Claims (6)

1. Procédé de fabrication de corps moulés en charbon collant à grains fins pour la gazéification sous une pression comprise entre 5 et 150 bars, à l'aide d'agents de gazéification contenant de l'oxygène libre, de la vapeur d'eau et/ou du gaz carbonique, en lit fixe, qui se déplace lentement vers le bas, l'agent de gazéification étant introduit par le bas dans le lit fixe et les constituants minéraux incombustibles du charbon étant soutirés sous le lit fixe sous forme de cendres solides ou de scories liquides, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à mélanger le charbon collant, dont une partie a une granulométrie inférieure à 0,1 mm et dont la partie restante plus grossière en le même charbon a une granulométrie essentiellement supérieure à 0,3 mm, en un rapport pondéral d'au moins 1 : 2 à environ 3: 1, et à fabriquer des corps moulés en ce mélange.
2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les corps moulés ont un diamètre de 5 à 50 mm et, de préférence, de 10 à 30 mm.
3. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé an ce qu'il consiste à ajouter au charbon collant à mélanger des liants organiques ou minéraux, notamment du brai, du goudron, du coke de craquage, des résidus d'hydrogénation, de la lessive sulfitique, de la mélasse, de la chaux, de la bentonite, de la dolomite ou de la montmorillonite.
4. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou l'une des revendications suivantes, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à ajouter au charbon collant à mélanger des substances catalytiques non actives et notamment NaCl, KCI, Na2CO2, K2CO3, des oxydes du molybdène, du tungstène, de l'étain, du chrome, du nickel, du cobalt ou du fer, ou des zéolites finement broyées.
5. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou l'une des revendications suivantes, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à ajouter au charbon collant à mélanger des substances qui diminuent les propriétés collantes et gonflantes du charbon, notamment Na2B4O7, NaNO2, K2CrO4, K2CO3 ou KN03.
6. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou l'une des revendications suivantes, caractérisé en ce que le charbon collant à mélanger présente une teneur en constituants qui ne sont pas combustibles, qui est comprise entre 5 et 40% en poids et, de préférence, comprise entre 10 et 30% en poids.
