Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein von der Sitz- in die Liegeposition und umgekehrt überführbares Möbel, insbesondere Polstermöbel, wie Sessel, Sofa od. dgl., mit nach vorne aus dem stationären Basis- oder Untergestell herausziehbarem, im ausgezogenen Zustand einen Teil der Liegefläche bildendem Sitzteil.
- Derartige Möbel sind aufgrund ihrer Verwandlungsmöglichkeit sowohl zum Sitzen wie auch zum Liegen verwendbar und erfreuen sich zunehmender Beliebtheit. Insbesondere in Zweit- oder Ferienwohnungen, aber auch in Gästezimmern oder kleineren Hauptwohnungen sind diese praktischen Möbel immer häufiger anzutreffen, weil sie im eingeschobenen Zustand des Sitzteils ein vollwertiges platzsparendes Sitzmöbel darstellen, andererseits aber durch Ausziehen des Sitzteils in ein vollwertiges Liegemöbel zum Ruhen und Schlafen verwandelt werden können.
- Bekannte Sitz-Liege-Möbel weisen jedoch im allgemeinen verhältnismäßig komplizierte Mechanismen auf, mit deren.Hilfe die Umwandlung des Möbels von der einen in die andere Benutzungsform erfolgt. Meist bedarf es eines erheblichen Kraftaufwands beim Umwandeln des Möbels, es kommt zu einem Verkanten der relativ zueinander verlager- und verschiebbaren Teile oder sogar zu einem Verklemmen. Oft werden zwei Personen benötigt, -um das Umwandeln des Möbels überhaupt bewerkstelligen zu können, wobei noch besondere Kenntnisse der Personen erforderlich sind. Besonders schwierig gestaltet sich das Einschieben des Sitzteils, weil die Schwenkachsen zwischen den einzelnen aneinandergelenkten Teilen in einer Ebene liegen, so daß die Einschiebekraft durch die Schwenkachsen geht und eine Totpunktlage entsteht.
- Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, ein Möbel der im Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 angegebenen Art insoweit zu verbessern, daß eine leichte Umwandlung des Möbels von der einen in die andere Benutzungsform möglich ist, ohne daß besondere Kenntnisse hierfür erforderlich sind. Der verwendete Mechanismus soll derart ausgebildet sein, daß er zu keinen Störungen führt, keine größeren Kräfte erfordert und eine lange Lebens- bzw. Gebrauchsdauer aufweist. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht vor allem auch darin, ein Möbel der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, das sowohl ein bequemes Sitzen in der Sitzstellung'bzw. einer oder mehreren Zwischenstellungen als auch ein komfortables Ruhen und Schlafen in der Liegeposition mit genügend großer Länge der Liegefläche erlaubt.
- Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe gibt der kennzeichnende Teil des Anspruches 1 Merkmale zur Ausgestaltung der Erfindung an. In den weiteren Ansprüchen sind für die Aufgabenlösung vorteilhafte und förderliche Weiterbildungen beansprucht.
- Bei der Erfindung ist also eine zweiteilige Rückenlehne vorgesehen, deren beiden Teile gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, vorzugsweise über beidseitig angeordnete Scherengelenke. Das hintere Rückenlehnenteil ist schwenkbar am Untergestell befestigt, während das vordere Rückenlehnenteil schwenkbar mit dem Sitzrahmenteil verbunden ist. Dieses Sitzrahmenteil bildet die Abdeckung bzw. den Deckel eines Bettkastens oder eines Chassis, der bzw. das rollbar abgestützt ist und aus dem stationären Untergestell herausgezogen bzw. eingeschoben werden kann. Das Sitzrahmenteil ist über beidseitig vorgesehene, in der Art von Gelenkvierecken ausgebildeten Schwenklaschenpaaren am Bettkasten oder Chassis angelascht. Die schwenkbare Anlenkung des vorderen Rückenlehnenteils am Sitzrahmenteil erfolgt über beidseitig angeordnete Rastgelenke, die ein Hochschwenken des Sitzrahmenteils zulassen, in einer bestimmten oder mehreren bestimmten Schwenkstellungen beim Zurückschwenken des Sitzrahmenteils jedoch verrasten, so daß nunmehr durch das Zurückschwenken des Sitzrahmenteils über die verrasteten Gelenke das vordere Rückenlehnenteil mitgenommen und hochgeschwenkt wird. Auf diese Weise läßt sich das Sitzteil ohne Schwierigkeiten einschieben, wobei sich die beiden Rückenlehnenteile zusammenfalten und in der Sitzposition die eigentliche Rückenlehne ergeben. Nach dem Hochschwenken des Sitzrahmenteils ist auch der Bettkasten leicht zugänglich, so daß Bettzeug usw. ohne weiteres entnommen werden kann.
