Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は掃除器に係り、さらに詳細には、ケースと、少
なくとも一つのごみ収集容器とガイドハンドルとから構
成され、前記ケース内においてμｍラープラシを駆動す
るための駆動用走行輪の軸が軸受スリット内に軸承され
ている掃除器に関するものである。
ドイツ特許公報第２２５９９６４号によって、この種の
掃除器が知られている。しかし駆動用走行輪の軸の軸承
方法が非常に煩雑で組立てが困難である。
本発明の課題は、単純な組立てが可能であるように軸が
軸承され、さらに駆動用走行輪部分のケースを切欠いて
開放することができるように構成した掃除器を提供する
ことである。
この課題は、特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の特徴によっ
て解決される。軸をこのように軸承することによって、
駆動用走行輪を単に軸に留め付けることができる。軸出
体は導入溝を介して極めて迅速に取り付けることができ
る。
本発明の他の実施例は特許請求の範囲の従属環において
説明される。また、駆動用走行輪を単に軸に留め付ける
方法によって、外側を平坦に形成することができる。こ
のことは特に、駆動用走行輪を自由に視認できなければ
いけないという今流行の要請にも沿うものである。その
ことは別にしてもこれは装置を清掃するの−に有利であ
る。軸受孔をＬ字状の導入スリットとに形成したことに
より組立てが簡単であるのに加えて、さらに軸承の安全
性が得られる。全く誤った取扱いをして極端な負荷が生
じた場合でさえも、軸が飛び出したりすることはない。
以下、図面を用いて不発明の実施例を詳細に説明する。
掃除器の外見は基本的にケース１と、柄３を有するハン
ドル２と、ローラーブラシ４と、駆動用走行輪５と、こ
れを支持している軸６とから構成されている。
軸６は長孔状の軸受孔７に収容され、この軸受孔７は導
入スリット８に連通している。ローラーブラシ４の反力
あるいは詳細に図示していない摩擦輪によって、軸６の
脱落が防止されている。軸受孔７は、ケース１の中間壁
９内に設けられている。中間壁９には保持ケース１０が
形成されており、この保持ケース１０中に駆動用走行輪
５の走行ディスク１１が嵌入する。それによって他の保
持装置を必要とせずに駆動用走行輪を軸６の端部１２に
嵌着することができる。
ケース１の駆動用走行輪５の部分１３は切欠かれヤ開放
されている。駆動用走行輪５の片側のみに軸受ボス１４
が形成されている。外側にあたる部分は保護キャップ１
５によって平坦に閉鎖されている。この保護キャップ１
５は同時に走行輪のゴム１６を支持する支持部材の役割
も果たしている。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １）基本的にケースと、少なくとも１個のごみ収集容器
    と、ガイドハンドルとを備え、前記ケース内においてロ
    ーラーブラシを駆動するための駆動用走行輪の軸が軸受
    スリット内に軸承されている掃除器において、駆動用走
    行輪（５）に走行ディスク（１１）が設けられ、ケース
    （１）に２個の中間壁（９）及び／又は保持ケース（１
    ０）が設けられ、軸（６）を軸承する軸受孔（７）にそ
    れぞれ導入スリット（８）が形成され、前記保持ケース
    （１０）の後方へ走行ディスク（１１）が嵌合すること
    を特徴とする掃除器。 ２）ケース（１）の駆動用走行輪（５）の部分が切欠か
    れて開放されており、この外方側が平坦に閉鎖されてい
    ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の掃除
    器。 ３）導入スリット（８）がほぼ垂直に配置されておシ、
    この中へほぼ水平に延びる長孔状に形成された軸受孔（
    ７）が連通していることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第
    １項又は第２項に記載の掃除器。
