Claims (3)

1. Machine pour traiter à la vapeur des empeignes de chaussures, avec une chambre ouverte d'un côté, verrouillable hermétiquement pour recevoir l'empeigne à traiter à la vapeur, dans laquelle on peut introduire la vapeur sous pression et comportant un robinet servant à la vidange, caractérisée par la combinaison des caractéristiques suivantes:
a) la chambre contenant une seule empeigne est réalisée sous la forme d'une cuve de pression cylindrique (1) qui porte un manchon de chauffage extérieur, réglable, pour élever la température de la vapeur,
b) à la cuve de pression, est associé, dans la machine, un générateur de vapeur (9), pour la réalisation, sous une pression réglable, de vapeur qui peut être acheminée à la cuve de pression par une conduite (16).
c) au générateur de vapeur, est associé. dans la machine, un réservoir d'eau (7), à partir duquel de l'eau peut être acheminée, vers le générateur de vapeur, par une conduite (15), commandée par une pompe alimentaire (11),
d) le couvercle (2) de la cuve sous pression peut être soulevé au moyen d'un cylindre (3) actionné par un fluide sous pression, jusque devant l'ouverture de la cuve sous pression, et peut être maintenu appliqué fermement contre une bride de la cuve sous pression au moyen d'un cylindre (4) horizontal actionné par un fluide sous pression,
e) l'ensemble de la commande de la machine se fait électro-pneumatiquement.
2. Machine suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le générateur de vapeur (9) est équipé d'un manostat de pression, réglable sur la pression désirée.
3. Machine suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée par plusieurs manostats, réglables sur des n-veaux de pression différents, et commutables entre eux.
