Da bei diesem bekannten Türfeststeller jeder der beiden Bremskörper, Widerlagerrolle und Belastungsrolle, jeweils nur über einen Teil deren Breite hin an der zugeordneten Breitseite des Türhaltebandes anliegt ergibt sich beim Durchgang des Türhaltebandes durch das Haltergehäuse automatisch eine gewisse Mittenausrichtung, so daß trotz des Fehlens einer besonderen Führung für das Türhalteband ein noch befriedigender Gang des Türfeststellers erzielt wird. Der Kraftwagentürfeststeller besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Haltergehäuse 1 und einer dieses durchsetzenden Türhaltestange 2. Das Haltergehäuse 1 ist aus einem einteiligen Flachmaterialzuschnitt geformt und weist an zwei einander gegenüberliegende aufragende und untereinander vermittels eines Quersteges 4 verbundene glattwandige Lagerstege 3 anschließende Befestigungslappen 4 auf, über welche das Haltergehäuse 1 vermittels Schraubenbolzen 5 an das zugehörige, in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellte, Türanordnungsteil angeschlagen ist. Im Haltergehäuse 1 ist vermittels eines als Kopfbolzen ausgebildeten Lagerstiftes 6 eine einen glatten Umfang aufweisende Widerlagerwalze 7 um eine feststehende Achse rotierbar gelagert. Innerhalb des glattwandigen Haltergehäuses 1 ist die Widerlagerwalze 7 vermittels, insbesondere aus einem Kunststoffmaterial gebildeter, an ihren Strinseiten 9 anliegender Distanzblöcke 10 geführt. Der Widerlagerwalze 7 bezüglich des Türhaltebandes 2 gegenüberliegend ist vermittels eines um eine zur Rotationsachse der Widerlagerwalze 7 parallele, feststehende Achse 11 schwenkbar im Haltergehäuse 1 aufgehängten Halters 12 eine Belastungswalze 13 senkrecht zum Türhalteband 2 verstellbar aufgehängt. Der Halter 12 ist als Spritzgußformteil aus einem abriebfesten Kunststoffmaterial ausgebildet und weist eine zwei Schenkel 14 und 15 sowie einen Quersteg 16 umfassende, U-förmige Querschnittsform auf. Im Halter 12 ist eine Lagerbohrung 17 vorgesehen, über welche er schwenkbar auf einem die beiden Seitenstege 3 des Haltergehäuses 1 durchsetzenden, die Lagerachse 11 bildenden Lagerzapfen 18 gelagert ist. In einem Abstand zur Lagerbohrung 17 ist in den Schenkeln 14, 15 des Halters 12 vermittels Bohrungen 19 und eines Lagerstiftes 20 die Belastungsrolle 13 gelagert. Der Halter 12 ist vermittels einer als Wickelfeder 21 ausgebildeten Belastungsfeder, deren Windungen 22 beiderseits der Längsmitte des Türfeststellers auf dem Lagerzapfen 18 angeordnet sind und deren mittiger Belastungsarm 23 vermittels einer dort angeordneten Führungsausnehmung 24 am Quersteg 16 des Halters 12 angreift, in Richtung auf das Türhalteband hin federbelastet. Die beiden Schenkel 14 und 15 des Halters 12 sind in der Bewegungsrichtung des Türhaltebandes 2 über die Lagerachse 20 der Belastungswalze 13 hinaus verlängert und mit senkrecht zur Bewegungsebene des Türhaltebandes 2 gerichteten Nasen 25 versehen, über welche sie die Höhe der Schmalseiten 26 des Türhaltebandes 2 teilweise übergreifen, derart daß das Türhalteband 2 an den Innenflächen 27 der Schenkel 14 und 15 des Halters 12 geführt ist. Das Türhalteband 2 besteht im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel aus einer durch einen mit Durchbrüchen 28 versehenen Flachmaterialzuschnitt gebildeten Armierung 29 und einem aufgespritzen aus Kunststoff gebildeten Formteil 30, wobei das Formteil an der einen Seite des Türhaltebandes 2 die der Belastungswalze 13 zugeordneten Rastausnehmungen 31 aufweist, während seine der Widerlagerwalze 7 zugewandte Seite 32 glattflächig ausgebildet ist. Die Widerlagerwalze 7 und die Belastungswalze 13 sind bei dem in der Figur 3 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel vermittels Lagerbuchsen 33 auf den ihnen zugeordneten Lagerzapfen 6 bzw. 20 gelagert, wobei die Lagerung jeweils beidseitig vermittels einer Dichtung 34 abgedichtet ist. Die in der Darstellung der Figur 3 lediglich schematisch dargestellte Dichtung 34 kann dabei entweder gemäß der Detaildarstellung gemäß Figur 9 als Lippendichtung 35 oder aber gemäß der Detaildarstellung