Claims (10)

1. Procédé de fabrication de corps moulés pour la gazéification de combustibles solides, sous une pression de 5 à 150 bars, au moyen d'agents de gazéification comprenant de l'oxygène libre, de la vapeur d'eau et/ou du dioxyde de carbone, dans un lit fixe qui descend lentement, dans lequel on introduit des agents de gazéification par le bas et en dessous duquel les composants minéraux incombustibles du combustible sont écartés à l'état de cendres solides ou de scorie liquide, procédé au cours duquel les corps moulés sont formés d'un mélange de combustibles contenant du charbon fin, prenant en masse et se ramollissant dans un certain intervalle de températures, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise au moins deux sortes de charbon fin et prenant en masse qui se ramollissent dans des domaines de température différents et en ce que la fraction de chaque sorte du mélange est d'au moins 25°/o en poids.
2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les charbons du mélange présentent une dimension de granules inférieure à 7 mm, de préférence entre 0,01 et 5 mm et en ce que les corps moulés ont un diamètre d'environ 5 à 50 mm, de préférence entre 10 et 30 mm.
3. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que les différents charbons ont environ le même spectre granulométrique.
4. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le charbon prenant en masse qui se ramollit dans le domaine de températures plus bas présente un spectre granulométrique tel qu'au moins 20°/o en poids soient inférieuers à environ 0,1 mm.
5. Procédé suivant la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que la granulométrie du charbon prenant en masse qui se ramollit dans un domaine de températures plus élevé est en majeure partie supérieure à 0,3 mm.

Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou l'une des suivantes caractérisé en ce qu'on ajoute des liants organiques ou inorganiques au charbon du mélange, particulièrement de la poix, du goudron, du coke de craquage, des résidus d'hydrogénation, de la chaux, de la bentonite, de la mélasse, de la dolomie, de la montmorillonite ou de lessive résiduaire de sulfite.

Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou l'une des suivantes caractérisé en ce qu'on ajoute des substances catalytiques aux charbons du mélange, particulièrement de NaCI, du KCI, du Na2C03, du K2CO3, des oxydes du molybdène, du tungstène, de l'étain, du chrome, du nickel, du cobalt ou du fer, ou des zéolithes finement moulues.
8. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou l'une des suivantes caractérisé en ce qu'on ajoute aux charbons du mélange des substances qui diminuent les propriétés de prise en masse et de gonflement des charbons, particulièrement du Na2B4O7, du NaN02, du K2CrO4, du K2CO3 ou du KN03.
9. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou l'une des suivantes caractérisé en ce qu'on sèche les corps moulés avant de les soumettre à la gazéification.
10. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou l'une des suivantes caractérisé en ce que les charbons contiennent entre 5 et 40°/o en poids, de préférence entre 10 et 30%, des composants incombustibles.
