Definitions

  • the invention relates to an espagnolette lock according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a drive rod lock is known from DE-OS 34 45 255 ago.
  • the pivoting lever which can be pivoted there about a pivot axis fixed to the housing, is provided at the end with a pin which is dragged along in a drive rod recess. If the bolt is in its fully closed position, the control pin lies in a section of the control slot. Then it is not possible to swing the bolt back.
  • a variant of the type in question is known from DE 34 16 148 A1, which is a central lock-controlled additional lock with respect to the connecting rod lock.
  • the bolt is designed as a slide bolt.
  • the bolt is in a pin / slot connection to a one-armed transmission swivel lever. At its free end, this carries a pin which engages in a slot in the slide bolt tail.
  • the middle section of the transmission swivel lever serves to fix a control pin which engages in an approximately Z-shaped slot of a drive rod section. Accordingly, when the drive rod is displaced via this drive rod section, the transmission swivel lever is displaced about its articulation point which is fixed to the housing, with the thrust bolt being entrained.
  • the control pin In the excluded position of the slide bolt, the control pin is in such a position within the Z-shaped slot that any push-back forces impinging on the slide bolt can be absorbed by the drive rod section.
  • the object of the invention is based on the task of designing an espagnolette lock of the type in question in a technically simple manner in such a way that any push-back forces of the pre-locked bolt are not conducted into the espagnolette section, the bolt shifting taking place without a transmission pivoting lever.
  • a generic drive rod lock is specified, which is distinguished on the one hand by a simple structure and on the other hand by a high security value. If the espagnolette lock is in the open position and, based on this, the espagnolette is displaced, the pin is dragged along in the slot via the espagnolette recess, which in turn closes the bolt via the control recess. A transmission pivot lever is accordingly not necessary.
  • the pin in the slot assumes such a position that push-back forces acting on the bolt are conducted via the pin into the slot, that is, directly into the lock base and cover. Accordingly, no forces act on the drive rod itself, so that high push-back forces can be absorbed without damage.
  • the drive rod therefore only fulfills a control function.
  • the bolt is designed as a swivel bolt and the non-return lock consists of a slot end section which adjoins the modulation section of the slot, such that the course of the modulation section and that of the end section are inclined in the opposite direction to the direction of displacement of the drive rod sections .
  • end positions are achieved in that the drive rod sections are loaded in the direction of the end positions by a spring-loaded chain link pivoting over dead center.
  • the chain link plus spring can be accommodated in a space-saving manner in the area between the two connecting rod sections.
  • the guide of the pin is achieved by stepped end sections of the same. So there is no separate axial support for the pin.
  • the pin is supported in the axial direction by the step-shaped shoulders of End sections. The latter are the pin areas that pass through the slot in the lock floor and cover.
  • the middle section located between these end sections serves exclusively to control the pivot bolt.
  • the control recess of the bolt is designed as a closed window, which over a part length has the width of the diameter of the central part of the bolt and over the remaining part length widened on the one hand so that both locking and closing of the bolt can take place without problems Recess flank continues.
  • the pin interacts with this recess flank when the bolt is closed. The widening creates a flank section which, when the swivel bolt is closed, runs parallel to the direction of displacement of the drive rod and which engages the central section of the pin.
  • the pin then acts on the opposite recess flank, namely after a short displacement of the drive rod.
  • the head of the swivel bolt has, at a distance from the excluding corner, an open, stepped pocket which is open to the end face and engages behind a stepped bolt entry opening of the striker plate.
  • the locking effect can be increased by two opposing pockets on the two broad sides of the swivel bar.
  • the pockets can be produced in a technically simple manner in that they are formed by the two outer material layers of a three-layer pivot bolt, the two outer layers being pressed together in the region of the outer, exclusive corner.
  • the espagnolette fitting shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a longitudinal faceplate 1, which is equipped in the central area with an operating lock 2 and on both sides of the same with an espagnolette lock 3.
  • the two drive rod closures 3 have an identical structure.
  • the control lock 2 has a latch 4 which can be retracted by means of a lock 5 mounted on the control lock. Below the nut 5, the control lock carries a profile lock cylinder 6. When the key is actuated, a drive rod 7 starting from the control lock 2 is shifted either in one direction or in the other direction, depending on the direction of rotation of the lock bit of the profile lock cylinder 6.
  • the drive rod 7 engages in the drive rod lock 3 and is coupled there with two drive rod sections 8, 9 arranged one above the other. These are designed to be identical.
  • One drive rod section 9 lies on the lock base 10 and the other drive rod section 8 on the lock cover 11. Studs 12, 13 extend from the lock base 10 and serve to support the lock cover 11 and into which fastening screws 14 engage. In addition, the studs 12, 13 still serve to guide the rear flank of the drive rod sections 8, 9.
