Definitions

  • the invention relates to a lock for a safe according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • floor safes of this type are the ideal protection for the daily income of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as petrol stations, supermarkets, cinema and theater cash registers, etc.
  • the invention can be applied to such Use floor safes, especially for those with heavy bolt work with numerous locking bolts, but also for wall safes and other safes, regardless of whether the lock is freely movable relative to the safe housing or is guided with the help of a hinge.
  • a closure of the type described in the opening paragraph is known from DE-PS 393 791.
  • the two bolts are guided in a straight line in a housing and articulated on a ring-shaped traction sheave via articulated levers provided at both ends with joints.
  • the traction sheave is rotatably mounted on a bushing, which on the one hand is rotatably supported with its outer end in the rear wall of the housing forming a support plate.
  • the socket sits on the driving pin of the lock.
  • a projection is provided which, in the corresponding direction of rotation, comes into contact with a projection on the traction sheave and thus in operative connection, so that the traction sheave is rotated as a result of the driving bolt acting centrally on the bushing during its rotation and thus actuates the bolt work becomes.
  • the socket is obviously positively connected to the driver bolt of the locking mechanism of the lock, while the traction sheave is supported via a first bearing with corresponding play on the socket and then in turn via a second bearing, also with corresponding play, on the rear wall of the housing which forms support plates . Finds e.g. B.
  • the back wall of the housing of the closure which serves as a support plate, is supported directly on the front wall of the closure, in front of which the lock is in turn arranged, so that in this construction the sensitive parts of the locking mechanism are, as it were, bridged by the housing.
  • the known closure has a large number of individual parts, all of which have to be assembled when assembled together.
  • the known closure in particular due to the arrangement of the lock in front of the closure plate, does not offer any great security. It is known that such a lock, because it can be attacked from the outside, easily broken off or even pierced, the drive pulley being directly accessible for the purpose of twisting and thus retracting the bolt work.
  • Another lock is known from DE-PS 75 960, but there is a separate additional handle for the actuation of the bolt work, so that in the locking plate of such a lock a first opening for the key of the lock and a second opening for carrying out the The shaft of the handle must be provided.
  • a traction sheave is also provided here, which is articulated on the bolts via articulated levers provided at both ends.
  • the traction sheave is rotatably mounted on the closure plate via annular extensions.
  • the lock sits somewhere else behind the locking plate and allows a wedge to be pushed forward or backwards, which acts on the mounting of the traction sheave on the locking plate and on a square shaft of the handle to actuate the traction sheave.
  • the wedge which can ultimately be actuated via a driver bolt of the locking mechanism, engages in eccentric recesses on extensions of the traction sheave and the traction sheave bearing. Since the lock is arranged at a different location than the traction sheave, it is easily possible to mount and support the traction sheave directly on the closure plate, bypassing all the individual parts of the locking mechanism.
  • the invention has for its object in a closure of the type described in the event of a violent force acting on the bolt, be it as a result of violent attempts to open it, or if the lock of a floor safe is accidentally dropped on the bolt, further reduce the transmission of force from the bolt to the locking mechanism so that the sensitive parts of the locking mechanism are not bent or bent be destroyed.
  • Another advantage of the design according to the invention is the compact design of the lock and corresponding parts of the bolt work. Another advantage is the smooth operation of the lock and the bolt work, so that even bolt works with a larger number of bolts and even those in which the bolt bolts represent a comparatively large mass can be equipped. Nevertheless, the locking mechanism itself can also be constructed without risk from parts that are sensitive per se.
  • claim 2 advantageously opens up the possibility of realizing the same closing paths, so that the locking bolts are pulled back, for example, in the open position to the same extent behind the outline of the closure plate, so that in the event of an unintentional dropping of such a closure, in most cases this will already be Dimensioning relative to the locking plate is sufficient to reduce or switch off the force acting on the locking bolts and thus the force acting on the locking mechanism. Otherwise, the same locking paths in the closed position represent the same security on the various locking bolts.
