Claims (13)
- Couvercle à ouverture facile en tôle pour boîtes avec au moins une partie d'ouverture (6;33,34;61,62) qui est délimitée par une ligne d'entaille (4,31,32,56), dont les extrémités définissent une ligne de pliage (5,5a;40a,40b;59a,59b) ;- avec un collier à poignée (10,11,12;36,36c) en forme de levier qui est fixé à un point de fixation (9,38,45,65) à l'extérieur de la partie d'ouverture sur le miroir (3) du couvercle, la partie d'ouverture et le collier à poignée étant en contact par l'intermédiaire d'une plage de contact (18,39a,39b,64) limitée, qui se situe entre le bord (15,36b) de l'extrémité à ouvrir (12,36c) du collier à poignée et le point de fixation (9,38,45,65), caractérisée en ce que la ligne de pliage (5,5a;40a,40b;59a,59b) limitée ne coupe pas une droite de liaison (imaginaire) entre le point de fixation (9,38,45,65) et la zone de contact (18,39a,39b,64) et se situe au moins en partie au-dessous du collier à poignée (10,11,12;36,36c).
- Couvercle à ouverture facile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie d'ouverture (6;33,34;61,62) peut être séparée, lors de l'enfoncement de la ligne d'entaille (31,56) par une ligne d'entaille (32,60) supplémentaire qui s'étend sensiblement en ligne droite le long de l'axe de symétrie (alignée avec l'axe longitudinal (36a) du collier à poignée (36) de la partie d'ouverture (33,34), en deux demi-parties d'ouverture (33,34;61,62) présentant respectivement une ligne de pliage (40a,40b;59a,59b).
- Couvercle à ouverture facile selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le contour de la partie d'ouverture (6;33,34;61,62) est ovale et l'axe longitudinal (16;36a) du collier à poignée (10;36) coupe l'axe (8,63) le plus long de la partie d'ouverture à peu près à angle droit.
- Couvercle à ouverture facile selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le bord (36b) libre de l'extrémité à ouvrir (12,36c) du collier à poignée (36) est toujours courbé et est disposé de façon symétrique par rapport à son axe longitudinal (36a), les zones de contact (39a,39b,64) du point de fixation étant plus proches du collier à poignée (36) que de son bord (36b) libre.
- Couvercle à ouverture facile selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les lignes de pliage (40a,40b;59a,59b) très limitées sont situées des deux côtés de l'axe longitudinal (36a) et à proximité du point de fixation (38,65) du collier à poignée (36).
- Couvercle à ouverture facile selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, sur la partie d'ouverture (6) ovale en une seule pièce, la/les zone(s) de contact ((18) est/sont disposée(s) en quinconce sur le côté, opposé à la ligne de pliage (5a) très limitée, du point de fixation (9) du collier à poignée (10;11,12).
- Couvercle à ouverture facile selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le bord libre (15) de l'extrémité à ouvrir (12) est dissymétrique par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (16) du collier à poignée (10) et présente un ergot (17) avançant latéralement (21) sur la face de la/des zones de contact (18).
- Couvercle à ouverture facile selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la zone/les zones de contact (18) sont disposées dans la zone de l'ergot (17) saillant.
- Couvercle à ouverture facile selon l'une quelconques des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des deux zones de contact (18;39a,39b;64) agissant ensemble est constituée par une partie formée (47;48,49;51) saillante, en forme de bosse ou de nervure, dans l'extrémité à ouvrir (12;36c) du collier à poignée (10,36) et/ou dans la partie d'ouverture (6;33,34;61,62).
- Couvercle à ouverture facile selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, des deux côtés de la ligne médiane longitudinale (36a) du collier à poignée (36), il est prévu respectivement une zone de contact (39a,39b), zone dont l'une (39b) présente un parcours à vide, prédéfini par rapport à l'autre zone de contact (39a), jusqu'au contact, et ce par rapport au mouvement de pivotement de l'extrémité à ouvrir (36c) du collier à poignée (36) lors de l'ouverture des demi-parties d'ouverture (33,34;61,62).
- Couvercle à ouverture facile selon l'une quelconque des revendications mentionnées, avec lequel la ou les zones de contact (64;39a,39b;18) sont décalées latéralement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal ((16,36a) du collier à poignée (10,36).
- Couvercle à ouverture facile selon l'une quelconque des revendications mentionnées, avec lequel la ligne d'entaille (4;31,32;56) est toujours courbée.
- Couvercle à ouverture facile selon l'une quelconque des revendications mentionnées, avec lequel l'écartement des zones de contact (64;39a,39b;18) et du bord (15,36b) libre du collier à poignée est différent respectivement du point de fixation.
