Claims (20)

1. Procédé pour déposer des canevas ou similaires pour armer les revêtements liés par des bitumes des routes ou similaires, dans lequel, après obtention d'une plate-forme d'une couche de base bitumineuse, un tapis de canevas long de par exemple 200 m est déposé sur la plate-forme, le début du tapis de canevas enroulé autour d'un rouleau support orienté perpendiculairement à la direction de fabrication étant fixé sur la plate-forme et le tapis de canevas étant déroulé par le rouleau support sous l'effet du mouvement du rouleau support dans la direction de fabrication ; procédé dans lequel l'enrobé destiné à la formation du revêtement est appliqué au moyen d'une enrobeuse sur le canevas déposé, l'enrobeuse équipée d'une unité motrice étant munie derrière l'unité motrice, dans le sens de la fabrication, d'une poutre qui applique et répartit l'enrobé sur la largeur de fabrication, et, devant l'unité motrice, de rouleaux pousseurs pour le camion qui alimente l'enrobeuse en enrobé ; procédé caractérisé en ce que, pendant la fabrication du revêtement, le tapis de canevas est déroulé par le rouleau support qui se trouve entre les rouleaux pousseurs et la poutre de l'enrobeuse et qui est déplacé avec l'enrobeuse dans le sens de la fabrication, le tapis de canevas étant déposé sous pré-tension sous l'action d'une force de traction s'exerçant dans le sens de la fabrication.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, pour déposer le tapis de canevas dans les virages sans faire de pli, le tapis de canevas est cisaillé du côté du point de courbure perpendiculairement à la direction de fabrication.
3. Enrobeuse équipée d'une unité motrice (6), d'une poutre (7) disposée derrière l'unité motrice dans le sens de fabrication et appliquant et répartissant l'enrobé pour la fabrication du revêtement (4) lié par des bitumes sur la largeur de fabrication et de rouleaux pousseurs (8) situés devant l'unité motrice (6) pour le camion alimentant l'enrobeuse en enrobé, pour l'application du procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente un dispositif de dépose (11) de canevas pour armer les revêtements liés par des bitumes, situé entre l'unité motrice (6) et la poutre (7) ou entre les rouleaux pousseurs (8) et l'unité motrice (6), ledit dispositif de dépose étant équipé d'un logement pour recevoir un tapis de canevas (2) enroulé autour d'un rouleau support (12) pour former un rouleau de canevas (3), logement dans lequel le rouleau support (12) peut tourner autour d'un axe parallèle à la poutre (7), le tapis de canevas pouvant être déposé sous pré-tension sous l'action d'une force de traction s'exerçant dans le sens de la fabrication.
4. Enrobeuse selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de dépose (11) est doté d'au moins un rouleau presseur (14) qui presse le tapis de canevas (2) contre la plateforme (1) de la couche de base bitumineuse.
5. Enrobeuse selon la revendication 4, caractérisée par plusieurs rouleaux presseurs (14) disposés les uns à côté des autres et pouvant être pressés indépendamment les uns des autres.
6. Enrobeuse selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de dépose (11) est doté d'un cylindre de freinage (15) qui exerce des forces de traction sur le tapis de canevas (2) déroulé, et dont la force de freinage est réglable.
7. Enrobeuse selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de freinage (15) est doté d'un contre-cylindre (16) et en ce que le tapis de canevas (2) est pincé entre le cylindre de freinage (15) et le contre-cylindre (16).
8. Enrobeuse selon l'une des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de dépose (11) est muni d'un dispositif de maintien de la largeur (17) qui tend le tapis de canevas (2) dans la direction perpendiculaire à la direction de fabrication.
9. Enrobeuse selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de maintien de la largeur (17) est disposé devant le cylindre freinage (15).
10. Enrobeuse selon l'une des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de dépose (11) présente des glissières latérales, entourant les zones marginales du tapis de canevas (2) et disposées entre le rouleau de canevas (3) et le rouleau presseur (14).
11. Enrobeuse selon l'une des revendications 3 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de dépose (11) présente un dispositif de cisaillement (18) qui cisaille le tapis de canevas (2) d'un côté.
12. Enrobeuse selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de cisaillement (18) présente une table de coupe, sur laquelle est déplacé perpendiculairement un couteau et en ce que des rouleaux (36) sont disposés devant et derrière la table de coupe pour le guidage et le maintien de la largeur du tapis de canevas (2).
13. Enrobeuse selon l'une des revendications 3 à 12, caractérisée par des paliers (13) ouverts vers le haut dans lesquels tournent les extrémités du rouleau support (12).
14. Enrobeuse dotée d'une poutre (7) dont la largeur de fabrication est variable, selon l'une des revendications 3 à 13, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de dépose (11) présente des paliers (13) pour le rouleau support (12), qui peuvent être positionnés et réglés axialement.
15. Enrobeuse selon l'une des revendications 3 à 14, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de dépose (11) présente deux arbres (34, 35) parallèles disposés à distance l'un de l'autre, sur lesquels le rouleau de canevas (3) peut être posé.
16. Enrobeuse selon l'une des revendications 3 à 15, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de dépose (11) présente un châssis (20) qui peut être déplacé perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal de l'enrobeuse (5) et qui peut être fixé sur l'enrobeuse (5).
17. Enrobeuse selon la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de dépose (11) peut en grande partie être retiré de l'enrobeuse (5) avec le châssis (20) et en ce que le rouleau de canevas (3) peut être inséré par le haut dans le châssis (20) en position sortie.
18. Enrobeuse selon l'une des revendications 3 à 17, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de dépose (11) est pourvu d'un écran protecteur supérieur (26) relevable.
19. Enrobeuse selon l'une des revendications 3 à 18, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de dépose (11) est fixé à une partie postérieure de l'enrobeuse (5), qui peut être relevée en même temps que la poutre (7).
