Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for mixing batches of a flowable medium, in particular flowable hydrocarbons and additives serving as raw materials for the media, which are to be mixed with them, and an apparatus for carrying out this method.
- weighing devices with a container capacity of 800 to 1000 kg. These weighing devices can weigh a fraction of the batch; Batch fractions of the order of 200 g of the components to be mixed in can also be weighed out only with difficulty.
- These known weighing devices with weighing containers for 800 to 1000 kg can be arranged in a mobile manner, and the weighing containers then become one Move tankers or large tanks or their contents are transferred to larger storage or transport containers. These processes are repeated until a sufficient finished mixture has been produced.
- the object is achieved in that in a main weighing device part with a capacity of a complete batch of raw materials and optionally additives as a basic medium, that independently in at least one fine weighing device part additives are weighed in the order of fractions of the lot and that the balanced Additive fractions are added to the balanced base medium.
- the larger batches, especially the basic materials are weighed out.
- the main weighing device part is only able to carry out rough weighing. This is also sufficiently precise for the large proportions of the basic medium.
- the additives are then weighed out, which are only added to the batch in the order of fractions. After the fractions of the additives are weighed out, they are added to the Basic medium introduced, but only the sum is balanced there.
- the signal from the weigher serves as a notification of fulfillment for the complete emptying of the mobile weighing container.
- An apparatus for performing this method is characterized by a main weighing device part with a main weighing container for a complete batch and at least one fine weighing device part with a fine weighing container of the additive parts of the batch, the fine weighing container of the additive parts being convertible to the main weighing container and a liquid transfer device is provided with which a transfer connection from the fine weighing container of the additive parts to the main weighing container of the complete batch can be produced.
- the fine weighing device has numerical steps of 10 to 20 g at a maximum load of 5 to 200 kg. Such fine metering steps are sufficient even for small amounts of the additives.
- the fine weighing container of the additive parts can be moved on a transfer line by means of a trolley.
- the fine weighing containers have a smaller opening width than the main weighing containers. This limits the number of feed valves for additives in the fine weighing containers. However, since a large number of additives have to be weighed and processed, several fine weighing device parts with fine weighing containers are used.
- the transfer line runs parallel to the row of these fine weighing device parts.
- lifting devices for weighing containers of the additive parts are provided between each main weighing device part and the transfer line. It is possible that the lifting devices are provided with additional mixing devices. In this context, it is also possible that parking stations are provided on the side of the transfer road.
- the main weighing device parts have a maximum load of 15 t.
- Such an interpretation of the maximum load has the advantage that the individual batches are in the order of magnitude of the capacity of tankers. A tank truck can then be loaded with either one lot or two lots.
- Fig. 1 three main weighing device parts 1 are shown side by side in a row.
- the main weighing device parts 1 each consist of a main Weighing container 3 and from a main scale 5.
- the main weighing containers 3 have, for example, a capacity of 15 t.
- Parts of a medium to be mixed for example a hydrocarbon serving as the base material, can be introduced into these main weighing containers from a number of storage containers (not shown) via connecting lines and only schematically illustrated outlet valves.
- the main scale 5 only allows rough weighing up to minimal increments of approximately 100 g. For larger dosing quantities, metering in such coarse increments is possible. Such coarse measuring steps are not sufficient for smaller additives which are only added in fractions of a complete batch.
- the fine weighing device parts 9 are provided for the fine weighing of small amounts of additives. These fine weighing device parts are also arranged in a row. The rows from the two device parts 1 and 3 are parallel to each other.
- the fine weighing device parts 9 in turn consist of fine weighing containers 11 and fine scales 13.
- the fine weighing device parts 9 are designed for weighing additive components between 5 and 200 kg.
- the fine scale 13 is capable of weighing in increments of 10 to 20 g.
- a transfer line 15 is located between the weighing device parts 1 and 9 arranged in rows.
- a carriage 17 can be moved on this transfer line 15.
- Lifting devices 19 are provided between the transfer line 15 and the main weighing device parts 1.
- the lifting devices can also be combined with mixing devices at the same time.
- So-called parking positions 21 are also provided on both sides of the transfer road 15.
- the individual fine weighing containers are provided with a liquid transfer device 23 in which a valve 25 is located.
- the production of a complete batch of a predetermined medium which consists of raw materials and a number of additives in small quantities, proceeds as follows, with only one main weighing device part being considered. In this one main weighing device part, individual components of the batch are weighed in succession when individual valves 27 are opened, according to the computer. These are components that are used in large quantities. At the same time, small amounts of additives are successively weighed in one or more fine weighing parts 9 in a corresponding manner.
- the weighing-in process is completed for a fine weighing container, then this is moved by means of the carriage 17 to the lifting device 19 of the main weighing device part 1 and raised to a height where the content of this fine weighing container 11 is opened by opening the valve 25 in the main - Weighing container 5 can be initiated.
- the contents of the fine weighing container 11 may also have been mixed again with a mixing device (not shown). If, for the corresponding batch, 11 additive fractions have also been weighed out in another fine weighing container, the fine weighing containers are exchanged for one another after emptying the first fine weighing container 11 into the main weighing container 5.
- the batch is then complete and ready for pumping out into a tanker truck or into a storage container.
- the individual fine weighing containers 11 are moved, as is valve operation and weighing, fully automatically by control by means of the computer.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung von Hauptwägungen und Feinwägungen zum Zusammenstellen eines ausgewogenen Gemisches aus einem Basismedium und zugefügten Additiven in feinen Dosierungen;
- Fig. 2 die Vorrichtung nach Fig. 1 in Seitenansicht.
