Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque moitié d'élément intermédiaire (18, 19) se présente sous la forme d'un coulisse plate et comporte une fente longitudinale (32) en particulier fermée aux deux extrémités et s'étendant dans la direction de déplacement (34), une petite fente transversale (31) débouchant dans une zone médiane de l'arête de fente longitudinale (35) et les deux fentes transversales (31) constituant, avec les tétons d'accouplement (30) associés de l'élément rotatif (20) qui s'y engagent, le premier dispositif de conversion de mouvement (33).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que, dans la fente longitudinale (32) de l'élément intermédiaire (18, 19), s'engagent deux tétons de boítier (56, 57) décalés dans la direction du déplacement, qui constituent les éléments de butée correspondant aux deux positions de fin de course de l'élément intermédiaire (18, 19).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'autre arête de fente longitudinale (36) de chaque moitié d'élément intermédiaire (18, 19) présente un évidement transversal (37) qui reçoit le téton d'accouplement (30) associé de l'élément rotatif (20) lors de la commutation de la ferrure de fenêtre ou de porte du mode "oscillant" au mode "basculant".
  8. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le pêne (23) du dispositif de verrouillage supplémentaire (7) présente, en particulier à son extrémité interne, deux tétons d'accouplement (44) dépassant dans des sens opposés, qui s'engagent chacun dans une fente de commande (43) de la moitié d'élément intermédiaire (18, 19) associée, la fente de commande (43) consistant en une portion de fente principale (45) orientée en biais par rapport à la direction de déplacement de l'élément intermédiaire (18, 19) et en une portion de fente secondaire (46, 47) associée à chaque extrémité de la fente et s'étendant dans la direction de déplacement (34), les deux tétons d'accouplement (44) du pêne (23) formant en outre avec les fentes de commande (43) le second dispositif de conversion de mouvement (40).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le boítier (8) de l'élément de dispositif (24) côté battant se compose de deux éléments de boítier (10, 11) au moins sensiblement symétriques selon un axe, chacun desdits éléments de boítier recevant une moitié d'élément intermédiaire (18, 19).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisé en ce que chaque moitié d'élément intermédiaire (18, 19) présente, à ses extrémités avant et arrière dans la direction de déplacement (34), une moitié d'accouplement (69, 70) pour rapporter une tringle d'actionnement (71, 72) ou un élément de raccordement de tringle d'actionnement (73) présentant l'autre moitié d'accouplement (74, 75), les éléments de raccordement de tringle d'actionnement (73) dépassant vers l'extérieur via une ouverture de boítier (76, 77).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la moitié d'accouplement consiste en une ouverture (69, 70) en particulier de forme rectangulaire, ménagée dans la moitié d'élément intermédiaire (18, 19) et en ce que l'autre moitié d'accouplement (74, 75) consiste en un appendice de section correspondante, en forme de téton et dépassant perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la poignée pivotante (6) présente une rosette (61) avec deux douilles de centrage (62, 63) dépassant en direction du montant de battant (14) et en ce que, au niveau du boítier (8) de l'élément de dispositif (24) côté battant sont prévus, avec un même écartement, deux alésages de passage qui reçoivent chacun une douille (58, 59) dont la section correspond sensiblement à celle des douilles de centrage (62, 63) qui, d'un côté, sont adjacentes axialement à la douille de centrage (62, 63) associée et, de l'autre côté, dépassent de la paroi de boítier (12) côté opposé à la poignée.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la douille (58, 59) peut se déplacer axialement et de manière limitée à l'intérieur du boítier (8).
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les sections de la douille de centrage (62, 63) et de la douille (58, 59) sont égales et en ce que la douille s'engage, par sa collerette (64) dans un dégagement en forme d'épaulement (65, 66) du boítier (8) de telle sorte que l'extrémité correspondante dépasse de la surface externe de boítier côté opposé à la poignée.
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre externe de la douille de centrage (62, 63) est inférieur à celui de la douille (58, 59) et en ce que cette dernière reçoit, en la centrant au niveau d'un dégagement (68), l'extrémité libre de la douille de centrage (62, 63).
  16. Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le dégagement (68) est pratiqué à une extrémité de l'alésage de la douille (58, 59) et en ce qu'une collerette (64) se trouve à distance de l'autre extrémité de l'alésage, ladite collerette s'engageant dans le dégagement en forme d'épaulement (68) du boítier de dispositif (8) de telle sorte que l'extrémité de douille correspondante dépasse de la surface externe de boítier côté opposé à la poignée.
  17. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 3 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'un ressaut (52) en forme de came est prévu sur la surface de l'élément rotatif (20) qui est éloignée de la poignée, lequel ressaut forme avec un élément de butée (55) sur la face interne de la moitié d'élément intermédiaire associée (18) un dispositif de limitation de rotation lorsque le pêne (23) est préfermé ou lorsque la ferrure de fenêtre ou de porte est en position fermée.
  18. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de dispositif (25) côté dormant se compose d'une platine (80) susceptible d'être posée sur le dormant (1) et dotée de trous de fixation (81), et d'un ressaut (82) en forme de capot, ouvert en direction du pêne (23).
  19. Dispositif selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de dispositif (25) côté dormant est symétrique par rapport à un plan médian transversal.
  20. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 19, caractérisé en ce qu'entre le dispositif de verrouillage supplémentaire (7) et au moins un autre dispositif de verrouillage supplémentaire (7), en particulier de même type, est interposé un dispositif de transmission de force et de mouvement (71, 72, 130), dont les extrémités sont respectivement reliées en commande à l'élément intermédiaire (18, 19) associé.
