Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum kontinuierlichen Trocknen und Krumpfen von textilen Geweben, insbesondere textiler Maschenware, bei dem man die zu behandelnde Ware in feuchtem und lockerem Zustand auf ein Transportband auflegt, und danach einer Trocknung aussetzt, sowie eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemässen Verfahrens.
- Es sind bereits verschiedene Verfahren zum Trocknen und Krumpfen von textilen Geweben bekannt, die jedoch alle den Nachteil aufweisen, dass der erreichbare Krumpfungsgrad noch höher sein dürfte als es mit diesen Verfahren möglich ist.
- Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist die Schaffung eines Verfahrens mittels dem eine stärkere und gleichmässigere Krumpfung als bisher erreicht werden kann.
- Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem Verfahren der eingangs genannten Art erfindungsgemäss dadurch gelöst, dass man das zu behandelnde Gewebe nach dem Durchlaufen einer ersten Trocknungsstation in lockerem Zustand mit Sattdampf behandelt und gleichzeitig mechanisch stark in Vibrationen versetzt, und danach das derart behandelte Gewebe mittels einer zweiten Trocknungsstation bis auf den gewünschten Endwert trocknet.
- Zur Verbesserung der Trocknung und Krumpfung ist es zweckmässig, wenn man das zu behandelnde Gewebe in Wellenform auf das Transportband auflegt.
- Es ist vorteilhaft, wenn man das zu behandelnde Gewebe nach dem Durchlaufen der ersten Trocknungseinheit während dem vibrationsvorgang einem Sattdampf, vorzugsweise mit einer Temperatur von etwa 104°C, aussetzt.
- Zur Erzielung einer optimalen Krumpfung ist es zweckmässig, wenn man das zu behandelnde Material mit einer Frequenz von 20 bis 150 Hz, vorzugsweise von etwa 50 Hz, in Vibration versetzt.
- Ferner ist es vorteilhaft, wenn man Vibrationen mit einer Amplitude von 2 bis 15 mm, vorzugsweise von etwa 7 mm anwendet.
- Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ferner eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemässen Verfahrens, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass zwischen mindestens zwei Trocknungsstationen mindestens eine das zu behandelnde Gewebe in Vibrationen versetzbare Vibrations- und Bedampfungsstation und zur Beförderung des zu behandelnden Gewebes ein alle Stationen durchlaufendes, luftdurchlässiges, kontinuierlich umlaufendes endloses Transportband vorgesehen ist.
- Es ist zweckmässig, wenn in der Vibrations- und Bedampfungsstation ein in diesem Behandlungsbereich einen Teil des oberen Trums des Transportbandes abstützender Vibrationstisch vorgesehen ist, dessen Vibrationsfrequenz senkrecht zur 'Transportbandebene vorzugsweise im .Bereich von 30 bis 80 Hz liegt. Dabei ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die nach oben gerichtete Abstützfläche des Vibrationstisches zur Durchleitung von Sattdampf nach oben in das zu behandelnde Gewebe gelocht und vorzugsweise in Durchlaufrichtung des letzteren gewellt ausgebildet ist.
- Zur besseren Führung des zu behandelnden Gewebes auf seinem Behandlungsweg ist es zweckmässig, wenn zur Bildung eines in vertikaler Richtung oben und unten begrenzten, zur Aufnahme und vertikaler Abstützung des zu behandelnden Gewebes dienenden Transportkanals dem unteren ersten Transportband ein oberes zweites, luftdurchlässiges, kontinuierlich umlaufendes Transportband zugeordnet ist, und dass beide Transportbänder mit gleicher Umfangsgeschwindigkeit angetrieben werden.
- Es hat sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, wenn die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung zur wellenförmigen Abgabe des zu behandelnden Gewebes auf das untere Transportband an der Abgabestelle mit einer vorzugsweise beheizten Förderwalze versehen ist, deren Fördergeschwindigkeit grösser als die Umlaufgeschwindigkeit des unteren Transportbandes ist, und diese Förderwalze an ihrer Abgabestelle mit einer stationären, oberhalb der Auflagefläche des unteren Transportbandes angeordneten Gewebe-Sprungschanze zusammenwirkt. Dabei ist es zweckmässig, wenn die Sprungschanze schuhförmig ausgebildet und vorzugsweise beheizt ist.
- Für spezielle Anwendungszwecke kann es vorteilhaft sein, wenn drei Trocknungsstationen und zwischen je zwei Trocknungsstationen je eine Vibrations- und Bedampfungsstation vorgesehen sind.
- Nachstehend wird die Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung beispielsweise erläutert. Es zeigt
- Fig.l einen Längsschnitt durch eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung, und
- Fig.2 einen Längsschnitt einer zweiten beispielsweisen Ausführungsform einer für eine wie in Fig. l dargestellte Vorrichtung verwendbaren Sprungschanze zur wellenförmigen Abgabe des zu behandelnden Gewebes auf das untere Transportband.
