Abstract

Ein Schuh (1) besitzt ein Fußbett (2) aus Holz, das im Ballenbereich wenigstens zweimal, vorzugsweise vier- oder fünfmal unterteilt ist, wobei im Bereich der Trennfugen (11) zwischen den Teilen (13) des Fußbettes (2) jeweils ein Streifen (12) aus elastischem Werkstoff vorgesehen ist, der mit den Teilen (13) verbunden ist. Eine am Fuß­bett (2) durch Kleben oder durch Anschäumen befestigte Sohle (5) weist einen nach oben vorstehenden Rand (7) auf, der bündig mit der Oberseite des Fußbettes (2) ab­schließt. Mit dem Fußbett (2) ist ein Oberteil (3) ver­bunden, wobei auf die Unterseite (9) des Fußbettes (2) umgeschlagene Randbereiche (10) des Oberteils (3) be­festigt sind.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schuh mit einem Fußbett aus Holz, wobei das Fußbett gegebenenfalls unterteilt ausge­bildet ist, mit einem am Fußbett befestigten und bis an die Unterseite des Fußbettes reichenden Oberteil, der wenigstens im Bereich des Vorderfußes vorgesehen ist, und mit einer am Fußbett unten befestigten Sohle aus Kunst­stoff, wobei die Sohle einen nach oben vorstehenden Rand aufweist, der im wesentlichen bündig mit der Oberseite des Fußbettes aus Holz abschließt und mit der Seiten­fläche des Fußbettes aus Holz und/oder mit dem Oberteil verbunden ist.
  • Bekannte Fußbekleidungsstücke dieser Art, die in erster Linie als Pantoffeln, Sandalen Halbschuhe, halbhohe Schuhe oder Stiefel ausgebildet sind, besitzen zur Er­höhung des Gehkomfortes häufig Sohlen aus Kunststoff. Diese Sohlen sind lediglich an der Unterseite des Holz­fußbettes vorgesehen und der Oberteil, der als geschlos­sener Vorderfußteil oder als sandalenartiger Riemen aus­gebildet ist, ist seitlich sichtbar am Holzfußbett be­festigt.
  • Ein derartiger Schuh ist aus der FR-A-2 451 173 bekannt. Bei diesen bekannten Schuhen (Pantolette) ist der Ober­teil in einer Nut an der Oberkante des Fußbettes oder an der Seite desselben befestigt.
  • Eine Ausführung eines Fußbettes aus starrem Werkstoff, das einen geschwächten Bereich aufweist, um das Fußbett biegsam zu gestalten, ist aus der GB-A-2 092 431 bekannt. Die den verjüngten Bereich bildenden Nuten und Ausneh­mungen sind mit elastischem Kunststoff ausgefüllt, der auch die Sohle bildet.
  • Die Erfindung stellt sich die Aufgabe ein Fußbekleidungs­stück der eingangs genannten Gattung anzugeben, das ohne Beeinträchtigung des Gehkomfortes unter Beibehaltung eines Holzfußbettes ein ansprechendes Aussehen erhält und bei dem die Unterkante des Oberteils nicht sichtbar ist.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe mit den in Anspruch 1 genannten Merkmalen gelöst.
  • Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sind Gegen­stand der Unteransprüche.
  • Durch den Gegenstand des Patentanspruches 5 ergibt sich ein gleichmäßiges Abbiegen des Fußbettes im Ballenbe­reich. Dies im Gegensatz zur Ausführung des Fußbettes in der GB-A-2 092 431 das scharf abknickt.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten und Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachstehenden Beschreibung des in der Zeich­nung schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles. Es zeigt
    • Fig. 1 in Schrägansicht einen pantoffelartigen Holzschuh,
    • Fig. 2 einen Schnitt längs der Linie II-II in Fig. 1,
    • Fig. 3 in Seitenansicht ein unterteiltes Fußbett und
    • Fig. 4 im Schnitt eine abgeänderte Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Schuhes und Schutzkappe.
  • Ein in Fig. 1 gezeigter Holzschuh 1 ist nach Art eines Pantoffels ausgebildet und besitzt ein durchgehendes, aus Holz bestehendes Fußbett 2 und einen den vorderen Teil des Holzschuhs 1 überdeckenden Oberteil 3, der aus Leder oder lederähnlichem Werkstoff bestehen kann.
