Abstract

Bei der Fertigung von H-, I-, U-, T-, L-, Doppel-T-Profilen und ähnlichem Walzgut wird zum mittigen Auswalzen der Stege oder zur Vermeidung tiefer Kalibereinschnitte der Walzen/Formrollen sowie zur Vermeidung von Hinterschnitten durch die äußeren Profil­ abschnitte/Flansche zu dem Kunstgriff des Ausklappens gegriffen. Nach den Stauchstichen werden beim Fertigwalzen die Flansche angeklappt, d. h. klappkalibriert.
Vorgeschlagen wird ein neues Anklapp-Verfahren nach dem Prinzip des Drei-Rollen-Biege-Verfahrens. Eine andere Lösung des gleichen Problems umfaßt ein Anklappverfahren mit die inneren Flanschflächen bzw. inneren Flächen zweiter Profilabschnitte nicht berührenden Stützrollen für den ersten Profilabschnitt bzw. Steg.
Entsprechende neuartige Walzgerüste und Walzwerke erfodern geringere Investitionen, weisen weniger Walzenverschleiß auf und haben eine kürzere Baulänge. Weitere Vorteile sind im geringeren Formrollenbedarf und Energieverbrauch zu sehen.
