Claims (4)

1. Plieuse comprenant un groupe de pliage (1) pour le deuxième pli (premier pli en travers) et au moins un groupe de pliage (14, 23) pour le troisième pli (deuxième pli en long) et des dispositifs de transport servant à acheminer les exemplaires imprimés (A1, A2) découpés dans une bande de support d'impression (3), caractérisée en ce que des exemplaires imprimés de différentes sortes (A1 et A2) sont munis du deuxième pli (premier pli en travers) dans des groupes de pliage séparés (8, 9, 10; 18, 19, 20), en ce qu'un groupe de pliage (18, 19, 20) est disposé décalé en hauteur par rapport à l'autre groupe de pliage (8, 9, 10) et en ce que les exemplaires imprimés (A2) pliés en travers dans ce groupe de pliage (18, 19, 20) et qui sont encore tenus dans les pinces de pliage (20') sont superposés avec précision au droit de leur bord avant sur le cylindre porte-pinces de pliage correspondant (20), avec les exemplaires imprimés (A1) pliés en travers, acheminés en provenance de l'autre groupe de pliage (8, 9, 10) par l'intermédiaire de transporteurs à courroies (24, 25) et peuvent être conduits conjointement, partiellement autour de ce cylindre porte-pinces de pliage (20), après quoi les exemplaires imprimés (A1, A2) peuvent être acheminés ensemble, par l'intermédiaire d'un transporteur à courroies (21, 22) à un groupe de pliage (23) qui forme le troisième pli (le deuxième pli en long).
2. Plieuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la bande de support d'impression (3) acheminée par l'intermédiaire d'un entonnoir de pliage (2) est découpée en bandes partielles (1a, 12) par un dispositif de coupe en long situé au niveau de l'entonnoir de pliage (2), en ce qu'une bande partielle (1a) est acheminée, par l'intermédiaire d'un cylindre porte-lames de coupe (9) et d'un cylindre porte-lames de pliage (8), à un cylindre porte-pinces de pliage (10) du premier groupe de pliage (8, 9, 10) qui forme le deuxième pli (premier pli en travers), en ce que l'autre bande partielle (1b) peut être acheminée, par l'intermédiaire d'un cylindre de coupe (18), à un cylindre porte-lames de pliage (19) et, ensuite à un cylindre porte-pinces de pliage (20) du deuxième groupe de pliage (18, 19, 20) qui forme le deuxième pli (premier pli en travers), et en ce que, au cylindre porte-pinces de pliage (10) du premier groupe de pliage (8, 9, 10) qui forme le deuxième pli, est associé un cylindre porte-lames de pliage (11) équipé de pinces (11 "), au moyen duquel on produit un deuxième pli en travers sur le cylindre porte-pinces de pliage (10) et par l'intermédiaire duquel les exemplaires imprimés (A1) déjà pliés en travers peuvent être acheminés au cylindre porte-pinces de pliage (20) de l'autre groupe de pliage (18, 19, 20) par l'intermédiaire d'un système de transporteurs à courroies (24, 25).
3. Plieuse selon une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que, lorsque le dispositif de coupe en long de l'entonnoir de pliage (2) est mis à l'arrêt, la bande de support d'impression (3) non coupée en long est acheminée exclusivement au groupe de pliage inférieur (8, 9, 10) et en ce que les exemplaires imprimés pliés en travers sur le cylindre porte-pinces de pliage (10) peuvent être acheminés alternativement au troisième groupe de pliage supérieur (23), par l'intermédiaire du cylindre porte-pinces et porte-lames de pliage (11), des transporteurs à courroies (24, 25), du cylindre porte-pinces de pliage (20) et des transporteurs à courroies (21, 22), ou encore à un troisième groupe de pliage inférieur (14), par l'intermédiaire des transporteurs à courroies (12, 13).
4. Plieuse selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les produits partiels (A1) du groupe de pliage (8, 9, 10) peuvent être acheminés au troisième groupe de pliage inférieur (14) et les produit partiels (A2) du groupe de pliage (18, 19, 20) peuvent être acheminés au troisième groupe de pliage supérieur (23).
