  • a strap 21 of corresponding length belongs to each support arm.
  • Each device includes a set of tool support arms 27 of different lengths, which are interchangeably fastened in the housing 3.
  • the cover 4 has to be lifted away, the belt 21 has to be replaced by the corresponding belt for the new support arm 27 to be inserted, the cover has to be replaced and the new support arm has to be pushed in as explained.
  • the grub screw 43 is loosened, the deburring tool 45 is pulled out to the side and the other tool is pushed in, so that when the grub screw 43 is tightened, it meets the milling 49 of the bearing stub 47 and the tool firmly connected to the pinion 37.
  • This device is very compact, extremely simple in construction and easily adaptable to the problems which arise in practice with regard to the diameter of the bores, the location of the bores and the like.
  • the use of a toothed belt with a belt tension determined by a tension spring also represents an overload protection, in that the toothed belt is designed in terms of dimensions and material in such a way that when a predetermined circumferential force on the belt is exceeded, its teeth are elastically deformed, thereby driving the toothed pinion 37 is interrupted with the tool.
  • the critical circumferential force can be changed by the choice of the tension spring 29.