  • Weiters besitzt der Holzschuh 2 eine durchgehende Sohle 5 aus Kunststoff, z.B. aus Polyurethan, die im Bereich des Absatzes durch eingebaute Öffnungen in ihrer Elastizität an die Belastungen angepaßt sein kann.
  • Wie die Schnittdarstellung von Fig. 2 erkennen läßt, ist die Sohle 5 mit einem seitlich entlang des gesamten Um­fanges des Fußbettes 2 nach oben ragenden Rand 7 ausge­rüstet, welcher den unteren Rand 4 des Oberteiles 3 über­greift und etwa bis zur Oberseite des Fußbettes 2 reicht.
  • Die Sohle 5 ist mit dem Fußbett 2 beispielsweise durch Kleben verbunden. Es ist aber auch möglich, die Sohle 5 mit dem übrigen Teil des Schuhs 1 dadurch zu verbinden, daß die Sohle 5 unmittelbar an den sonst fertiggestellten und mit dem Fußbett 2 verbundenen Oberteil 3 und an das Fußbett 2 angeschäumt wird.
  • Auch im Bereich des Absatzes ragt die Sohle 5 mit ihrem Rand 7 bis in den Bereich der oberen Kante des Holzfuß­bettes 2.
  • In Fig. 2 ist gezeigt, daß der Oberteil 3 bis unter die Unterseite 9 des Fußbettes 2 aus Holz gezogen (gezwickt) und dort mit seinen umgeschlagenen Rändern 10 beispiels­weise durch Kleben (Leimen), Klammern oder Nageln oder sonstwie befestigt ist.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt ein unterteiltes Fußbett 2. Im einzelnen sind fünf Trennfugen 11 vorgesehen, in denen Streifen 12 aus elastischem Werkstoff aufgenommen sind. Die in den Trennfugen 11 vorgesehenen Streifen 12 gehen von einer Platte 14 aus, die in einer Vertiefung 15 an der Unter­seite 9 des Fußbettes 2 aufgenommen ist. Die Platte 14 und die Streifen 12 sind mit dem Fußbett 2 bzw. dessen Teilen 13 verklebt oder an diese angeschäumt. Dieses Fuß­bett 2 kann auch bei der in den Fig. 1 und 2 gezeigten Ausführungsform des Holzschuhes 1 verwendet werden. Das in Fig. 3 gezeigte Fußbett 2 hat den Vorteil, daß es im Ballenbereich nicht scharf abknickt, sondern sich beim Gehen im Ballenbereich des Fußbettes 2 mit vergleichs­ weise großem Krümmungsradius biegt.
  • Fig. 4 zeigt im Längsschnitt eine Ausführungsform eines Schuhes gemäß der Erfindung mit einer im Zehenbereich angeordneten Schutzkappe 20. Die Schutzkappe 20 ist innerhalb des vorderen Bereiches des Oberteils 3 angeord­net und untergreift mit ihren nach innen abgebogenen Rän­dern 21 das Fußbett 2, wobei die Ränder 21 der Schutz­kappe 20 an der Unterseite 9 des Fußbettes 2 anliegen.
  • Der auf die Unterseite 9 des Fußbettes 2 umgeschlagene Randbereich 10 des Oberteils 3 ist wie aus Fig. 4 er­sichtlich, so weit gezogen, daß er den abgewinkelten Bereich 21 der schutzkappe 20 übergreift und bis auf die Unterseite 9 des Fußbettes 2 reicht. Dort ist der umge­schlagene Randbereich 10, wie im Zusammenhang mit den anderen Ausführungsformen des erfindungsgemäßen Schuh beschrieben, befestigt.
  • Bei der in Fig. 4 gezeigten Ausführungsform ist noch an­gedeutet, daß in dem vom umgeschlagenen Randbereich 10 des Oberteils 3 nicht abgedeckten Bereich der Unterseite 9 des Fußbettes 2 ein Einsatz 22 vorgesehen ist, der ins­besondere bei durch Kleben mit dem Schuh verbundener Sohle 5 verhindert, daß sich diese nach innen wölbt.