- Die Erfindung wird nun anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels im Zusammenhang mit der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Hierbei werden weitere Vorteile und Merkmale der Erfindung deutlich. In der Zeichnung zeigen:
- Fig. 1 eine schematische seitliche Ansicht des Möbels in einer Zwischenstellung entsprechend einer sog. Relaxstellung,
- Fig. 2 eine schematische perspektivische Darstellung des Möbels in der Fig. 1 entsprechenden Stellung, verkleinert gezeigt,
- Fig. 3 eine seitliche schematische Ansicht des Möbels in der Sitzstellung,
- Fig. 4 eine schematisierte seitliche Darstellung des Möbels in der Liegestellung,
- Fig. 5 eine Fig. 4 entsprechende Darstellung des Möbels kurz vor bzw. beim Einschieben des Sitzteils,
- Fig. 6 eine vergrößerte seitliche Darstellung eines Rastgelenks in einer Fig. 1 entsprechenden Stellung und
- Fig. 7 das Rastgelenk in der Fig. 5 entsprechenden Stellung, wobei Fig. 6 und 7 jeweils abgebrochene Darstellungen zeigen.
- Wie insbesondere in den Figuren 1 und 2 zu erkennen ist, besteht das beispielsweise als zweisitziges Sofa ausgebildete Möbel aus einem stationären, am Boden auf den Füßen 1 abgestützten Untergestell 2 und einem rollbar über Rollfüße bzw. Rollen 3 abgestützten Sitzteil 4, das gemäß Doppelpfeil A aus dem Untergestell 2 auszieh- oder in dieseseinschiebbar ist. Das Sitzteil 4 ist durch bei 5 angedeutete Teleskopschienen im bzw. am Untergestell 2 geführt.
- Das Möbel weist eine zweiteilige Rückenlehne 6 auf, deren hinteres Teil 7 schwenkbar (Scharnier 8) mit dem Untergestell 2 verbunden ist und über beidseitig angeordnete Scherengelenke 9 in Schwenkverbindung mit dem vorderen Rückenlehnenteil 10 steht. Jedes Scherengelenk 9 ist etwa als Doppelparallelogramm gestaltet und weist eine symmetrische Ausbildung auf. Die Scherengelenke 9 sind jeweils mit den Schwenkhebeln 11 bzw. 12, die bei 13 miteinander in Schwenkverbindung stehen, an der hinteren Partie 7 bzw.'an dem vorderen Rückenlehnenteil 1o angelenkt, während die freien Enden der Schwenkhebel 11, 12 über Koppelglieder 14 und 15 an den beiden Lehnenteilen 7 bzw. 1o angelenkt sind. Dabei ist die Anordnung und Ausbildung der Scherengelenke 9 und der beiden Rückenlehnenteile 7 und 1o so getroffen, daß die oberen Ränder der Rückenlehnenteile 7, 1o nahe beieinander liegen und auch beim Verschwenken der beiden Teile 10 und 7 beieinander bleiben. Die Scherengelenke 9 haben also eine Scharnierfunktion.
- Das rollbar abgestützte Sitzteil 4 besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Chassis oder Bettkasten 16, an dessen Unterseite die Rollen 3 angeordnet sind, und einem Sitzrahmen 17, der gleichzeitig eine Abdeckung bzw. einen Deckel für den Bettkasten 16 bildet. Sowohl der Sitzrahmen 17 wie auch die beiden Rückenlehnenteile 7 und 10 sind als Lattenrost ausgebildet bzw. nehmen jeweils einen Lattenrost auf, wie insbesondere in Fig. 2 zu erkennen ist. Während das hintere Rückenlehnenteil 7, wie bereits angeführt, schwenkbar am Untergestell 2 angelenkt ist, steht das vordere Rückenlehnenteil 1o in Schwenkverbindung mit dem Sitzrahmen 17. Und zwar sind jeweils zu beiden Seiten Rastgelenke 18 vorgesehen, auf die im Zusammenhang mit den Fig. 6 und 7 näher eingegangen werden wird. Die Befestigung des Sitzrahmens 17 am Bettkasten 16 erfolgt über ebenfalls auf beiden Seiten angeordnete Schwenklaschenpaare 19, 20, die in der Art von Gelenkvierecken ausgebildet sind und die gleichfalls im Zusammenhang mit Fig. 6 und 7 näher erläutert werden.
