Claims (18)

1. Dispositif pour fabriquer des plaques de béton (1) dans un poste fixe de bétonnage, avec des palettes (2) mobiles à travers ce poste au moyen den dispositifs (3) d'arrêt latéraux, prévus dans le poste de bétonnage qui peuvent être posés sur la palette introduite à chaque fois dans le poste de bétonnage pour former un coffrage assemblé, et/ou pouvant être de nouveau retirés de celui-ci, et avec des moyens de poussée (6), auxquels sont fixés les dispositifs latéraux caractérisé par la combinaison des caractéristiques suivantes:
a. les dispositifs d'arrêt latéraux sont aussi fixés aux moyens de poussée (6);
b. les dispositifs d'arrêt latéraux (3) sont réglables par les moyens de poussée (6), horizontalement et perpendiculairement à leur surface de coffrage (31);
c. chaque moyen de poussée (6) est placé sur un coulisseau ou chariot (51 à 54) et est déplaçable avec lui parallèlement à la surface de coffrage (31) du dispositif d'arrêt latéral (3) réglable avec lui;
d. les dispositifs latéraux (3) peuvent venir les uns après les autres sur la palette (2) de manière que chacun puisse s'appliquer, avec un côté frontal (32), contre la surface de coffrage (31) d'un autre dispositif latéral.
2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un ou plusieurs des coulisseaux ou chariots (51 à 54) peuvent être élevés ou abaissés de manière que les palettes (2) portant une plaque de béton (1) puissent passer par-dessous et/ou par-dessus ce coulisseau ou chariot.

Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les palettes (2) sont déplaçables sur deux convoyeurs à rouleaux (71, 72), qui sont placés à une certaine distance l'un de l'autre, cette distance étant plus petite que la longueur ou la largeur d'une palette, et disposés au-dessous de la hauteur des dispositifs latéraux (3) de manière que, sous ces dispositifs, puisse passer une palette portant une plaque de béton (1).
4. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les chariots ou coulisseaux (51 à 54) portant les dispositifs latéraux (3) peuvent être ramenés automatiquement dans une position de départ par un ensemble de retour (56).
5. Dispositif suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de retour (56) comporte des équilibreurs à ressorts.
6. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'entre les dispositifs latéraux (3) et les moyens de poussée (6) qui les portent, est prévu à chaque fois un élément de liaison (61) qui amortit les vibrations (figures 4, 5).
7. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de côté (3) présentent, sur leur côté inférieur, une règle (62), munie d'une saillie (63) en forme de lame, qui est dirigée, suivant un angle obtus, contre le dessus de la palette (21) (figure 4).
8. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif latéral (3) se compose de plusieurs poutres (33, 34), superposables les unes aux autres.
9. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un ou plusieurs dispositifs latéraux (3) se compose de deux poutres (33, 34) ou plus, placées les unes sur les autres, la poutre la plus basse (33) étant fixée à demeure à une plaque (36) et les autres poutres (34) étant fixées à cette plaque (36) au moyen d'une articulation (35), la plaque (36) étant reliée au dispositif de poussée (6) par un élément de liaison (61) amortissant les vibrations.
10. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que les poutres (33, 34) présentent, sur les surfaces avec lesquelles elles viennent au contact avec le ferraillage (4), des évidements adaptés à ce ferraillage.
11. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les poutres (33, 34) présentent, sur les surfaces avec lesquelles elles viennent en contact avec le ferraillage (4), un matériau déformable élastiquement (37).
12. Dispositif suivant la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les poutres (33, 34) présentent une couche en un matériau semblable au caout- . chouc et en particulier en caoutchouc mousse, à pores fermées.
13. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les chariots (51 à 54) qui portent les moyens de poussée (6) sont déplaçables sur des rails (55).
14. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de poussée portés par les chariots ou coulisseaux (51 à 54) comportent des dispositifs à cylindre et piston (64).
15. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la surface frontale (38) d'un dispositif latéral (3) est en retrait d'un certain angle par rapport à la verticale (figure 5).
16. Dispositif suivant la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que l'angle est d'environ 2 à 4°.
17. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit, sur le poste de bétonnage, entre les convoyeurs à rouleaux (71, 72), un chevalet vibrant (8) à hauteur variable, qui est, à l'éat abaissé, au-dessous du plan des convoyeurs à rouleaux (71, 72).
18. Dispositif suivant la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que le chevalet vibrant (8) peut être élevé au moyen d'un dispositif à cylindre et piston (9).
