Abstract

Bei einer Längsfalzvorrichtung für eine Bedruckstoffbahn (1) an einem Falzapparat einer Rollenrotations- Druckmaschine, die einen in einem Schwenkpunkt (5) gegenüber den Maschinen-Seitenwänden drehbar gelagerten Falztrichter (4) aufweist, wurde bislang der Schwenkpunkt auf der Rückseite des Falztrichters angeordnet. Bei einer Schwenkbewegung des Trichters mußten die oberhalb des Trichters angeordnete Trichterwalze und die beiderseits der Trichternase angeordneten Trichtereinlaufwalzen nachgeführt werden.
Durch eine Verlegung des Schwenkpunktes auf die dem Falztrichter abgewandte Seite der Bedruckstoffbahn - vorzugsweise in die Nähe des Schnittpunktes zweier Geraden (8, 9), von denen die erste (8) senkrecht zur Trichterneigung durch deren oberes Ende und von denen die zweite (9) senkrecht durch das untere Ende des Trichters verläuft - wird der vertikale Versatz der Trichternase und die Verlagerung des oberen Endes soweit minimiert, daß auf eine Nachführung verzichtet werden kann.
