Claims (4)
- Bahnenzuführung und Doppeltrichterfalzapparat mit zwei hintereinander angeordneten Falztrichtern (41,42), gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß über einen einfachbreiten Falzapparat (51) ein großer, die maximale Bahnbreite (b) verarbeitender Falztrichter (41) und unter diesem ein kleiner, die halbe Bahnbreite (b/2) verarbeitender Falztrichter (42) einerseits und die Bahnenzuführung andererseits so angeordnet sind, daß nach dem Druck zweier gleicher Produkte nebeneinander auf Bahnen (1, 2, 3) der maximalen Bahnbreite (b) die hiernach auf halbe Bahnbreite (b/2) längsgeschnittenen Teilbahnen (1.1, 1.2 bzw. 2.1, 2.2 bzw. 3.1, 3.2), produktbezogen eingemischt in verschiedene übereinander liegende Bahnebenen (I bis VI), mittig über den jeweiligen Falztrichter (41, 42) längsgefalzt in zwei getrennte, produktgleiche Stränge (43, 44) registergerecht, in Längsrichtung der Falzzylinder nebeneinander in den sie gemeinsam parallel verarbeitenden Falzapparat (51) einlaufen.
- Bahnenzuführung und Doppeltrichterfalzapparat nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß in der Bahnenzuführung die Teilbahnen (1.2; 2.2) zum Einmischen in die produktbezogen zugeordneten Bahnebenen (IV; V) neben ihnen in anderen Bahnebenen (II; III) verlaufende Teilbahnen (2.1; 3.1) seitlich beabstandet kreuzen, wobei jeweils vor der ersten gekreuzten Teilbahn (2.1 bzw. 3.1) eine die kreuzende Teilbahn (1.2 bzw. 2.2) vorzugsweise rechtwinklig umlenkende, in einer zur Bahnmittellinie der anlaufenden Teilbahn (1.2 bzw. 2.2) senkrechten Ebene geschwenkte Bahnleitwalze (13 bzw. 15) einen in Laufrichtung zunehmenden seitlichen Versatz (V1; V2 bzw. V3) der ablaufenden Teilbahn (1.2 bzw. 2.2) bewirkend und nach der letzten gekreuzten Teilbahn (3.1) eine zweite quer zur anlaufenden Teilbahn (1.2 bzw. 2.2) liegend entsprechend deren Verlauf geschwenkte Bahnleitwalze (14 bzw. 16) die Teilbahn (1.2 bzw. 2.2) vorzugsweise rechtwinklig umlenkend angeordnet sind, und alle Teilbahnen (1.1 bis 3.2) in den ihnen zugeordneten Bahnebenen (I bis VI) jeweils durch eine Bahnleiteinrichtung mittig zu den Falztrichtern (41; 42) ausgerichtet seitlich versetzt sind.
- Bahnenzuführung und Doppeltrichterfalzapparat nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Bahnleiteinrichtung aus einer mit zwei Wendestangen (19 bis 30) ausgestatteten Parallelwendeeinrichtung (31 bis 36) besteht.
- Bahnenzuführung und Doppeltrichterfalzapparat nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß dem kleinen Trichter (42) nachgeordnete Einlaufwalzen (47; 48) für den Falzapparat (51) im Gestell einseitig fliegend gelagert sind.
