Ausgehend von dem eingangs beschriebenen Verfahren wird diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die textile Bahn während der Fertigung der Deckschicht von der Traghülse abgewickelt wird, die sich zwischen den Schubrollen und der Bohle des Deckenfertigers befindet und zusammen mit dem Deckenfertiger in Fertigungsrichtung bewegt wird, wobei die Gewebebahn unter Ausübung einer in Fertigungsrichtung wirkenden Zugkraft unter Vorspannung verlegt wird. Eine geeignete Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens ist im Anspruch 3 angegeben. Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen das Verlegen einer zu einer Geweberolle 3 aufgewickelten Gewebebahn 2 zum Bewehren einer bitumengebundenen Decke 4 einer Straße, bei welchem nach Herstellung eines Planums 1 einer bituminösen Tragschicht eine 200 bis 300 m lange Bahn eines Gittergewebes mittels eines Deckenfertigers 5 auf das Planum 1 verlegt wird. Der Deckenfertiger 5 ist mit einem Fahrwerk 6 ausgerüstet, mit welchem er auf dem Planum 1 der Tragschicht in Fertigungsrichtung verfahrbar ist. Hinter dem Fahrwerk 6 befindet sich eine das Mischgut auf Fertigungsbreite verteilende und aufgebende Bohle 7. Das Mischgut wird von Lastkraftwagen 10 zum Deckenfertiger gebracht und dort in einen Aufnahmebehälter 9 gekippt. Es kann sehr vorteilhaft sein, wenn das Chassis 20 so weit aus dem Deckenfertiger herausziehbar ist, daß die Geweberolle 3 von oben in das herausgezogene Chassis eingelegt werden kann. Claims (20)

1. A method of laying mesh material or the like for reinforcing bitumen-bound surfaces of roads or the like in which after production of a bed of a bituminous support layer a web of the mesh material which is for example 200 metres in length is laid on to the bed, wherein the beginning of the web of material which is wound on a support tube oriented transversely with respect to the finishing direction is fixed against the bed and the web of material, with the support tube moving in the finishing direction, is unwound from the support tube and the mixed material for forming the road surface is applied to the laid mesh material by means of a road finisher, wherein the road finisher which is provided with a travelling gear is provided rearwardly of the travelling gear in the finishing direction with a board member which delivers and distributes the mixed material to the finishing width while in front of the travelling gear the road finisher has pusher rollers for the lorries which bring the mixed material to the road finisher, characterised in that during the operation of finishing the road surface the web of material is unwound from the support tube which is disposed between the pusher rollers and the board member of the road finisher and is moved together with the road finisher in the finishing direction, wherein the web of material is laid under a prestressing, applying a pulling force acting in the finishing direction.
2. A method according to claim 1 characterised in that for laying the web of material in a fold-free manner in bends, the web of material is cut into transversely with respect to the finishing direction from the side having the centre of curvature.
3. A road finisher comprising a travelling gear (6), a board member (7) which is arranged rearwardly of the travelling gear in the finishing direction and which delivers and distributes the mixed material for forming the bitumen-bound surface (4) to finishing width and pusher rollers (8) which are arranged in front of the travelling gear (6) for the lorries which bring the mixed material to the road finisher, for carrying out the method according to claim 1, characterised in that it has a laying apparatus (11) for a mesh material for reinforcing the surface, which laying apparatus is arranged between the travelling gear (6) and the board member (7) or between the pusher rollers (8) and the travelling gear (6) and is provided with a mounting means for a web of material (2) which is wound on to a support tube (12) to provide a roll (3) of material, the support tube (12) being rotatable in the mounting means about an axis which is parallel to the board member (7), wherein the web of material can be laid in prestressed condition, applying a pulling force acting in the finishing direction.
4. A road finisher according to claim 3 characterised in that the laying apparatus (11) is provided with at least one pressure roller (14) which presses the web of material (2) on the bed (1) of the bituminous support layer.
5. A road finisher according to claim 4 characterised by a plurality of pressure rollers (14) which are arranged side-by-side and which can be pressed against the bed independently of each other.
6. A road finisher according to one of claims 3 to 5 characterised in that the laying apparatus (11) is provided with a braking roller (15) which applies pulling forces to the unwound web of material (2) and the braking force of which is adjustable.
7. A road finisher according to claim 6 characterised in that a co-operating roller (16) is associated with the braking roller (15) and the web of material (2) is passed in clamping relationship between the braking roller (15) and the co-operating roller (16).
8. A road finisher according to one of claims 3 to 7 characterised in that the laying apparatus (11) is provided with a widthwise tensioning means (17) for tensioning the web of material (2) transversely with respect to the finishing direction.
9. A road finisher according to claim 8 characterised in that the widthwise tensioning means (17) is disposed in front of the braking roller (15).
10. A road finisher according to one of claims 3 to 9 characterised in that the laying apparatus (11) has lateral guides which embrace the edge regions of the web of material (2) and which are arranged between the roll of material (3) and the pressure roller (14).
11. A road finisher according to one of claims 3 to 10 characterised in that the laying apparatus (11) has a cutting means (18) which cuts into the web of material (2) from one side.
12. A road finisher according to claim 11 characterised in that the cutting means (18) has a cutting table against which a cutting blade is transversely displaceably guided and rollers (36) for guiding the web of material (2) and holding it in a widthwise tensioned condition are arranged in front and behind the cutting table.
13. A road finisher according to one of claims 3 to 12 characterised by upwardly open mountings (13) for rotatably receiving the ends of the support tube (12).
14. A road finisher with a board member (7) which is variable in respect of its finishing width according to one of claims 3 to 13 characterised in that the laying apparatus (11) has mountings (13) for the support tube (12), which mountings can be axially adjusted and closed.
15. A road finisher according to one of claims 3 to 14 characterised in that the laying apparatus (11) has two spaced-apart parallel shafts (34, 35) on to which the roll of material (3) can be laid.
16. A road finisher according to one of claims 3 to 15 characterised in that the laying apparatus (11) has a chassis (20) which is held on the road finisher (5) displaceably and fixably transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis of the road finisher (5).
17. A road finisher according to claim 16 characterised in that the laying apparatus (11) with chassis (20) can be substantially pulled our of the road finisher (5) and the roll of material (3) can be laid into the pulled-out chassis (20) from above.
18. A road finisher according to one of claims 3 to 17 characterised in that the laying apparatus (11) is provided with an upper guard wall (26) wich can be pivoted open.
19. A road finisher according to one of claims 3 to 18 characterised in that the laying apparatus (11) is secured to a rearward portion of the road finisher (5), which portion can be lifted together with the board member (7).
20. A road finisher according to claim 3 characterised in that the laying apparatus (11) has a frame (30) which is mounted to the front side of a conventional road finisher (5) pivotably about an axis extending transversely with respect to the finishing direction and in which the roll of material (3) with support tube (12) can be supported and at the front side of which are arranged pusher rollers (8) and which is supported against the bed (1) by way of at least one pressure roller (14) and wich is provided with a bridging-over conveyor chute (31).
