Claims (10)
- Arrêtoir de porte pour véhicules automobiles, composé d'un boîtier de maintien (1) fixé sur l'une des parties de la porte, à savoir le montant de l'encadrement de porte ou la porte elle-même, et, d'une barre d'arrêt (2) traversant le boîtier de maintien (1), pourvue d'éléments de freinage et de blocage (31) et articulée sur l'autre partie de la porte autour d'un axe parallèle à l'axe de la charnière, où deux corps de freinage (7), (13) constitués de galets ou rouleaux, sont disposés dans le boîtier de maintien (1) et coopèrent avec les éléments de freinage et de blocage (31) de la barre d'arrêt (2), où l'un des corps de freinage (7) est constitué d'un galet de butée qui peut tourner autour d'un axe fixe (6), tandis que l'autre corps de freinage (13) est disposé dans un support (12) lui-même suspendu dans le boîtier de maintien (1) et à l'encontre de la force d'un ressort perpendiculairement au plan de mouvement de la barre d'arrêt (2), ledit support (12) subissant la force d'un ressort de torsion, où les deux galets, à savoir le galet de butée (7) et le galet de charge (13), qui coopèrent avec la barre d'arrêt (2), présentent des surfaces sensiblement lisses, caractérisé en ce que à l'intérieur du boîtier de maintien (1), la barre d'arrêt (2) est guidée latéralement, de part et d'autre, sur l'une des deux saillies des branches (14), (15) du support (12) constitué d'un pièce en forme de U, ouvert sur la barre d'arrêt (2) et dans lequel est articulé le galet de charge (13), lesdites saillies dépassant la diamètre du galet de charge (13) en direction de la barre d'arrêt (2) et recouvrant partiellement la hauteur du côté étroit (26) de la barre d'arrêt (2), où en tant qu'élément de guidage latéral unique de la barre d'arrêt (2), les branches (14), (15) du support (12), se prolongent en direction du mouvement de la barre d'arrêt (2), au delà de l'articulation du galet de charge et présentent dans cette zone des saillies (25) recouvrant au moins partiellement la hauteur des côtés étroits (26) de la barre d'arrêt (2) de sorte que le seul élément de guidage latéral de la barre d'arrêt (2) soit effectué à une certaine distance du galet de charge (13).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le support (12) est constitué d'une pièce préformée, en particulier d'une pièce moulée par injection, pourvue au moins sur la surface intérieure de ses branches (14), (15) d'une couche en matière synthétique résistant à l'usure par frottement.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce que le support (12) constitué d'une pièce préformée est entièrement en matière synthétique résistant à l'usure par frottement.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 ou 3 caractérisé en ce que les branches (14), (15) du support (12) s'appuient sur les côtés étroits (26) de la barre d'arrêt (2) sur une longueur correspondant au moins au diamètre du galet de charge (13).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que les branches (14), (15) du support (12) s'appuient en direction du mouvement de la barre d'arrêt (2) sur les côtés étroits (26) de celle-ci sur une longueur dépassant le diamètre du galet de charge (13).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que le support (12) disposé en pouvant pivoter dans le boîtier de maintien (1) est suspendu à un axe d'articulation fixe (20) prévu dans le boîtier (1), et, subit la force d'un ressort de torsion (21) qui s'appuie sur le support (12) tangentiellement à la circonférence du galet de charge (13).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que le ressort coopérant avec le support articulé (12) est un ressort spirale (21) dont les bras d'appui sont au contact du boîtier de maintien (1), dont le bras de charge (23) central s'appuie sur le support (12), et dont les spires (22) sont concentriques à l'axe d'articulation (11) du support (12).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que les deux galets, à savoir le galet de butée (7) et le galet de charge (13) sont disposés chacun sur l'axe correspondant par l'intermédiaire d'un coussinet (33) et en ce que l'articulation desdits galets est rendue étanche des deux côtés par un élément d'étanchéité (34) frontal, par exemple un anneau d'étanchéité (36) en forme de O ou un joint à lèvre (35), (37).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce que le support (12) articulé dans le boîtier de maintien (1), subit la force du bras de charge d'un ressort à barre de torsion en forme de U ou de S, dont un bras d'appui est fixé plus particulièrement sur les pièces d'appui du boîtier de maintien (1).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que le bras d'appui du ressort à barre de torsion, qui est fixé sur les pièces d'appui du boîtier de maintien, constitue simultanément l'axe d'articulation du support (12).