  21. Dispositif selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transmission de force présente un renvoi d'angle (130).
  22. Dispositif de verrouillage supplémentaire pour fenêtre, porte ou similaire à battant (2) au moins oscillant, en particulier oscillo-basculant, avec une poignée pivotante (6) pour l'actionnement d'une ferrure commutable de fenêtre ou de porte, un axe (21) de la ferrure de fenêtre ou de porte, susceptible d'être entraíné en rotation au moyen de la poignée pivotante, étant en même temps relié en commande à un dispositif d'entraínement (22) agencé sur l'élément de dispositif de verrouillage supplémentaire (24) côté battant et destiné à entraíner le pêne (23) du dispositif de verrouillage supplémentaire (7a), lequel pêne coopère avec un élément de dispositif de verrouillage supplémentaire (25) côté dormant, rapporté sur le côté intérieur du dormant (1) et présentant un logement de pêne (29), l'élément du dispositif de verrouillage supplémentaire (24) côté battant étant rapporté sur le côté intérieur du battant (1), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entraínement présente un élément rotatif (86) logé dans un boítier de dispositif (88) et susceptible d'être couplé à l'axe rotatif (21), au moins un téton d'accouplement (93, 94) en saillie parallèlement à l'axe rotatif (21) étant rapporté de manière excentrée et formant, avec un guide de coulisse (96) ménagé dans le pêne (87) monté mobile dans le boítier de dispositif (88), un dispositif de conversion de mouvement (97), le téton d'accouplement (93, 94) s'engageant dans le guide de coulisse (96) lorsque l'angle de rotation de la poignée pivotante (6) est supérieur à 90°.
  23. Dispositif selon la revendication 22, caractérisé en ce que l'élément rotatif (86) se compose essentiellement d'une douille (102) logée mobile en rotation à ses deux extrémités dans le boítier de dispositif (88) et avec un trou carré (103), ainsi que d'une came (104) agencée excentrée sur ladite douille avec le ou les tétons d'accouplement (93, 94), et en ce que le guide de coulisse (96) se compose d'une fente ménagée dans le pêne (87), droite ou légèrement cintrée et inclinée par rapport à la direction de déplacement du pêne (99).
  24. Dispositif selon la revendication 23, caractérisé en ce que le pêne (87) est fourchu à son extrémité interne et en ce qu'une fente longitudinale (110) ouverte sur le bord entre les deux bras de fourche (108, 109) reçoit la douille (102) de l'élément rotatif (86) et en ce que le guide de coulisse (96) se trouve sur un bras de fourche (108).
  25. Dispositif selon la revendication 24, caractérisé en ce qu'un prolongement de coulisse (101) en particulier en arc de cercle est prévu sur l'autre bras de fourche (109) et en ce que deux tétons d'accouplement (93, 94) sont agencés avec un décalage angulaire sur l'élément rotatif (86), le premier téton d'accouplement (94), plus long, s'engageant dans le guide de coulisse (96) pendant un premier quart de tour lorsque le pêne (87) est préfermé et rétracté, tandis que le second téton d'accouplement (93) s'engage dans le prolongement de coulisse (101) pendant un second quart de tour à mesure que le premier téton (94) sort du guide de coulisse (96).
  26. Dispositif selon la revendication 25, caractérisé en ce qu'à la fin du second quart de tour de l'élément rotatif (86), le premier téton d'accouplement (93) s'engage dans le prolongement de coulisse (96), qui présente sur cette zone une plus grande profondeur pour recevoir le premier téton d'accouplement (93), plus long.
  27. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 23 à 26, caractérisé en ce que le pêne (87) présente une épaisseur moindre dans la zone de mouvement de la came d'élément rotatif (104) et en ce que la surface externe de la came affleure sensiblement la surface externe du pêne (115).
  28. Dispositif selon la revendication 27, caractérisé en ce que la réduction d'épaisseur (114) du pêne (87) forme au moins une arête de butée (116) pour la came (104) de l'élément rotatif (86), contre laquelle ladite came vient buter dans la position de rotation de 180° de la poignée (6).
  29. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 22 à 28, caractérisé en ce que le boítier de dispositif (88) se compose de deux moitiés de boítier (90, 91) au moins sensiblement symétriques selon un axe et en ce que le guidage de pêne (117) est formé respectivement pour moitié dans chaque moitié de boítier.
  30. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 22 à 29, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de dispositif (25) côté dormant se compose d'une platine (80) susceptible d'être posée sur le dormant (1) et dotée de trous de fixation (81), ainsi que d'un ressaut (82) en forme de capot, ouvert en direction du pêne (23).
  31. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 22 à 30, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de dispositif (25) côté dormant est symétrique par rapport à un plan médian transversal.
  32. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 22 ou 24 à 26 ou 29 à 31, caractérisé en ce que l'élément rotatif (120) est un disque circulaire et en ce que la poignée pivotante (6) présente, à son extrémité orientée vers le battant (2), un ressaut en forme de douille (121) avec un trou carré, ledit ressaut dépassant en hauteur l'élément rotatif (120) rapporté avant rivetage, l'extrémité de ressaut en débordement formant un rivet femelle.
  33. Dispositif selon la revendication 32, caractérisé en ce que le rivet femelle (121) est de section carrée et en ce que l'élément rotatif (120) présente un trou carré (122).
