Claims (21)
- Guide de sortie pour tiroirs comportant un rail de sortie (5) fixé sur le tiroir, un rail porteur (6) fixé sur le corps du meuble et un rail intermédiaire (2) disposé entre ces deux rails (5, 6) de chaque côté du tiroir, dans lequel sont prévus des chariots porteurs (7), lesquels maintiennent des corps de rouleau de transmission de charges, les rails intermédiaires présentant un profil inférieur en U, dans lesquels sont entraînés les galets porteurs dans les chariots porteurs, lesquels transmettent la charge du tiroir des rails intermédiaires sur le rail porteur, caractérisé en ce que des patins (17) sont disposées en haut des rails intermédiaires (2) pour la transmission de charge des rails de sortie (5) sur les rails intermédiaires (2) et en ce que les rails de sortie (5) présentent un profil en U pourvu d'une traverse (4) horizontale inférieure additionnelle, laquelle prend par le dessous les patins (17) et forme une sécurité d'enlèvement pour le tiroir.
- Guide de sortie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rails de sortie (5) font partie d'un bâti de tiroir (1) à double paroi et sont formées sur la paroi interne (1') du bâti de tiroir (1).
- Guide de sortie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les patins (17), qui sont reçus dans les rails de sortie (5), sont plus étroits que les rails de sortie (5) et permettent un déplacement latéral des rails de sortie (5).
- Guide de sortie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un premier patin (17) est situé à l'extrémité avant du rail intermédiaire (2) et le deuxième patin (17) est situé sensiblement au milieu du rail intermédiaire (2).

- Guide de sortie selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les galets porteurs (10) présents dans les chariots porteurs (9) sont réalisés sous forme de rouleaux et en ce que ceux-ci s'étendent au moins de façon approchante sur la largeur entière des rails intermédiaires (2).
- Guide de sortie selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les patins (17) entourent les rails intermédiaires (2) en forme de U.
- Guide de sortie selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que, sur le rail intermédiaire (2), entre les patins (17), est prévue une butée (12) pour les chariots porteurs (9).
- Guide de sortie selon la revendications 6, caractérisé en ce que le doigt d'entraînement est formé par un téton (13) sur le patin arrière (17), lequel (téton) s'étendant dans un évidement (14) pratiqué dans le rail de sortie (5).
- Guide de sortie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, sur les rails porteurs (6), est disposé, respectivement à l'avant et à l'arrière, un frein (15, 16), qui maintiennent de manière élastique des taquets (22), ou équivalents, fixés sur les rails intermédiaires (2), et en ce que, entre le rail intermédiaire (2) et les rails de sortie (5), un raccordement est prévu.
- Guide de sortie selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les freins (15, 16) sont constitués de parties en fourche disposées élastiquement dans un plan horizontal, comportant deux pointes (19, 20) dont l'une est disposée rigide et l'autre élastique.
- Guide de sortie selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que les freins (15, 16) sont formés à partir de lamelles en matière plastique.
- Guide de sortie selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la pointe élastique (20) du frein avant (15) présente une encoche (18) pour le taquet (22) du rail intermédiaire (2).
- Guide de sortie selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le doigt d'entraînement est formé par un segment basculant (24) sollicité par un ressort (25), lequel (segment) est logé sur le rail intermédiaire (2) et présente une encoche (27) dans laquelle vient s'enclencher un taquet du doigt d'entraînement (26) du rail de sortie (5).
- Guide de sortie selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le segment basculant (24) est relié à un élément de verrou (28) qui empêche la rentrée du rail intermédiaire (2) en le bloquant sur le rail porteur (6).
- Guide de sortie selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le rail porteur (6) est pourvu à son extrémité avant d'une butée (29), sur laquelle s'appuie l'élément de verrou (28) en position de verrouillage.
- Guide de sortie selon l'une au moins des revendications 15 à 17, caractérisé en ce qu'entre le rail intermédiaire (2) et le rail porteur (6) est prévu un introducteur (30).
- Guide de sortie selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que l'introducteur (30) repose sur le rail porteur (6).
- Guide de sortie selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le segment basculant (24) est basculable en passant par un point mort.