der Figur 10 als O-Ring-Dichtung 36 bzw. den Figuren 11 und 12 als Radiallippendichtung 37 ausgebildet sein. Im Einzelnen sind bei der in der Figur 9 gezeigten Ausführungsform die Lippendichtungen 35 vermittels jeweils eines Halteringes 40 in einer Ausnehmung 38 der Walze 7 bzw. 13 gehalten und liegen mittels ihrer Lippe 39 dichtend an der jeweiligen Lagerachse an, während bei der in der Figur 10 dargestellten Ausführung die 0-Ring-Dichtungen 36 in Ringnuten 41 in auf die Stirnseiten 27 der Walzen 7 bzw 13 aufklipsbaren Lagerdeckeln 42 aufgenommen sind. Die in den Figuren 11 und 12 dargestellte Radial-Lippendichtung weist einen Umfangswulst 43 auf, über welchen sie in einsprechend gestalteten Ringnuten in den Stirnseiten der Walzen 7 bzw. 13 gehalten ist, wöhrend sie über ihre radial nach innen gerichtetn Dichtlippen 44 am Umfang der jeweiligen Lagerachse anliegt.The motor vehicle door arrester essentially consists of a holder housing 1 and a door holding rod 2 passing through it. The holder 12 is by means of a loading spring designed as a coil spring 21, the windings 22 of which are arranged on both sides of the longitudinal center of the door arrester on the bearing journal 18 and whose central loading arm 23 engages by means of a guide recess 24 arranged there on the crossbar 16 of the holder 12, in the direction of the door holding band spring-loaded.   2. Vehicle door check according to claim 1, characterised in that the holder (12) is designed as a moulded part, in particular an injection moulded part, and is coated at least on the inside surfaces (27) of its sides (14 and 15) with an abrasion-proof plastic material.
  3. Vehicle door check according to claim 1 and 2, characterised in that the holder (12) designed as a moulded part is made completely of an abrasion-proof plastic material.
  4. Vehicle door check according to claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the arms (14, 15) of the holder (12) bear against the narrow sides (26) of the door holder strip (2) over a length corresponding at least to the diameter of the loading roller (13).
  5. Vehicle door check according to claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the sides (14, 15) of the holder (12) in the direction of movement of the door holder strip (2) bear against the narrow sides (26) of the door holder strip (2) over a length exceeding the diameter of the loading roller (13).
  6. Vehicle door check according to claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the holder (12) pivotably suspended in the holder casing (1) is suspended on a bearing axis (20) fixed in the holder casing (1) and loaded by a torsion spring (21), whereby the loading spring (21) allocated thereto acts tangentially to the periphery of the loading roller (13) mounted therein on the pivotable holder (12).
  7. Vehicle door check according to claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the spring loading the pivotable holder (12) is in the form of a coiled spring (21) supported by a support arm against the holder casing (1) and acting thereon via a central loading arm (23), the coils (22) of which are concentric to the bearing axis (11) of the pivotable holder (12).
  8. Vehicle door check according to claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the two rollers, abutment roller (7) and loading roller (13), are mounted by means of a bearing bush (33) on the axis assigned thereto and their bearing is sealed on both sides by an outer face seal (34), e.g. an 0-ring seal (36) or a lip seal (35, 37).
  9. Vehicle door check according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the loading arm of a U- or S-shaped torsion bar spring supported by a support arm in particular on the bearing arms of the holder casing (1) is allocated to the load of the holder (12) pivotably suspended in the holder casing (1).
  10. Vehicle door check according to claim 9, characterised in that the support arm of the torsion bar spring fixed on the bearing arms of the holder casing (1) also forms the axis bearing the pivotable holder.
