Abstract

Kehrgerät mit Langlochartigen Lagerbohrungen (7) mit Einführschlitze (8) in Zwischenwänden (9) und nach außen offenen Radausschnitten im Gehäuse (1), wobei die Antriebslaufräder (5) außenseitig glattflächig verschlossen sind und dürch Anlaufscheiben (11) sowie Haltetaschen (10) an den Zwischenwänden (9) gehalten sind.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Kehrgerät gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Durch die DE-PS 22 59 964 ist ein derartiges Kehrgerät bekannt. Die Lagerung der Achsen für die Antriebslaufräder ist aber sehr aufwendig und montagefeindlich.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Kehrgerät zu schaffen, bei dem die Achsen derart gelagert sind, daß eine einfache Montage möglich ist und zudem das Gehäuse im Bereich der AntriebsLaufräder frei gespart sein kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit den kennzeichnenden MerkmaLen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Durch diese Lagerung der Achsen ist es möglich, die AntriebsLaufräder LedigLich auf die Achsen aufzustecken. Die Achsen selbst sind äußerst schneLL über die Einführschlitze montiert.
  • Weitere AusgestaLtungen der Erfindung sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen. Durch die MögLichkeit des bloßen Aufsteckens der AntriebsLaufräder auf die Achse ist es auch möglich, diese außenseitig glatt zu gestalten. Dies kommt insbesondere auch modischen Anforderungen entgegen, nach denen die AntriebsLaufräder frei sichtbar sein soLLen.
  • Dessen ungeachtet hat dies auch VorteiLe für die Reinigung des Gerätes. Die Ausführung der Lagerbohrung aLs L-förmiger EinführschLitz bringt zu der einfachen Montage noch eine weitere Sicherheit in der Lagerung. SeLbst bei ExtrembeLastung, hervorgerufen durch nicht ganz sachgemäße Handhabung, kann die Achse nicht herausspringen.
  • Ein AusführungsbeispieL der Erfindung wird im folgenden an Hand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert.
  • Es zeigen:
    • Figur 1 eine Gesamtansicht eines Kehrgerätes,
    • Figur 2 ein Schnitt gemäß der Linie II-II nach Figur 1, wobei Links das Antriebslaufrad in Ansicht und rechts im Schnitt gezeichnet ist,
    • Figur 3 eine Detailvergrößerung gemäß dem Ausschnitt III nach Figur 2 und
    • Figur 4 ein Schnitt gemäß der Linie IV-IV nach Figur 2.
  • Der Kehrer besteht äußerlich im WesentLichen aus einem Gehäuse 1, einem Stielbügel 2 mit einem Stiel 3, einer WaLzenbürste 4, AntriebsLaufräder 5 und diese tragende Achsen 6.
  • Die Achsen 6 werden von LangLochartigen Lagerbohrungen 7, die in EinführschLitze 8 übergehen, aufgenommen. Ein HerausfaLLen der Achsen 6 wird durch den Gegendruck der Walzenbürste 4 beziehungsweise eines nicht näher dargestellten Reibrades verhindert. Die Lagerbohrungen 7 befinden sich in Zwischenwänden 9 des Gehäuses 1.
  • An den Zwischenwänden 9 sind HaLtetaschen 10 angeformt, in die AnLaufscheiben 11 der AntriebsLaufräder 5 eingreifen. Dadurch ist es möglich, daß die AntriebsLaufräder ohne zusätzliche HaLteeinrichtung auf die Enden 12 der Achsen 6 aufgesetzt sind.
  • Das Gehäuse 1 ist im Bereich 13 der AntriebsLaufräder 5 frei gespart. Die Antriebslaufräder 5 sind nur einseitig mit einer Lagernabe 14 versehen. Der nach Außen weisende TeiL ist glattflächig mit einer Schutzkappe 15 verschlossen. Diese Schutzkappe 15 dient gleichzeitig als HaLterung für den Laufradgummi 16.

Claims (3)

1. Kehrgerät, das im WesentLichen aus einem Gehäuse, in dem Achsen für AntriebsLaufräder zum Antrieb einer Walzenbürste in geschlitzten Lagerbohrungen gelagert sind, zumindest einem Schmutzsammelbehälter und einem FührungsstieL besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebslaufräder mit einer Anlaufscheibe, das Gehäuse (1) mit zwei Zwischenwänden und/oder HaLtetaschen (10), hinter die die AnLaufscheiben (11) greifen und die Lagerbohrungen (7) für die Achsen (6) mit jeweils einem EinführschLitz (8) versehen sind.
2. Kehrgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) im Bereich der AntriebsLaufräder (5) frei gespart ist und diese nach außen glattflächig verschlossen sind.
3. Kehrgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der EinführschLitz (8) etwa senkrecht angeordnet ist und in die etwa waagrecht Liegende, LangLochartig ausgeführte Lagerbohrung (7) übergeht.
