Claims (16)

1. Bande de protection pour réaliser une jonction de crépi sur un élément de construction en un autre matériau, notamment sur un cadre de fenêtre ou de porte, présentant les caractéristiques suivantes:
a) la bande de protection (1) comprend une partie inférieure (1d) en matière synthétique et une partie supérieure (1b) en matière synthétique;
b) la partie inférieure (1d) est munie d'une bande collante (2) prévue pour être collée sur l'élément de construction (3);
c) entre la partie inférieure (1d) et la partie supérieure (1b) est collé un tissu d'armure (8) destiné à être noyé dans le crépi (6, 6a) qui s'y raccorde;
d) la partie inférieure (1d) est bloquée élastiquement et par concordance de formes avec la partie supérieure (1b);
e) la bande de protection (1) comprend une patte de protection latérale (4) destinée à protéger l'élément de construction (3) et pouvant être brisée à là main au niveau d'une entaille.
2. Bande de protection selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'emplacement de l'encliquetage est tourné vers le mur de maçonnerie et en ce que l'autre extrémité (1b˝) de la partie supérieure (1b) pénètre avec interposition du tissu d'armure (8) dans une paroi latérale en contre-dépouille (1c) de la partie inférieure (1d) (figure 1).
3. Bande de protection selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'à l'état pressé en place et encliqueté, les surfaces de la partie supérieure et de la partie inférieure qui sont tournées vers la couche de crépi (6, 6a) sont approximativement au même niveau.
4. Bande de protection selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que la partie de nez (1a˝) est arrondie à sa partie supérieure sensiblement sous la forme d'un demi-cercle et l'extrémité associée de la partie supérieure (1b) est découpée à sa partie supérieure de façon correspondante (figure 1).
5. Bande de protection selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie inférieure (1d) est raccordée à la partie supérieure (1b) qui a sensiblement la même épaisseur de paroi, est rabattue au moyen d'un élément de liaison (1c) de plus faible épaisseur de paroi (S) et est pressée avec interposition d'un tissu d'armure (8), et s'enclenche élastiquement par son extrémité libre (1b′) dans l'élément en forme de nez (1a˝) en contre-dépouille de la paroi latérale (1a) qui est à l'opposé du mur de maçonnerie (5) (figures 2, 2a).
6. Bande de protection selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément en forme de nez (1a˝) est arrondi en direction de la couche de crépi (6).
7. Bande de protection selon la revendication 4 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité libre (1b′) de la partie supérieure (1b) est biseautée vers l'intérieur,
8. Bande de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'une plaque en fibres (9) qui est collée sur le mur de maçonnerie (5) vient buter contre la partie supérieure (1b) éventuellement rendue rugueuse ou striée.
9. Bande de protection selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la plaque en fibres (9) est noyée avec la partie en saillie du tissu d'armure (8) dans une couche en mastic (6a).
10. Bande de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que la paroi latérale (1a) qui est à l'opposé du mur de maçonnerie (5) comprend un évidement interne (1e) (figure 2).
11. Bande de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le côté extérieur (1a′) de la paroi latérale (1a) qui est à l'opposé du mur de maçonnerie (5) sert de façon connue de bord de nivelage pour le crépi supérieur (figures 1 ainsi que 2 et 2a).
12. Bande de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le côté avant (1f) de la paroi latérale (1a) qui est à l'opposé du mur de maçonnerie est muni de bossages de forme triangulaire (1f′).
13. Bande de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que la patte de protection (4) comprend une nervure tournée vers ledit élément de construction (3) en un autre matériau, soit un cadre de fenêtre ou de porte soit une tête de chevron, dont la hauteur correspond à l'épaisseur de la bande (2). La surface lisse du côté qui est à l'opposé de la nervure (4a) supporte une bande adhésive (4b) sur laquelle la feuille de protection est fixée par pression.
14. Bande de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que la bande (2) qui sert à son collage est constituée en une résine synthétique mousse, c'est-à-dire molle, et supporte de chaque côté une couche de colle (2a).
15. Bande de protection selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que la bande collante (2) présente une épaisseur comprise entre 0,8 et 8 mm en fonction du crépi à appliquer et de son type et en fonction de l'intensité des oscillations ou des secousses provenant de l'élément de construction (3).
16. Bande de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisée en ce que la bande collante de consistance molle (2) s'étend de préférence sur la totalité de sa longueur et de sa largeur.
