Abstract

Das Fundament besteht aus zwei oder mehreren gleich gearteten Formsteinen (1), die dadurch gekennzeichnet sind, daß sie jeweils einen offenen Langschlitz (2) und Zapfen (4,5) aufweisen, so daß sie von der Seite her auf den Schilderpfosten (3) geführt-werden können, wobei bei versetzter Anbringung die Formsteine (1) dann derart vertikal ineinander geschoben werden können, daß immer ein Zapfen (4) des einen den Langschlitz (2) des benachbarten Formsteines (1) begrenzt, und weitere Zapfen (5) an der der Schlitzöffnung gegenüberliegenden Stirnfläche des benachbarten Formsteines (1) anliegen, wodurch eine horizontal in alle Richtungen unverschiebliche Verzahnung erreicht wird.
Eingebettet in das Erdreich geben die so ineinander verzahnten Formsteine (1) dem umschlossenen Schilderpfosten ein standsicheres Fundament. Neben den Vorteilen, die Fertigteile bieten, erlaubt die besondere Gestalt der Formsteine (1) ein wirklich leichtes und schnelles fundamentieren und die einzigartige Möglichkeit des unkomplizierten Nachrüstens bereits aufgestellter Schilderpfosten (3).

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Fundament aus Fertigteilen für Schilderpfosten.
  • Bekannt sind relativ schwere Rohrpfostenfertigfundamente, in die die Pfosten von oben hineingestellt und angekeilt werden (deutsches Gebrauchsmuster Nr. G 6944910.1). Die Anwendung dieser Sockelsteine ist wegen ihres großen Eigengewichtes sehr mühevoll und nur in Bereichen mit fester Oberfläche (Gehwege o.ä.) sinnvoll. Außerdem müssen diese Sockelsteine beim Setzen sorgfältig ausgerichtet werden. Bekannt sind ferner Bodenhülsen aus feuerverzinktem Stahlrohr, in die die Rohrpfosten mittels einer Feststellvorrichtung befestigt werden (deutsches Gebrauchsmuster Nr. G 7125668.3). Sie sind nur für solche relativ seltenen Fälle von Vorteil, in denen in ständigem Wechsel Rohrpfosten aufgestellt und wieder entfernt werden müssen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, das Verfahren der Fundamentierung aufzustellender und das Nachrüsten bereits ohne Fundament aufgestellter Schilderpfosten wesentlich zu vereinfachen. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsmäßig dadurch gelöst, daß das Fundament aus mindestens zwei Formsteinen besteht, von denen jeder Formstein einen offenen Langschlitz zur Aufnahme des Schilderpfostens und lotrechte Zapfen aufweist, von denen bei versetzt aufeinander angeordneten Formsteinen der eine Zapfen in den Langschlitz des benachbarten Formsteins eingreift und diesen begrenzt und weitere Zapfen an der der Schlitzöffnung gegenüberliegenden Stirnfläche des benachbarten Formsteines anliegen. Dieser Fundamentformstein für Schilderpfosten kann seitlich auf den Rohrpfosten geschoben werden. Paarweise angebracht, mit den Zapfen gegensinnig ineinander verzahnt, ergeben die Formsteine ein sicheres Fundament gegen alle Kippmomente. In Verbindung mit dem üblichen Rundstahlanker, der den Pfosten gegen Verdrehung sichert, erhält die Aufstellvorrichtung durch diese Kombination eine optimale Standsicherheit. Bei Bedarf (z.B. besonders große Windangriffsfläche) können auch mehrere Fundamentsteine angebracht und ineinander verzahnt werden.
  • Die mit der Erfindung erzielbaren Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, daß entgegen den herkömmlichen Verfahren die entwickelten Fundamentformsteine unproblematisch an den bereits aufgestellten und ausgerichten Pfosten angebracht und im Erdreich eingebettet werden können. Die Handhabung ist leicht. Die Fundamentfertigteile sind immer wieder zu verwenden. Es tritt kein Materialverlust ein, wie dies z.B. beim Umsetzen von einbetonierten Pfosten der Fall ist. Die Fundamentformsteine können in kleiner Menge von Unterhaltungsfahrzeugen ständig mitgeführt werden. Bereits ohne Fundament aufgestellte Rohrpfosten können leicht nachgerüstet werden.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigt:
    • Fig. 1 in perspektivischer Darstellung die Gestalt und die Anbringungsweise der Fundamentformsteine für Schilderpfosten, und
    • Fig. 2 die Draufsicht auf zwei zu einem Fundament verzahnte Formsteine.
  • Das dargestellte Fundament besteht aus zwei Formsteinen (1). Jeder Formstein (1) weist einen Langschlitz (2) und drei lotrecht gerichtete Zapfen (4,5) auf. Die Formsteine (1) werden seitlich in Pfeilrichtung auf den Schilderpfosten (3) aufgeschoben und versetzt aufeinander gestellt. Dabei greift der Zapfen (4) in den Langschlitz (2) des benachbarten Formsteins (1) ein und begrenzt diesen. Die beiden anderen Zapfen (5) liegen an der der Schlitzöffnung gegenüberliegenden Stirnfläche des benachbarten Formsteins (1) an.

Claims (1)

  1. Fundament aus Fertigteilen für Schilderpfosten dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fundament aus mindestens zwei Formsteinen (1) besteht, von denen jeder Formstein (1) einen offenen Langschlitz (2) zur Aufnahme des Schilderpfostens (3) und lotrechte Zapfen (4,5) aufweist, von denen bei versetzt aufeinander angeordneten Formsteinen (1) der eine Zapfen (4) in den Langschlitz (2) des benachbarten Formsteins (1) hineinragt und diesen begrenzt und weitere Zapfen (5) an der der Schlitzöffnung gegenüberliegenden Stirnfläche des benachbarten Formsteins (1) anliegen.
