Abstract
Изобретение относится к реакторной установке для получения полимеров, включающей реактор с псевдоожиженным слоем (1), включающий нижнюю зону (5), среднюю зону (6) и верхнюю зону (7), впускное отверстие (8) для псевдоожижающего газа, расположенное в нижней зоне (5), выпускное отверстие (9) для псевдоожижающего газа, расположенное в верхней зоне (7), выпускное отверстие (9) для псевдоожижающего газа соединено с реактором с псевдоожиженным слоем (1) через впускное отверстие (8); эквивалентный диаметр поперечного сечения нижней зоны (5) монотонно увеличивается по отношению к направлению потока псевдоожижающего газа через реактор с псевдоожиженным слоем, средняя зона (6) имеет, по существу, постоянный эквивалентный диаметр поперечного сечения по отношению к направлению потока псевдоожижающего газа через реактор с псевдоожиженным слоем; эквивалентный диаметр поперечного сечения верхней зоны (7) монотонно уменьшается по отношению к направлению потока псевдоожижающего газа через реактор с псевдоожиженным слоем; где отношение высоты реактора с псевдоожиженным слоем и эквивалентного диаметра поперечного сечения средней зоны реактора с псевдоожиженным слоем составляет от 2 до 10 и где имеется свободный проход в направлении потока псевдоожижающего газа через реактор с псевдоожиженным слоем из нижней зоны (5) в верхнюю зону (7).
