Claims (10)

1. Une plieuse pour la fabrication de produits pliés au moins une fois en sens transversal et coupés parallèlement au pli transversal, possédant un cylindre à couteaux (4) agissant en conjonction avec un cylindre à clapets de pliage (2) qui, dans les zones comprises entre ses clapets de pliage (1) coopérant avec des dispositifs directeurs (24, 25, respectivement 27, 29) transmettant les produits aux agents de transport (21, respectivement 23) expédiants, possède chacun une cisaille (14) s'avançant sur le périmètre dudit cylindre à clapets de pliage (2) et respectivement agissant en conjonction avec une seconde cisaille (16) disposée sur un cylindre porte-lame (15) proche du cylindre à clapets de pliage (2) et placé à la suite du cylindre à couteaux (4) dans le sens de la rotation, caractérisée en ce que, à la suite du cylindre porte-lame (15) dans le sens de la rotation, le cylindre à clapets de pliage (2) agit en conjonction avec un guidage de bande (23) qui en est écarté au minimum de la longueur d'avancement des cisailles (14), et possède des trains de bande supérieur et inférieur (30, respectivement 31), ainsi qu'un cylindre de prise (27) sous forme d'un rouleau de renvoi entouré par le train de bande supérieur (30) et en contact avec l'autre train de bande (31), et avec des griffes (29) contrôlées qui s'engagent dans les clapets de pliage (1) et passent par-dessus des cisailles (14) du cylindre à clapets de pliage (2), et en ce que de plus, dans la zone d'un moulinet (21) à la suite de guidage de bande (23) dans le sens de la rotation et qui facultativement peut en être servi, le cylindre à clapets de pliage (2) agit en conjonction avec un clapet motorisé (24) possédant des languettes de levage (25) qui s'engagent dans les clapets de pliage (1) et passent par-dessus les cisailles (14), ainsi qu'avec un rouleau de pression (32) qui est proche desdites languettes de levage (25) et possède une partie aplatie (33) tournée vers le cylindre à clapets de pliage (2) lors du passage des cisailles (14).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre porte-lame (15) avec sa cisaille (16) est muni de griffes (17) proches de celle-ci et placées en arrière dans le sens de la rotation.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre des clapets de pliage (2) avec les griffes (17) du cylindre porte-lame (15) disposées de préférence de manière fixe est muni d'assises en matière garnie de mousse (18) qui y font face.
4. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 3 ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre porte-lame (15) débouche dans une gaine d'aspiration (19) en un point de son périmètre qui se situe après un point de découpe des lames (14 ou 16).
5. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 4 ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre porte-lame (15) présente en dehors de sa cisaille (16) une face aplatie (20), qu'il peut être entraîné par un embrayage direct et bloqué dans le sens de la rotation quand l'embrayage est dégagé.
6. Dispositif selon une des revendications ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de prise (27) est entouré par le train de bande supérieur (30) du guidage de bande (23).
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de prise (27) peut être entraîné par un embrayage direct et bloqué dans le sens de rotation quand l'embrayage est dégagé.
8. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 7 ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que les pinces de levage (29) du cylindre de prise (27) sont commandées par une came au voisinage d'une face du cylindre de prise (27).
9. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 8 ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que le clapet (24) asservi au moulinet (21), est commandé à l'aide d'une poulie disposée dans la région d'une des faces du cylindre à clapets de pliage (2).
10. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 9, ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de pression (32) peut être entraîné par un embrayage direct et bloqué dans le sens de la rotation en position de repos.