  • Die Erfindung kann bei Sohlen, die keilförmig ausgebildet sind, d.h. keinen abgesetzten Absatz aufweisen ("Panto­letten"), oder bei Sohlen mit Absatz ("Clogs") ebenso wie bei Sandalen, Pantoffeln, Pantoletten, Halbschuhen, halb­hohen Schuhen, Stiefeln und dgl. Schuhwerk verwirklicht werden.
  • Von Bedeutung bei der Erfindung ist noch, daß das Fußbett durchgehend, vorzugsweise einstückig durchgehend ausge­bildet ist. So kommt der Fuß, soferne der Oberteil 3 aus Leder besteht, nur oder überwiegend mit natürlichen Werk­stoffen in Berührung.

Claims (10)

1. Schuh (1) mit einem Fußbett (2) aus Holz, wobei das Fußbett (2) gegebenenfalls unterteilt ausgebildet ist, mit einem am Fußbett (2) befestigten und bis an die Unterseite des Fußbettes (2) reichenden Oberteil (3), der wenigstens im Bereich des Vorderfußes vorge­sehen ist, und mit einer am Fußbett (2) unten befe­stigten Sohle (5) aus Kunststoff, wobei die Sohle (5) einen nach oben vorstehenden Rand (7) aufweist, der im wesentlichen bündig mit der Oberseite des Fußbet­tes (2) aus Holz abschließt und mit der Seitenfläche des Fußbettes (2) aus Holz und/oder mit dem Oberteil verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ober­teil (3) an der Unterseite (9) des Fußbettes (2) aus Holz über umgeschlagene Randbereiche (10) vorzugswei­se durch Leimen, Nageln oder Klammern befestigt ist und daß die Sohle (5) einschließlich ihres nach oben vorstehenden und das Fußbett (2) seitlich bedeckenden Randes (7) durch Kleben oder durch Anschäumen an das Fußbett (2) bzw. dem daran befestigten Oberteil (3) verbunden ist.
2. Schuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oberteil (3) nach Art eines Pantoffels den vor­deren Bereich des Fußbettes (2) umschließt, den Fersenbereich jedoch freiläßt.
3. Schuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oberteil (3) als sich quer über den vorderen Bereich des Fußbettes (2) erstreckender, durchgehen­der oder geteilter, mit einem Verschluß versehener Riemen nach Art einer Sandale ausgebildet ist.
4. Schuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oberteil (3) nach Art eines Halbschuhes, halb­hohen Schuhes oder eines Stiefels ausgebildet ist und das gesamte Fußbett (2) umschließt.
5. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch ge­kennzeichnet, daß das Fußbett (2) im Ballenbereich wenigstens zweimal, vorzugsweise vier- oder fünfmal unterteilt ist und daß im Bereich der Trennfugen (11) zwischen den Teilen (13) des Fußbettes (2) jeweils ein Streifen (12) aus elastischem Werkstoff vorge­sehen ist, der mit den Teilen (13) durch Kleben oder Anschäumen verbunden ist.
6. Schuh nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen (12) aus elastischem Werkstoff ein­stückig mit einer an der Unterseite des Fußbettes (2) angeordneten und mit dem Fußbett (2) verbundenen Platte (14) aus elastischem Werkstoff ausgebildet sind.
7. Schuh nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (14) in einer Ausnehmung (15) an der Unterseite (9) des Fußbettes (2) aufgenommen ist und daß die Unterseite der Platte (14) mit der Unterseite (9) des Fußbettes (2) bündig ist.
8. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch ge­kennzeichnet, daß im Zehenbereich eine Schutzkappe (20) aus Stahl oder Kunststoff vorgesehen ist, deren nach innen abgebogene Ränder (21) das Fußbett (2) untergreifen und auf der Unterseite (9) desselben aufliegen.
9. Schuh nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzkappe (20) innerhalb des Oberteils (3) an­geordnet ist und daß die Randbereiche (10) des Ober­teils (3) die Ränder (21) der Schutzkappe (20) über­greifen, bis auf die Unterseite (9) des Fußbettes (2) reichen und dort befestigt sind.
10. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch ge­kennzeichnet, daß im vom Randbereich (10) des Ober­ teiles (3) nicht abgedeckten Bereich der Unterseite (9) des Fußbettes (2) ein Einsatz (22) vorzugsweise ein Einsatz (22) aus Leder vorgesehen ist.
