Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Maschine zum Dämpfen von Oberleder von Schuhen mit einer einseitig offenen, mittels eines Deckels hermetisch verschließbaren Kammer zur Aufnahme des zu dämpfenden Oberleders, in die Dampf unter einem Druck einleitbar ist, und mit einem Ventil, das die Druckkammer entleert. Die Erfindung schließt damit an die DE 2 833 384 A1 an, in der ein Dämpfgerät mit einer kastenartigen Kammer zur Aufnahme von Schuhschäften beschrieben ist. Das Gerät ist an einen Dampferzeuger anschließbar, der Dampf mit einem Druck von ca. 2 bar liefert. Hierzu wird zwar mit Dampf, jedoch nicht mit Dampfdruck im Sinne eines Überdruckes gearbeitet, vielmehr wird in dem Wasserbehälter eine Temperatur erzeugt, die leicht unter dem Siedepunkt des Wassers liegt, und wobei der Dampf dadurch erzeugt wird, daß die oder beide Dämpfkammern unter Unterdruck gesetzt werden. Dieser Unterdruck bewirkt im Wasserbehälter eine Erzeugung von Naßdampf im Unterdruckbereich und mit der unter den Siedepunkt des Wassers eingestellten Temperatur. Diese Dämpfvorrichtung arbeitet somit nicht mit Dampfdruck.US Pat.
