Claims (10)

1. Procédé de remplissage de profilés creux destinés à être pliés pour former des intercalaires, avec un produit hygroscopique, dans lequel le produit hygroscopique est introduit par une extrémité dans le profilé creux, le cas échéant supporté par un flux de gaz porteur, caractérisé en ce qu'on interrompt le processus de remplissage dès que le produit hygroscopique introduit dans le profilé creux atteint un point où un angle doit être réalisé, en ce qu'on déforme vers l'intérieur la paroi du profilé creux formant ensuite la face intérieure de l'intercalaire, et en ce que l'on poursuit le remplissage du produit hygroscopique dans le profilé creux après la déformation de la paroi du profilé creux, et ainsi de suite jusqu'à ce que quatre points de la paroi latérale du profilé creux soient déformés et que le remplissage du profilé creux soit terminé.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'on déforme la paroi du profilé creux jusqu'à ce que le passage du produit hygroscopique dans la section intérieure ainsi réduite du profilé creux soit au moins rendu plus difficile.
3. 6. Dispositif selon les revendications 3 à 5 caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de capteur 18 est décalé par rapport à l'axe du poinçon 16 en direction de l'extrémité du profilé creux 5 opposée au dispositif de remplissage 6 à 9.
7. Dispositif selon les revendications 3 à 6 caractérisé en ce que le poinçon 16 et le dispositif de capteur 18 sont montés sur un chariot 11 commun pouvant être déplacé au moyen d'un dispositif d'entrainement le long du support 4 du profilé creux 5, sur une glissière 10 parallèle au support 4.
8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 7 caractérisé en ce que le poinçon 16 est déplacé en avant et en arrière par un moteur à fluide sous pression 14.
9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 8 caractérisé en ce que le poinçon est interchangeable.
10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 9 caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de capteur 18 comporte un capteur réagissant au produit hygroscopique 19 introduit dans le profilé creux, en particulier un capteur à ultrasons.
