Claims (5)

1. Dispositif destiné à envelopper un objet sphérique présentant de petites élévations réparties sur la surface dans une feuille mince d'aluminium, avec un bâti (10), une partie réceptrice ( 1,11) maintenue par le bâti, une surface réceptrice partiellement sphérique, un dispositif de mise en forme (3, 13) constitué d'un anneau (4, 14) aménagé coaxialement à la partie réceptrice, du bord duquel sont issues plusieurs lamelles élastiques (5, 15) convergentes et avec un coulisseau (9, 19) pouvant être déplacé à travers le dispositif de mise en forme, caractérisé par le fait que la partie réceptrice (1, 11) présente une cavité hémisphérique (2, 12) dirigée vers le coulisseau (9, 19), que coaxiallement autour du coulisseau (9, 19) est agencé un piston (7, 17), dont l'extrémité dirigée vers le bas - exception faite du passage du coulisseau - présente une cavité hémisphérique (8, 18) et que le coulisseau (9, 19) et le piston (7, 17) sont commandés de manière à ce que ce dernier reste au cours de la descente du coulisseau d'abord derrière celui-ci et qu'après avoir poussé l'objet à envelopper à travers le dispositif de mise en forme (3, 13) par rapport au coulisseau (9, 19), le piston est abaissé de manière à permettre le conntact entre le piston (7, 17) et la partie réceptrice ( 1,11 ) et à ce que leurs cavités se complètent ainsi pour épouser une forme sphérique, cavités dans lesquelles le coulisseau (9, 19) ne pénètre pas.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de mise en forme (13) présente des premières (15a) et deuxièmes (15b) lamelles élastiques agencées alternativement le long du bord de l'anneau (14), où les extrémités libres (16a) des premières lamelles élastiques (1 5a) passent en la position axiale lorsqu'elles sont au repos et en contact réciproque par rapport à l'anneau (14), pendant que les deuxièmes lamelles élastiques (1 5b) recouvrent les fentes qui s'entrouvrent entre les premières lamelles (15a).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les extrémités libres (16a) des premières lamelles (1 5a) sont rétrécies à leur bout et que les extrémités (16b) des deuxièmes lamelles (15b) présentent vers le côté extérieur du dispositif de mise en forme (13) la forme en «V».
4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que les pointes des extrémités libres extérieures (16a, 16b) des lamelles élastiques ( 15a, 1 5b) rayonnent en divergeant vers la partie extérieure du dispositif de mise en forme (13).
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte en plus un dispositif de transmission (23) à travers lequel passe le piston (17), qui glisse sur la bâti (10) entre le dispositif de mise en forme (13) et la partie réceptrice (11 ), et des moyens (26) pour mettre le dispositif de transmission (23) en contact avec la partie réceptrice (11), dans des intervalles périodiques et d'une manière synchronisée au mouvement prédéterminé du piston (17).