- Auf dem Sitzrahmen 17, dem vorderen Rückenlehnenteil 1o und dem hinteren Rückenlehnenteil 7 sind Polsterauflagen 21 vorgesehen, die in Fig. 1 strichpunktiert angedeutet sind. Weiterhin sind sowohl am Untergestell 2 wie auch am Sitzteil 4 nicht weiter gezeigte Anschläge angeordnet, die nacheinander in formschlüssigen Kontakt miteinander treten, so daß verschiedene Stellungen des Möbels - Sitzstellung sowie wenigstens eine als Relaxstellung bezeichnete Zwischenstellung - arretiert und fixiert sind. Eine Zwischenstellung, bei der das Sitzteil um einen bestimmten Betrag aus dem Untergestell 2 herausgezogen ist, ist in Fig. 1 gezeigt, während die Sitzstellung mit völlig eingeschobenem Sitzteil 4 aus Fig. 3 hervorgeht. In dieser Sitzstellung sind die beiden Rückenlehnenteile 7 und 1o aufgerichtet und liegen etwa Rücken an Rücken. Eine Liegestellung, in der die beiden Rückenlehnenteile 7 und 1o etwa in der Ebene des Sitzrahmens 17 hintereinander zu liegen kommen, ist schematisiert in Fig. 4 gezeigt. Hinzuweisen ist noch darauf, daß das hintere Rückenlehnenteil 7 über das Scharnier 8 hinaus nach unten verlängert ist, so daß sich in der Liegestellung eine genügend große Liegefläche mit großen Längenabmessungen ergibt, ohne daß die Sitztiefe in der Sitzstellung oder die Höhe der Lehne zu groß gewählt werden muß.
- Die Rastgelenke 18 bestehen, wie Fig. 6 und 7 zeigen, aus den beiden Gelenkteilen 22 und 23, die schwenkbar bei 24 miteinander verbunden sind und von denen das Gelenkteil 22 fest mit dem Sitzrahmen 17 und das Gelenkteil 23 fest mit dem vorderen Rückenlehnenteil 1o verbunden ist. Zwischen den Gelenkteilen 22, 23 ist eine schwenkbar bei 25 am Gelenkteil 23 gelagerte Raststange 26 mit Rastzähnen 27 angeordnet. Das Gelenkteil 22 trägt einen Rastbolzen 28, der unter Verrastung und Arretierung der beiden Gelenkteile 22, 23 und damit der Teile 17 und 1o in Wirkeingriff zwischen die Rastzähne 27 gelangt. Die Raststange 26 ist noch mit einer nicht weiter gezeigten Abdeckung verbunden, die die Rastzähne 27 nur in der einen Schwenkrichtung gemäß Pfeil B in Fig. 6 freigibt, also bei einer Klappbewegung, bei der der Sitzrahmen 17 zum vorderen Rückenlehnenteil 1o hin verschwenkt wird, während in der entgegengesetzten Schwenkrichtung nach dem vollständigen Hochklappen des Sitzrahmens 17 die Abdeckung über die Rastzähne verschwenkt wird, so daß der Rastbolzen 28 an der Raststange 26 entlanggleitet.
