제1도는 캠을 정삭연마하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 장치의 단면도, 제2도는 플런즈 컷트연마형태와 황삭연마휠을 보인 단면도, 제3도는 황삭연마횔을 축방향으로 이동시킨 다음 캠을 정삭연마하는 것을 보인 단면도.
Claims (7)
- 캠이 사전에 설정된 황삭연마크기로 플런즈컷트 형태의 황삭연마휠에 의하여 황삭연마되고 정삭연마휠에 의하여 마무리 정삭연마되는 캠류의 외부윤곽을 연마하는 캠의 연마방법에 있어서, 상기 캠(3)을 상기 황삭연마 크기로 연마하는 과정의 외면에 적어도 하나의 방사상 주연요구(4)를 갖는 황삭연마휠(1)에 의하여 수행되고, 상기 황삭연마휠(1)에 의한 적어도 1회의 추가 플런즈컷트중에 상기 연마휠의 축방향으로 요구의 폭 크기만큼 이동됨을 특징으로 하는 캠의 연마방법.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 공작물인 캠의 적어도 1회 회전으로 상기 완성된 황삭연마크기에 도달함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 황삭연마휠과 정삭연마휠을 이용하여 청구범위 1항 또는 2항에 따른 방법은 수행하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 황삭연마휠(1)의 외주면에 적어도 하나의 방사상 주연요구(4)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 황삭연마휠(1)의 폭이 상기 캠(3)의 축방향 크기보다 큼을 특징으로 하는 캠의 연마 장치.
- 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 상기 황삭연마휠(1)의 연마면에 CBN 코팅층이 전기도금되거나 금속결합됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 상기 방사상 주연요구(4)가 상기 황삭연마휠(1)의 단면에서 대칭임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 3∼5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 요구가 장방형의 단면형태로 되어 있고 상기 황삭연마휠(1)의 연마면에 형성된 상기 연마코팅층이 상기 요구의 변부를 지나돌출됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 3∼5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 요구(4)가 비둘기꼬리형의 단면으로 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
