Claims (17)
- Volet roulant pour fenêtres, portes ou similaires, à plusieurs lamelles profilées (10a, 10b) courbées, reliées l'une à l'autre de ma- nière articulée et s'étendant parallèles l'une à l'autre, caractérisé en ce qu'entre chaque paire de lamelles profilées (10a, 10b) emboîtées l'une dans l'autre sont enserrées des bandes d'articulation (11) flexibles séparées, s'étendant perpendiculairement à ces lamelles, qui relient les multiples paires de lamelles profilées (10a, 10b) l'une à l'autre dans une direction perpendiculaire, les lamelles (10a, 10b) étant plus larges que les bandes d'articulation (11) et chaque bande d'articulation (11) étant reliée à plus de deux paires de lamelles (10a, 10b).
- Volet roulant suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bandes d'articulation (11) sont enserrées perpendiculairement, l'une à côté de l'autre en se recouvrant, entre les lamelles profilées s'emboîtant l'une dans l'autre (10a, 10b) .
- Volet roulant suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les bandes d'articulation (11) sont réalisées en acier élastique d'une épaisseur de 0,01 à 0,06 mm.
- Volet roulant suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les bandes d'articulation (11) présentent une épaisseur de 0,2 à 0,3 mm.
- Volet roulant suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les bandes d'articulation (11) présentent une largeur de 50 à 100 mm ou de 100 à 200 cm .
- Volet roulant suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles profilées (10a, 10b) et/ou les bandes d'articulation (11) sont en acier V2A.
- Volet roulant suivant l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles profilées (10a, 10b) sont réalisées en matière plastique.
- Volet roulant suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles profilées (10a, 10b) sont courbées suivant un rayon de 20 à 40 mm.
- Volet roulant suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la courbure d'une lamelle profilée extérieure (10a) est inférieure à la courbure d'une lamelle profilée intérieure (10b).
- Volet roulant suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'une des deux lamelles profilées (10a, 10b) s'emboîtant l'une dans l'autre est réalisée en matière plastique et que l'autre lamelle profilée est réalisée en acier.
- Volet roulant suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles profilées (10a, 10b) sont oxydées électrolytiquement de manière colorée.
- Volet roulant suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les bandes d'articulation flexibles (11) sont réalisées en matériaux textiles.
- Volet roulant suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les bandes d'articulation flexibles (11) sont réalisées en bandes de matière plastique renforcées de fibre de verre et/ou de carbone.
- Volet roulant suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les bandes d'articulation (11) sont soudées par points entre les lamelles profilées (10a, 10b).
- Volet roulant suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les bandes d'articulation (11) et les lamelles profilées (10a, 10b) sont collées les unes aux autres.
- Volet roulant suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les bandes d'articulation flexibles (11) sont réalisées en un treillis de fil métallique ou de fils de matière plastique.
- Volet roulant suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que les paires de lamelles profilées (10a, 10b) sont reliées aux bandes d'articulation (11) à une distance de 80 à 120mm l'une de l'autre.
