Claims (5)

1. Plaque de cuisson électrique comportant un corps en fonte (12), dont le dispositif de chauffage est constitué par des résistances électriques chauffantes (22) insérées dans des rainures (21) ménagées dans la face inférieure du corps (12) de la plaque de cuisson et disposées dans deux zones de chauffage (17, 18), caractérisée en ce que le corps (12) de la plaque de cuisson, constitué par une pièce métallique moulée d'un seul tenant et la surface de cuisson (15) formée par ce corps possèdent une forme allongée, que les deux zones de chauffage (17, 18) sont disposées côte-à- côte sur le corps de la plaque de cuisson et peuvent être chauffées séparément et qu'entre ces zones se trouve disposée une zone intermédiaire (24) continue et non chauffée du corps (12) de la plaque de cuisson, qui fait partie de ce corps en fonte (12).
2. Plaque de cuisson électrique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les deux zones de chauffage (17, 18) sont agencées de manière à être symétriques l'une de l'autre, tout en étant par ailleurs identiques, les zones de chauffage (17, 18), circulaires ou en forme d'anneaux circulaires, étant avantageusement entourées par des bords périphériques verticaux (23).
3. Plaque de cuisson électrique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la zone intermédiaire (24) située entre les zones de chauffage (17,18) est réalisée en fonte, avec une épaisseur comprise entre 7 et 15 mm et de préférence de l'ordre de 10 mm, et que notamment la distance entre les bords (23) des zones de chauffage (17, 18) est comprise entre 1 et 3 cm.
4. Plaque de cuisson électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le corps (12) de la plaque de cuisson est limité, dans une vue en plan, par deux demi- cercles et par deux droites reliant ces derniers.
5. Plaque de cuisson électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque zone de chauffage (17, 18) possède son propre système de commande ou de régulation (34) ainsi que, éventuellement, son propre limiteur de température (33).
