Der Papiereinlauf in die Falzapparate 94, 95 erfolgt jeweils über an sich bekannte Zugwalzenpaare 74, 76, 79.
Der untere überbau-Schlitten B ist auf zwei falzapparatfesten unteren Horizontal-Trägern 37 geführt und gehalten mittels Schwalbenschwanzführungen, um mindestens eine halbe maximal mögliche Papierbahnbreite (= 1/2 x Formzylinderballenlänge) verschiebbar und arretierbar.
Claims (10)
- Papierbahnzuführung zu einer Anzahl von Falzapparaten einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine von aus einer Anzahl von Papierbahnen längsgeschnittenen Teilpapierbahnen (4 bis 15) über Wendestangen (24 bis 29; 31 bis 35), wobei die Papierbahn-Laufrichtung in Produktionsrichtung durch Druckwerke verläuft und über die Wendestangen (24 bis 29; 31 bis 35) die Teilpapierbahnen (4 bis 15) quer zur Papierbahn-Laufrichtung umgelenkt werden und zu einem oder mehreren Teilpapierbahnsträngen (67, 68) zusammengeführt sind, wobei auf mindestens zwei beabstandeten horizontalen oder zur Horizontalen geneigten Ebenen (C; D) je ein überbau-Schlitten (A; B) vorgesehen ist, einer der überbau-Schlitten (A; B) auf seiner ihm zugeordneten Ebene (C; D) verfahrbar angeordnet ist und die überbau-Schlitten (A; B) jeweils eine Mehrzahl von Wendestangen (10 bis 15; 24 bis 29) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der überbau-Schlitten (A; B) auf seiner ihm zugeordneten Ebene verfahrbar ist.
- Papierbahnzuführung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die überbau-Schlitten (A; B) quer zur Laufrichtung der nichtlängsgeschnittenen Papierbahn verfahrbar angeordnet sind.
- Papierbahnzuführung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die überbau-Schlitten (A; B) in und entgegen der Laufrichtung der nichtlängsgeschnittenen Papierbahn verfahrbar angeordnet sind.
- Papierbahnzuführung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die überbau-Schlitten (A; B) quer und in und entgegen der Laufrichtung der nichtlängsgeschnittenen Papierbahn verfahrbar angeordnet sind.
- Papierbahnzuführung nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jedem der überbau-Schlitten (A; B) entsprechend der Anzahl der Wendestangen (10 bis 15; 24 bis 29) einstellbare Längsregistereinrichtungen (39 bis 44; 45 bis 50) vorgesehen sind.
- Papierbahnzuführung nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die überbau-Schlitten (A; B) derart verschiebbar angeordnet sind, daß sie übereinanderstehend oder zu einander versetzt sind.
- Papierbahnzuführung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedem überbau-Schlitten (A; B) ein wählbarer Falzapparat (94; 95) zugeordnet ist.
- Papierbahnzuführung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falzapparate (94, 95) als sog. "einfachbreite" Falzapparate ausgeführt sind.
- Papierbahnzuführung nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anzahl sog. "doppeltbreiter" Falzapparate vorgesehen sind.
- Papierbahnzuführung nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß pro Wendestange (10 bis 15; 24 bis 29) eine Zugeinrichtung (54 bis 59; 60 bis 65) vorgesehen ist.
