Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Staubsauger mit einem den Staubraum abschließenden Deckel, bei welchem Staubsauger ein den mit einer Versteifungsplatte versehenen Filterbeutel an den Einlaßstutzen andrückendes Element am Deckel vorgesehen und ein das Schließen des Deckels bei nicht eingesetztem Filterbeutel verhinderndes doppelarmiges Winkelstück verschwenkbar angeordnet ist, das bei geöffnetem Deckel durch Federkraft in eine der Sperrstellung entsprechende Ausgangslage bringbar und durch Anlage an der Versteifungsplatte aus seiner Sperrstellung bewegbar ist.
  • Ein solcher Staubsauger ist durch die DE-B-16 28 703 bekannt. Bei diesem Staubsauger ist zum Andrücken des Filterbeutels an den Einlaßstutzen an dem Deckel eine Nase angeformt, die mit einer schrägen Anschlagkante hinter die Versteifungsplatte des Filterbeutels greift und diesen somit beim Schließen des Deckels gegen den Einlaßstutzen drückt. Als Sperrelement ist an dem Staubsaugergehäuse ein doppelarmiges Winkelstück angelenkt, das durch eine Feder in die Sperrlage geschwenkt wird. Beim Andrücken des Filterbeutels trifft die Versteifungsplatte auf den einen Arm des Winkelstückes und schwenkt dieses aus seiner Sperrlage.
  • Durch die DE-A-2406914 ist ferner ein Staubsauger bekannt, bei dem ein axial verschiebbares Sperrelement vorgesehen ist. Dieses Sperrelement ragt mit einer abgeschrägten Nase in den Einsteckweg der Versteifungsplatte, so daß das Sperrelement beim Einsetzen des Filterbeutels durch die auf die Schräge der Nase auftreffende Versteifungsplatte gegen die Kraft einer das Sperrelement axial verschiebenden Schraubenfeder zurückgedrängt wird. Hierdurch wird auch ein mit dem Sperrelement verbundener Sperrzapfen zurückgeschoben und dadurch der Schließweg für den Deckel freigegeben.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Staubsauger so auszubilden, daß sowohl das Element zum Andrücken des Filterbeutels an den Einlaßstutzen als auch das Sperrelement in einem Bauteil vereinigt sind.
  • Die Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe gelingt nach der Erfindung dadurch, daß das doppelarmige Winkelstück am Deckel in Langlöchern verschwenk- und verschiebbar angeordnet und bei geöffnetem Deckel durch die Federkraft derart an dem einen Ende der Langlöcher gehalten ist, daß das Winkelstück mit seinem einen Arm beim Schließen des Deckels auf einer im Staubraum an der Gehäusewand vorgesehenen und in der Höhe von der Versteifungsplatte überragenden Leiste aufliegt, daß ferner mindestens an einer Seite der Gehäusewand ein Vorsprung so angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, daß der andere Arm des Winkelstückes bei Anlage des Winkelstückes an dem einen Ende der Langlöcher auf dem Vorsprung auftrifft und bei Anlage am anderen Ende der Langlöcher an dem Vorsprung vorbeigreift.
  • Anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels wird der Anmeldungsgegenstand nachfolgend näher beschrieben. Es zeigt
    • Figur 1 einen Staubsauger im Bereich des Einlaßstutzens im Längsschnitt,
    • Figur 2 eine Draufsicht auf den in Fig. 1 dargestellten Staubsauger in halbseitiger Darstellung.
  • Mit 1 ist das Gehäuse eines Staubsaugers bezeichnet, an dem ein Einlaßstutzen 2 angeformt ist. An dem in den Staubraum 3 ragenden Ende des Einlaßstutzens 2 ist ein aus elastischem Material bestehender Dichtring 4 aufgesteckt. Gegen diesen Dichtring wird die Einlaßöffnung 5 der Versteifungsplatte 6 eines in den Staubraum eingesetzten Filterbeutels 7 gedrückt. Hierzu ist an dem um eine Achse 8 schwenkbaren Deckel 9 ein doppelarmiges Winkelstück 10 vorgesehen. Dieses Winkelstück 10 ist in Langlöchern 11 sowohl verschwenkbar als auch verschiebbar angeordnet. Mit seinem einen Arm 12 liegt das Winkelstück 10 beim Schließen des Deckels 9 auf einer am Gehäuse angeformten Leiste 13 auf. Während der Schließbewegung des Deckels 9 gleitet das Ende des Armes 12 auf der Leiste 13 in Richtung auf den Einlaßstutzen 2. Dabei trifft das Ende des Armes 12 auf die Versteifungsplatte 6 des zuvor eingelegten Filterbeutels 7. Beim Einsetzen des Filterbeutels 7 befindet sich die Versteifungsplatte 6 in einer schrägen Lage, wie dies gestrichelt dargestellt ist. In dieser Lage wird die in der Höhe über die Leiste 12 hinausragende Versteifungsplatte 6 von dem Ende des Armes 12 erfaßt und schließlich mit ihrer Einlaßöffnung 5 gegen den Dichtring 4 gedrückt.
