Claims (8)

1. Lingotière de coulée continue horizontale (3) d'acier, notamment pour installations de coulée à plusieurs barres de métal, comportant une première partie de lingotière (6) définissant la forme de la section droite de la barre de métal et au moins une deuxième partie de lingotière (7, 8) située derrière la première partie de lingotière en considérant la direction de passage de la barre de métal et pourvue de parties-parois (9) qui soutiennent la surface de la barre de métal, viennent au contact de celle-ci et peuvent être appuyées contre elle au moyen d'appareils positionneurs (21), caractérisée en ce que les appareils positionneurs (21) sont agencés avec leur axe longitudinal (22) parallèle à l'axe longitudinal (23) de la barre de métal, et en ce que chaque appareil positionneur (21) est lié à l'extrémité côté entrée (35) et à l'extrémité côté sortie (36) d'une partie-paroi (9) au moyen d'un dispositif (28; 37; 39) changeant la direction (22) du mouvement de l'appareil positionneur, laquelle est parallèle à l'axe longitudinal (23) de la barre de métal, en une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire à cet axe longitudinal (23) de la barre de métal.
2. Lingotière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un appareil positionneur individuel (21) pour chaque partie-paroi (9).

Lingotière selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif modifiant la direction du mouvement est réalisé sous la forme d'un levier coudé (28) qui est lié de manière articulée, d'une part à l'appareil positionneur (21) par un bras de levier (27) et, d'autre part, par le deuxième bras de levier (30), à la partie-paroi (9) pouvant être appuyée contre la surface de la barre de métal, le levier coudé (28) pouvant pivoter autour d'un axe (29) fixe par rapport à la lingotière (Fig. 1 à 3).
4. Lingotière selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le bras de levier (30) articulé sur la partie-paroi (9) est lié à cette dernière avec du jeu (33).

Lingotière selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que chacune des parties-parois (9) pouvant être appuyées contre la surface de la barre de métal est, au moyen d'un guide (16), guidée perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal (23) de la barre de métal, sur une partie-support fixe (17) de la lingotière (3).
6. Lingotière selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que chacune des parties-parois (9) pouvant être appuyées contre la surface de la barre de métal est montée sur une partie-support fixe de la lingotière au moyen d'une articulation à rotule.
7. Lingotière selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les appareils positionneurs (21) sont réalisés sous la forme de vérins à double effet actionnés par fluide de pression.
8. Lingotière selon les revendications 1 ou 2 ou 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif modifiant la direction du mouvement est formé par une chaîne (39) constituée d'éléments articulés les uns aux autres et mobile dans un guide en forme d'arc d'un quart de cercle, cette chaîne étant fixée d'un côté à la partie paroi (9) et de l'autre côté à l'appareil positionneur (21) (Fig, 4).
