Abstract
Предложены конструкции, содержащие GDF15 (фактор дифференцировки и роста 15) и мутанты GDF15. Согласно различным вариантам реализации настоящего изобретения конструкции, содержащие GDF15 и мутанты GDF15, могут найти применение при лечении или облегчении метаболического нарушения. Согласно различным вариантам реализации настоящего изобретения метаболическое заболевание или нарушение представляет собой диабет 2 типа, ожирение, дислипидемию, увеличенные уровни глюкозы, увеличенные уровни инсулина и диабетическую нефропатию.