  • the features of claim 5 represent an advantageous constructive way to bypass the individual parts of the locking mechanism and at the same time to accommodate and accommodate parts of the bolt work and all individual parts of the lock including the locking mechanism.
  • the bearing of the traction sheave on the The support plate can be made relatively large and can therefore be designed to absorb forces.
  • the safe partially shown in FIG. 1 has a safe housing 1 of conventional design, on which a locking frame 2 is formed, which can be covered by a cladding plate or the like. 3.
  • the closure 4 is used, which can consist in particular of a closure plate 5, on which a handle 6 can be provided, of an armor plate 7, a lock 8 and other parts.
  • a frame housing 9 is provided which serves to cover the lock 8 and on the other hand forms a guide for locking bolts 10.
  • the locking bolts 10 are usually guided twice.
  • further guide plates 11 and 12 are provided, which are provided on the closure plate 5 or on the frame housing 9.
  • the lock 8 has a base plate 13 and a housing 14 which encloses the locking mechanism with the tumblers, the tour pin and the other usual individual parts.
  • the lock 8 can be operated via a key 15.
  • the cover plate 17 carries a central bearing 19 (FIG. 2) for the rotatable mounting of a drive pulley 20, which has a recess 21 (FIGS. 4 and 4) into which a driver pin 22 engages, which engages on a locking bolt 23 of the locking mechanism of the lock 8 is provided.
  • FIG. 2 central bearing 19
  • a plurality of tumblers 24 are visible above the locking bolt 23, which are pivotally mounted against spring pressure and can be arranged by the steps of the key 15 so that a tour pin 25 on the locking bolt 23 can enter a slot of all tumblers 24, when the tumblers are in order and the slot has formed continuously.
  • joints 26 are provided for the pivotable articulation of articulated levers 27 and 28, which at their other ends carry joints 29 which engage the locking bolts 10. So that the locking bolts 10 cover the same closing path when the drive pulley 20 is rotated, the joints 26 of the articulated levers 27 sit on a different radius to the joints 26 of the articulated levers 28.
  • the geometric conditions can be seen from FIG. 4.
  • the closed position of the locking bolts 10 and the articulated lever 27 and 28 is shown in solid lines.
  • the dashed representation of the articulated lever 27 and 28 corresponds to the open position of the lock 8 and the locking bolt 10. It can be seen how the articulated lever 27 and 28 assume a dead center position in the closed position, since their joints 26 and 29 are aligned between a respective locking bolt 10 and the bearing 19 of the drive pulley 20. In this position, therefore, no torques can be transmitted to the drive pulley 20. Only such a torque could have the effect that a backward force would be transmitted via the driving pin 22 to the sensitive parts of the locking mechanism. Of course, the lock 8 and the locking bolts 10 can be operated correctly.
  • Fig. 1 shows the closed position in which the locking bolts 10 engage behind the locking frame 2 or a specially attached locking bar 30.
  • the cover plate 3 is first removed, the key 15 is inserted into the lock 8 and turned, so that the tumblers 24 are arranged.
  • the locking bolt 23 moves, the tour pin 25 simultaneously entering the tumblers 24 and the driver pin 22 being displaced as well.
  • the drive pulley 20 rotates about its bearing 19 on the cover plate 17 from the position shown in solid lines in FIG. 4 into the position shown in broken lines, so that the dead center position is left and the articulated levers 27 and 28 the locking bolts 10 which are double guided, withdraw.
  • the lock 4 with the lock 8 can be removed from the lock frame 2.
  • the interior of the safe housing 1 is thus accessible.
  • the insertion of the lock 4 and the locking of the safe takes place in an analogous manner.
  • the driving pin 22 can be equipped with a roller.
  • the joints 26, which must assume the dead center position can be provided with rollers, but this is not shown for the sake of clarity.
