- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que la partie fixe (172) de l'élément de serrage (17) présente un faible jeu ou une assise coulissante vis-à-vis du profilé creux (2) devant être plié.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que la pièce à usiner, réalisée comme un profilé creux (2), est retenue sans aucun jeu et/ou avec effet de coincement, dans la direction d'amenée, derrière la zone de pliage (4) entre l'élément de serrage (17) et l'appui (16), respectivement dans l'outil de pliage (11) servant à saisir la branche (12) devant être repliée.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que la contre-butée (13) est montée avec faculté d'excursion transversalement par rapport à son étendue longitudinale, notamment de manière oscillante, de façon telle que sa région opérante puisse aller et venir entre l'appui (16) et l'élément de serrage (17).
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que la contre-butée (13) est sollicitée d'un côté, notamment du côté de l'appui (16), par un ressort de pression (21) ou par un organe similaire, de manière qu'elle soit maintenue à distance dudit appui (16) lorsque l'élément de serrage (17) est soulevé.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que la contre-butée (13) et la partie rotative (171) de l'élément de serrage (17) sont reliées l'une à l'autre, notamment solidarisées d'un seul tenant.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que la contre-butée (13) comporte des rainures (23) s'étendant transversalement avec répartition sur sa surface, et affectées à des membrures (6) ou à des ailes (10) faisant intérieurement saillie sur le profilé creux (2) ; et par le fait que le nombre des rainures (23) est notamment choisi de telle sorte que plusieurs profilés creux (2), de largeurs différentes, puissent être sollicités par des membrures (6 ; 10) saillant intérieurement.
- Appareil selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé par le fait que la paroi extérieure (24) d'une rainure (23) saisissant un profilé creux (2) par une membrure (6) ou une aile (10) forme, respectivement, la partie rotative de l'élément de serrage (17).
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que la contre-butée (13) est fixée de manière libérable et remplaçable.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que la partie fixe (172) de l'élément de serrage (17), et son élément de retenue, coiffent le profilé creux (2), devant être plié, à partir de la face externe de la pliure devant être formée.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé par le fait qu'un élément de retenue (25), vis-à-vis duquel l'élément de serrage (17) dépasse jusque dans la zone de pliage, est placé dans la région du dispositif (3) de retenue du profilé creux (2) délivré, avant ladite zone de pliage (4); et par le fait que la partie rotative (171) de l'élément de serrage porte, sur cette partie saillante, une branche serre-flan (173) qui sollicite directement la zone de pliage (4), peut pivoter conjointement au mouvement de pliage au cours du processus de pliage, est fixée à un outil de pliage (11) accomplissant le mouvement de pliage de la branche (12) du profilé creux (2) devant être repliée, et est notamment montée à coulissement vis-à-vis dudit outil, dans le sens transversal.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé par le fait que la partie rotative (171) de l'élément de serrage (17) se prolonge dans la direction de l'étendue de la branche (12) du profilé creux (2) pouvant être repliée, en saisissant ladite branche au voisinage de la zone de pliage (4).
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie rotative (161) de l'appui (16) est un plateau tournant à déclivité radiale vers l'extérieur.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'une pièce d'espacement (22) est prévue en particulier d'un seul tenant avec la contre-butée (13), sur la surface de ladite contre-butée (13) qui est tournée vers l'élément de serrage (17).