- Wie aus Fig. l ersichtlich, weist die dargestellte Vorrichtung zwischen zwei auf bekannte Weise ausgebildeten Trocknungsstationen 1 und 2 eine das zu behandelnde Gewebe 3 in vertikale Vibrationen versetzbare Vibrations- und Bedampfungsstation 4 auf.
- Zur Beförderung des zu behandelnden Gewebes 3 durch alle Stationen 1,2 und 4 hindurch ist ein erstes diese Stationen durchlaufendes, luft- und dampfdurchlässiges, kontinuierlich umlaufendes endloses unteres Transportband 5 vorgesehen. Zur Bildung eines in vertikaler Richtung oben und unten begrenzten, zur Aufnahme und vertikaler Abstützung des zu behandelnden Gewebes 3 dienenden Transportkanals 6 ist dem unteren ersten Transportband 5 ein oberes zweites, ebenfalls luft- und dampfdurchlässiges, kontinuierlich umlaufendes Transportband 7 zugeordnet. Beide Transportbänder 5 und 7 werden mit gleicher Umfangsgeschwindigkeit angetrieben.
- Beide Trocknungsstationen 1 und 2 sind auf bekannte Weise mit seitlich voneinander distanzierten, gegen den Transportkanal 6 zu gerichteten Heizdüsen 8 respektive 9 versehen, die sich quer zur Transportrichtung des Gewebes 3 über die gesamte Breite der beiden Transportbänder 5 respektive 7 erstrecken. Zur besseren Trocknungswirkung sind die oberen Heizdüsen 9 in Transportrichtung des Gewebes 3 gesehen gegenüber den.unteren Heizdüsen 8 versetzt angeordnet. Zur optimalen Anpassung der Trocknungsleistung an das zu trocknende Gewebe ist der Abstand der unteren und der oberen Heizdüsen 8 beziehungsweise 9 gegenüber dem zu trocknenden Gewebe 3 verstellbar. Die durch die auf das zu trocknende Gewebe gerichteten Heizluftströmungen erzeugten Vibrationen des Gewebes beschleunigen den Trocknungsvorgang.
- In der Vibrations- und Bedampfungsstation 4 ist ein in diesem Behandlungsbereich einen Teil des oberen Trums des unteren Transportbandes 5 abstützender, vorzugsweise hydraulisch oder pneumatisch angetriebener Vibrationstisch 10 vorgesehen, dessen Vibrationsfrequenz in vertikaler Richtung etwa 30 bis 80 Hz, mit einer Amplitude im Bereich von etwa 2 bis 15 mm beträgt.
- Die nach oben gerichtete, in Durchlaufrichtung des zu be- handelnden Gewebes 3 gewellt ausgebildete Abstützfläche 11 des Vibrationstisches 10 ist zur Durchleitung von über die Zufuhrrohre 12, 13 mit einer Temperatur von etwa 104°C in das Innere des Vibrationstisches 10 eingeleitetem Sattdampf nach oben in das zu behandelnde Gewebe 3 gelocht ausgebil- det.
- Zur wellenförmigen Abgabe des zu behandelnden Gewebes 3 z.B. Trikot, auf die Auflagefläche des unteren Transportbandes 5 ist an der Abgabestelle 14 eine beheizte Förderwalze 15 vorgesehen, deren Fördergeschwindigkeit grösser als die Umlaufgeschwindigkeit des unteren Transportbandes 5 ist. Diese Förderwalze 15 wirkt an ihrer Abgabestelle mit einer stationären, oberhalb der Gewebeauflagefläche des unteren Transportbandes 5 angeordneten Gewebe-Sprungschanze 16 zusammen.
- Die über die Heizdüsen 8 und 9 austretende Heissluft wird nach erfolgter Einwirkung auf das zu behandelnde Gewebe 3 über die Luftfilter 17 und die Wärmeaustauscher 18 von den Ventilatoren 19 angesaugt und erneut aufgeheizt den Heizdüsen 8 und 9 zugeführt.
- Durch die ausserordentlich starke Vibration des in der Vibrations- und Bedampfungsstation 4 zu behandelnden Gewebes wird verglichen mit den bisher üblichen Verfahren bei geringerem Energieaufwand eine stark gesteigerte und gleichmässigere Krumpfung erzielt.
- Diese Vorrichtung eignet sich auch sehr gut zur Behandlung von schlauchförmiger Maschenware.
- In Fig.2 ist eine zweite Ausführungsform einer Anordnung zu wellenförmigen Abgabe von Geweben 3 auf die Auflagefläche des unteren Transportbandes 5 dargestellt. Bei dieser Ausführungsform ist die mit der beheizten Förderwalze 15 zusammenwirkende Sprungschanze 20 schuhförmig ausgebildet, so dass das mit Voreilung auf das untere Transportband 5 abzugebende Gewebe über einen grösseren Teil des Umfanges der Förderwalze 15 mit dieser in Eingriff steht.