  • a chain link 15 is pivotally mounted around the upper stud 13.
  • the bearing opening of the chain link is designed as a longitudinal slot 16, which serves to receive a compression spring 17.
  • On one end the compression spring 17 is supported on the stud 13 and on the other end on a bridge pin 18 connecting the two connecting rod sections 8, 9.
  • the drive rod sections 8, 9 acted on in defined end positions.
  • each slot 19 has a longer, arcuate control section 19 ', which is followed by a slot end section 19' '.
  • the course of the modulation section 19 'and that of the slot end section 19 is inclined in the opposite direction to the direction of displacement of the drive rod sections 8, 9.
  • the slot end section 19 it is the lower one, which extends slightly in the direction of the faceplate 1.
  • a pin 20 is guided with its stepped end portions 20 '. Because of the end sections 20 ', an axial securing of the position of the pin 20 is also realized, the central section 20 "of which extends to the inner surface of the lock base 10 and lock cover 11, cf. in particular FIG. 4.
  • the central section 20 ′′ passes through a drive rod dragging recess 21.
  • This is formed by two congruent overlapping, open to the edge incisions of the two drive rod sections 8, 9. Regarding the edge, it is the one that faces the faceplate 1
  • the course of the dragging recess 21 extends transversely to the direction of displacement of the drive rod 7.
  • the drive rod sections 8, 9 are bulged in the direction of the drive rod closure rear edge 20 "corresponds to the width of the dragging recess 21.
  • the two drive rod sections 8, 9 flank on both sides a bolt 22 designed as a swivel bolt.
  • One drive rod section 8 lies above this swivel bolt 22 and the other drive rod section 9 below the swivel bolt 22.
  • a hinge pin 23 anchored in the lock base 10 and lock cover 11 is used to mount the swivel bolt 22 This is adjacent to the faceplate 1 and extends at the level of the actuation section 19 '.
  • the pin 20 extends through a control recess 24 of the pivot bolt 22. As the figures illustrate, this control recess 24 is designed as a closed window, which over a partial length has approximately the width of the diameter of the central pin portion 20 ".
  • the control recess is located over the remaining partial length 24 into a widening 25 on the one recess flank 24 '. This creates a flank section in the widening area which, when the pivot bolt 22 is closed, see FIG. 3, extends transversely to the drive rod displacement direction.
  • the opposite recess flank is designated by the number 24 "and runs in a straight line by.
  • the head 22 'of the pivot bolt 22 has, at a distance from its excluding corner E to the end face 22 ", open, stepped pockets 26 which engage behind a stepped bolt opening 27 of a striking plate 28.
  • the latter is fixed on the frame side.
  • At least one Transverse edge, the bolt entry opening 27 continues in a niche 29 which is narrower than it, in such a way that when the door is closed Insert the latch 22 into the pockets 26 of the edge edges 29 of the niche.
  • the swivel bar 22 is designed in three layers to form the pockets 26. Accordingly, it consists of the two outer layers A and B and a middle layer C, which are interconnected. The two outer layers A, B are cut out to form the pockets 26. The middle layer C represents a partition between the two pockets 26. Beyond the pockets 26, the middle layer C is notched. This allows the two outer layers A, B to be pressed together in the area of the outer, exclusive corner E.
  • the closing process can be carried out. This requires a correct key.
  • the drive rod 7 is shifted.
  • the drive rod 7 travels in the downward direction.
  • the pin 20, which shifts in the actuation section 19 ′ of the slot 19 in the downward direction, is carried along via the drive rod dragging recess 21.
  • the pin 20 acts with its central portion 20 ′′ on the recess flank 24 ′ of the pivot bolt 22 and causes it to pivot about the pivot pin 23, cf. Intermediate position according to Figure 5.
  • the chain link 15 exceeds the dead center position, so that the compression spring 17 then acts in the direction of a downward displacement of the drive rod sections 8, 9.
  • the pin 20 dips into the slot end section 19 ′′.
  • the flank section in the area of the widening 25 of the control recess 24 is supported after complete pre-closing of the pivot bolt 22 on the central portion 20 ′′ of the pin 20.
  • the edge edges 29 'of the bolt entry opening 27 engage in the pockets 26. There is therefore a joint intervention between the striking plate 28 and the pivot bolt 22, which makes unauthorized opening of the door equipped with the espagnolette fitting more difficult.
  • Opening the espagnolette lock requires the oppositely directed displacement of the espagnolette 7 by means of the associated key.
  • the pin 20 is moved in the upward direction via the connecting rod dragging recess 21.
  • the pivot bolt 22 is turned back into the open position.
  • the chain link 15 pivots here.
  • the compression spring 17 acts in the corresponding direction of displacement of the drive rod 7, so that a defined end position is then reached which corresponds to the position according to FIG.
