Abstract

Выделенная способная к размножению человеческая нервная стволовая клетка или клетка-предшественник, представляющая собой клетку-предшественник или стволовую клетку, сохраняющая свою способность к дифференцировке с образованием нейронов, астроцитов и олигодендроцитов, сохраняющая свою способность к эффективной дифференцировке с образованием клеток олигодендроцитарной линии в течение нескольких пассажей и экспрессирующая, по меньшей мере, поверхностные клеточные антигены CD133 и CD140α. Также предложен способ in vitro-культивирования способной к размножению нервной клетки-предшественника или стволовой клетки, выделенной из центральной нервной системы млекопитающего, и сама культура, где указанная клетка сохраняет свою способность к дифференцировке с образованием нейронов, астроцитов и олигодендроцитов и свою способность к эффективной дифференцировке с образованием клеток олигодендроцитарной линии. Кроме того, предложен способ лечения состояния, вызванного утратой миелина или утратой олигодендроцитов, а также композиция, содержащая выделенную способную к размножению нервную стволовую клетку или клетку, культивированную способами по изобретению.