- Der Sitzrahmen 17, der gleichzeitig den Deckel für den Bettkasten 16 bildet, ist beidseitig über das Schwenklaschenpaar 19, 2o am Bettkasten 16 angelenkt. Wie in Fig. 6 und 7 deutlich zu erkennen ist, sind die beiden Schwenklaschen 19 und 2o in der Weise angeordnet, daß sie in der Sitzstellung zum vorderen Rückenlehnenteil 1o hin geneigt sind. Die beiden Anlenkpunkte 29 und 3o der Schwenklaschen 19, 2o am Sitzrahmen 17 liegen näher beieinander als die beiden Anlenkpunkte 31 und 32 am Bettkasten 16, so daß die beiden Schwenklaschen 19, 2o miteinander einen nach oben konvergierenden Winkel einschließen. Außerdem ist noch darauf hinzuweisen, daß die vordere Schwenklasche 19 länger ist als die hintere Schwenklasche 20. Zweckmäßigerweise sind die Schwenklaschen 19 und 2o direkt am Gelenkteil 22 des Rastgelenks 18 angelenkt, so daß sie zusammen mit dem Rastge-lenk eine Einheit bilden, wobei noch eine zwischen den Schwenkpunkten 31 und 32 der Laschen 19, 2o verlaufende Verbindungslasche 33 vorgesehen ist. Diese Verbindungslasche 33 wird am Bettkasten 16 befestigt, ggf. über eine am Bettkasten 16 angeordnete Verstärkungsleiste 34. Durch die Ausbildung des Rastgelenks 18 und der zugehörigen Schwenklaschen 19, 2o als Einheit sind also sämtliche Schwenkpunkte weitgehend festgelegt.
- Es sei nun kurz auf die Wirkungsweise des Möbels eingegangen:
- Durch Herausziehen des Sitzteils 4 nach vorne gemäß Pfeil C in Fig. 3 erfolgt die Überführung des Möbels aus der in Fig. 3 gezeigten Sitzposition über eine in Fig. 1 gezeigte Zwischenstellung in die in Fig. 4 dargestellte Liegeposition, bei der die beiden Rückenrahmenteile 7 und 1o in einer Ebene gestreckt hintereinander liegen und zusammen mit dem etwa in derselben Ebene liegenden Sitzrahmen 17 die Liegefläche bilden. Die beiden Rahmenteile 7 und 1o stoßen dabei praktisch lückenlos aneinander; durch die längere Ausbildung des hinteren Rahmenteils 7 ergibt sich eine genügend große Länge der Liegefläche. Durch Hochschwenken des Sitzrahmens 17 (Pfeil D in Fig. 4) ist das Innere des Bettkastens 16 zugänglich, so daß das Bettzeug usw. entnommen werden kann. Bpi diesem Hochschwenken des Sitzrahmens 17 gleitet der Rastbolzen 28 an den entsprechend geneigten Rastzähnen 27 entlang. In der hochgeschwenkten Position des-Sitzrahmens 17 wird die nicht gezeigte Abdeckung über die Rastzähne verschoben, so daß der Sitzrahmen aus dieser oberen Position ohne weiteres wieder nach unten bis zur Anlage auf dem Bettkasten 16 verschwenkt werden kann. Soll nun das Möbel aus der Liegestellung wieder in die Sitzstellung verbracht werden, so wird der Sitzrahmen 17 gemäß Pfeil D nur um einen bestimmten Winkel angehoben, und zwar bis zu einer ersten Raststufe, bei der der Rastbolzen 28 zwischen zwei Rastzähnen 27 zu liegen kommt. Wird nun der Sitzrahmen 17 aus dieser in Fig. 5 gezeigten Stellung nach unten gemäß Pfeil E verschwenkt, bis er in die strichpunktiert gezeigte Lage gelangt, so wird das vordere Rückenrahmenteil 1o und damit auch das hintere Teil 7 über die hier nicht weiter dargestellten Scherengelenke nach oben verschwenkt, bis sie die in Fig. 5 ebenfalls strichpunktiert dargestellte Lage einnehmen. Gleichzeitig ist der Sitzrahmen 17 durch die Schwenklaschen 19, 2o vom Bettkasten 16 abgehoben (vgl. Fig. 7). In dieser in Fig. 5 strichpunktiert gezeigten Stellung der einzelnen Teile zueinander kann das Sitzteil 4 nun ohne Schwierigkeiten gemäß Pfeil F in das Untergestell 2 eingeschoben werden, wobei die Rückenteil 7 und 1o weiter aufgerichtet werden, bis die Sitzstellung oder eine bzw. mehrere Zwischenstellungen erreicht werden. Die Festlegung der Zwischenstellungen wie auch der Sitzstellung erfolgt durch die nicht weiter gezeigten Anschläge, die durch leichtes Anheben des Sitzrahmens außer Eingriff gebracht werden können.
