Definitions
- the invention relates to a jump rescue device with a landing surface made of a tensile, tensioned cloth or the like, which is supported by a bracket formed by inflatable tubes, located below the landing surface.
- the holder acts like a spring, ie in the manner of an element which brings about an immediate spring-like resetting.
- a trampoline-like effect thus occurs, which can lead to injuries to the people to be rescued.
- This feather-like effect cannot be ruled out because the energy dissipation during the impact is too low.
- the invention is essentially based on the object of eliminating the aforementioned disadvantages; it is intended to destroy energy when jumping in such a way that the impacting person is elastically soft, that is to say is not caught in a spring-like manner.
- the bracket formed by a framework or scaffold is enclosed by a flexible cover having the landing surface, the bracket being resiliently deformable by the landing, the cover being able to be returned to its previous shape after a load, and also the reference having a or several air passage openings designed as flow restrictors.
- a holder in the form of a scaffold or framework in cooperation with a cover surrounding this element, which is broken through in places to form a flow restrictor, which e.g. can be achieved through small holes, through valves but also through sections of a permeable fabric or the like.
- the size, design and arrangement of these through openings must be based on the rigidity of the holder, whereby of course the size of the jump rescue device must also be taken into account, which in total e.g. can have an ovoid or cylindrical shape, of course polygonal or elliptical floor plans can also be selected and the operating height of the landing surface can be in the usual way about 80 to 120 cm above the ground.
- brackets should expediently be the cover in the area of the upper edges of the opening, but possibly also the bottom surface of the cover stir or stir. This can be done by the outline of the cover correspondingly shaped, closed frame, but also by support rods of the holder, which advantageously extend into the upper corners of the cover, if possible so that they are at an angle in such a way that they As seen from the center of the device, climb steeply outwards.
- the device according to the invention undergoes a reset and erection of its holder, the cover being returned to its original shape, but this can only be done by inflowing or inflowing the outside air into the interior of the cover. Accordingly, the device according to the invention can be compared with a compressed air pump in which the air is throttled out under mechanical pressure and when the mechanical parts move backwards, a suction process for filling up the volume takes place.
- All devices according to the drawing have an approximately square landing surface 1, which is formed by the upper section of a cover 2 which encompasses the entire device and which is made of a very dense fabric, a tensile film, a rubberized fabric or another flexible, but comparatively tensile, flat structures can be joined together.
- the side edges of the landing surface 1 are much longer than the vertical edges of the device, but these proportions are not mandatory; among others they are also depending on the size of the landing area 1.
- the envelope stiffness of the cover 2 is ensured by a support structure located within the cover 2 made of flexible air hoses, which expediently all in relation to one another bond stand so that they can be filled to the brim with a single air pressure connection 3.
- the support structure consists of two closed frames 4 located in the region of the upper and lower peripheral edges of the device, which are connected to one another in the corners by means of angular struts 5.
- the struts 5 are kinked so that their kink parts point to the center of the device.
- Handles 6 can be provided in the area of the upper edge of the device. It is also possible to design the upper and lower peripheral edges, that is to say the edges of the cover adjacent to the frame 4, by means of a peripheral rope at 7.
- the side walls 8 of the cover are preferably provided approximately in the area of the center of gravity with comparatively small holes 9, which form flow restrictors for the trapped air when it flows out, but also supply air openings when the device is converted into the shape according to FIG. 1.
- the size of the holes 9 depends on the size of the device, the size of which should preferably be smaller than 1/100 of the associated side surface 8, the holes 9 being to be arranged evenly distributed over the circumference of the device if possible for reasons of symmetry.
- the rescue device If the rescue device is in place and a person to be rescued hits landing area 1, the device is deformed accordingly, the struts 5 buckling towards the center of the device and, if necessary, the upper frame of the holder being deformed. At the same time, the pressure within the cover 2 increases; however, an arbitrarily high compression cannot take place because the air can escape through the holes 9 under tension, which results in a not inconsiderable energy consumption.
- the corners 10 of the cover 2 are underpinned only by pneumatic supports 11.
- Circumferential frames 4, which are located on the upper or lower circumferential edge of the cover 2, are therefore dispensed with.
- a smaller frame 13 is provided only in the area of the bottom surface 12, from which horizontal supports 14 extend into the lower corners. From the corners of the frame 13 continue the outwardly inclined supports 11.
- the two frames 4 according to FIG. 1 are provided, which are supported at half the length of their elements by obliquely positioned pneumatic supports 16.
- the lower end of these supports 16 is pneumatically connected to a cross 17 located in the bottom surface of the device.
- the holes 9 are also replaced by a coarse-mesh design of the side walls 8. This throttle point is indicated at 18. Their size also depends on the design of the device.
- the device according to FIG. 2 is comparatively soft and, taking into account the device according to FIG. 1, the device according to FIG. 3 is the stiffest, which is due to the struts or the framework that holds the bracket within of the reference 2 forms.
Abstract
