Un método de aislamiento de citoblastos dérmicos que comprende: someter a células separadas de la piel por tratamiento enzimático a un cultivo en suspensión; y aislar las células positivas de marcadores de citoblastos de las células cultivadas, siendo las células positivas de marcadores de citoblastos las células positivas de CD34.
