvertures allongées (31) sur les surfaces latérales de l'élément tubulaire (7) avec une section en coupe transversale en U, ouvertures allongées dans lesquelles le boulon intermédiaire (29) de la structure basculante peut coulisser, les bords supérieurs de ces ouvertures ayant un certain nombre d'évidements (33) et des saillies qui constituent des surfaces biseautées destinées à recevoir le boulon intermédiaire (29) lorsque le dispositif de fixation doit être serré.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures allongées (28) de l'élément tubulaire (7) avec la section transversale en forme de U ont leur bord supérieur directement sur la majeure partie de la longueur, présentant un évidement courbe unique dans l'une des extrémités.
