Claims (7)
- Procédé pour meuler le contour extérieur de cames ou pièces analogues, dans lequel on procède à un meulage d'ébauche de la came (3) au moyen d'une meule d'ébauche (1) en un processus à une passe jusqu'à une dimension prédéterminée de meulage d'ébauche puis à un meulage de finition avec une meule de finition (2),
caractérisé en ce que
l'enlèvement de matière de la came (3) jusqu'à la dimension d'ébauche est effectué avec une meule d'ébauche (1) comprenant sur sa région extérieure au moins une gorge (4) formée en direction radiale, avec exécution au moyen de cette meule d'ébauche (1), après une première passe, d'au moins une passe supplémentaire au cours de laquelle la meule d'ébauche (1) est déplacée au moins de la dimension de la largeur de la gorge dans la direction axiale de la meule d'ébauche. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la dimension de meulage de finition est obtenue avec au moins une rotation de la pièce d'oeuvre.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, avec une meule d'ébauche (1) et une meule de finition (2),
caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) il est prévu sur la meule de finition (1), dans la périphérie extérieure, au moins une gorge (4) formée en direction radiale ;b) la couche de meulage (5, 6) déposée sur la meule d'ébauche (1) est interrompue par la (les) gorge(s) (4) ;c) la largeur de la meule d'ébauche (1) est supérieure à la dimension axiale de la came (3) ;d) le dispositif comporte un moyen pour déplacer axialement la meule d'ébauche (1) au moins de la dimension de la largeur de la gorge. - Dispositif selonla revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface de meulage de la meule d'ébauche est déposée galvaniquement ou par liaison métallique CBN (nitrure de bore cristallin).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la (les) gorge(s) formée(s) en direction radiale (4) est (sont) symétrique(s) sur la section de la meule d'ébauche (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la (les) gorge(s) présentent une section à angle droit et en ce qu'un revêtement de meulage (S) prédéfini fait saillie vers l'extérieur sur la surface active de la meule d'ébauche (1) au-dessus du rebord de la gorge.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la (les) gorge(s) (4) présente(nt) une section en forme de queue d'aronde.
