Claims (2)
- Groupe d'impression offset comprenant
un cylindre porte-blanchet,
un cylindre porte-plaque,
un cylindre encreur présentant une surface de travail souple,
qui sont tous entraînés à la même vitesse de rotation, et un rouleau tramé qui amène l'encre au cylindre encreur,
caractérisé en ce que le cylindre encreur (12) possède un diamètre d'environ 99 % du diamètre du cylindre porte-plaque (5),
sur le cylindre encreur (12) est déposée une couche (16) faite d'une matière élastique prenant l'encre, dont l'épaisseur représente 2 à 3 % du diamètre du cylindre encreur (12) et dont la dureté est de 60 à 70° shore et le cylindre encreur (12) peut être appliqué pour le travail contre le cylindre porte-plaque (5) de telle manière que le cylindre encreur (12) soit en contact avec le cylindre porte-plaque (5) sur une longueur (l) d'une longueur de 7 à 9 mm dans la direction circonférentielle. - Groupe imprimant offset selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche (16) est faite d'une matière élastique prenant l'encre, à base de caoutchouc, et est vulcanisée sur le cylindre encreur (12).