  • Sobald die Versteifungsplatte 6 an dem Dichtring 4 anliegt, kann der Arm 12 auf der Leiste 13 nicht mehr weiter nach vorn gleiten. Bei der weiteren Schließbewegung des Deckels 9 wird das Winkelstück 10 nunmehr in den Langlöchern gegen das andere Ende dieser Langlöcher 11 geschoben. Die Langlöcher 11 sind in bezug auf einen Vorsprung 14 so bemessen, daß der andere Arm 15 des Winkelstückes 10 beim Schließen des Deckels 9 an dem Vorsprung 14 vorbeigreift. Der Deckel 9 kann somit vollständig geschlossen werden.
  • In gestrichelter Darstellung ist der Schließvorgang des Deckels 9 in einer Lage a gezeigt, die dem Beginn der Schließbewegung des Deckels 9 entspricht. Die Darstellung in der Lage b zeigt das Sperren des Deckels bei nicht eingelegtem Filterbeutel 7.
  • Wie aus der Darstellung der Lage a hervorgeht, wird das Winkelstück 10 durch eine in der Zeichnung nicht sichtbare Feder in eine Anfangslage geschwenkt, in der das Winkelstück 10 an dem einen Ende der Langlöcher 11 anliegt und mit seinem Arm 12 auf die Leiste 13 auftrifft. Beim Schließen des Deckels 9 schwenkt das Winke stück 10 im Uhrzeigersinn und gleitet mit seinem Arm 12 auf der Leiste 13. ist ein Filterbeutel 7 eingelegt, so wird dieser mit seiner Versteifungsplatte 6, wie bereits beschrieben, gegen den Einlaßstutzen 2 gedrückt. Ist dagegen kein Filterbeutel 7 in dem Staubraum 3 eingesetzt, so gleitet der Arm 12 des Winkelstückes 10 zwar auch auf der Leiste 13 entlang, findet aber keinen Widerstand, so daß das Winkelstück 10 nicht in den Langlöchern verschoben wird. Der Arm 15 des Winkelstückes 10 verbleibt somit im Bereich des Vorsprunges 14 und trifft schließlich auf diesen Vorsprung auf, wie dies in der Lage b dargestellt ist. Hierdurch ist die weitere Schließbewegung des Deckels 9 blockiert.
  • Wie aus der Darstellung in Fig. 2 zu erkennen ist, weist die Leiste 13 einen seitlichen Vorsprung 16 auf, durch den die Versteifungsplatte 6 beim Einsetzen des Filterbeutels 7 in einer Schräglage gehalten ist. Mit ihrem unteren Ende greift die Versteifungsplatte 6 in eine Einkerbung 17 ein und wird in dieser gehalten.

Claims (1)

  1. Staubsauger mit einem den Staubraum abschließenden Deckel (9), bei welchem Staubsauger ein den mit einer Versteifungsplatte (6) versehenen Filterbeutel (7) an den Einlaßstutzen (2) andrückendes Element am Deckel (9) vorgesehen und ein das Schließen des Deckels (9) bei nicht eingesetztem Filterbeutel (7) verhinderndes doppelarmiges Winkelstück (10) verschwenkbar angeordnet ist, das bei geöffnetem Deckel durch Federkraft in eine der Sperrstellung entsprechende Ausgangslage bringbar und durch Anlage an der Versteifungsplatte (6) aus seiner Sperrstellung bewegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das doppelarmige Winkelstück (10) am Deckel (9) in Langlöchern (11) verschwenk-und verschiebbar angeordnet und bei geöffnetem Deckel (9) durch die Federkraft derart an dem einen Ende der Langlöcher (11) gehalten ist, daß das Winkelstück (10) mit seinem einen Arm (12) beim Schließen des Deckels (9) auf einer im Staubraum (3) an der Gehäusewand vorgesehenen und in der Höhe von der Versteifungsplatte (6) überragten Leiste (13) aufliegt, daß ferner mindestens an einer Seite der Gehäusewand ein Vorsprung (14) so angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, daß der andere Arm (15) des Winkelstückes (10) bei Anlage des Winkelstückes (10) an dem einen Ende der Langlöcher (11) auf dem Vorsprung (14) auftrifft und bei Anlage am anderen Ende der Langlöcher (11) an dem Vorsprung (14) vorbeigreift.
